She has a Masters in Divinity, a BA in Fine Arts, and is working on her PhD at the Miami University. She has worked as an educator and was previously the Executive Director of DLT Ministries.

Jonathan Williams oversees fiscal accountability and administration at Omega CDC. Mr. Williams previously served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Analyst in healthcare operations.

Rachel Ward has worked more than ten years in the public sector and for nonprofits. Most recently, she was employed as the Manager of Community Programming for Montgomery County. She has a Masters in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a BA in Economics from Spellman College. Ms. Ward leads programs and initiatives for children, adults, and seniors and new initiatives.

Vanessa Ward serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the oversight of all programs and initiatives. Rev. Ward is the founder of Omega CDC and the retired pastor of Omega Baptist Church. Rev. Ward has also served as faculty for the United Theological Seminary.
