İlker Çınar has graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2000. He completed his training in Kayseri, and he was accepted as a qualified lawyer to Kayseri Bar Association. After completing his military service as an air defense lieutenant, he continued his career in İstanbul and became a member of the İstanbul Bar Association in 2004.
He went to Germany for studies and practice in German Legal Language, where he acted as an interpreter for law offices in Germany during his studies and training. He attended İstanbul Kültür University's German Legal Language Certificate Program in 2008. He has taken his master of law (LL.M.) degree from Ruhr-University Bochum Faculty of Law in 2015, which is focused on German, Turkish, and International Economic Law. His master's thesis is focused on competition law in the aviation industry.
He worked in various law offices in İstanbul. He specialized in Commercial Law, Contracts Law, Aviation Law, Aviation Labor Law, International Law, Consumer Rights, and Competition Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Litigation and Arbitration.
