Emily joined Oosthuizen & Co in 2022 in the role of office manager. She has an LLB Honours Degree from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Before joining Oosthuizen & Co, she worked at a leading national law firm in the UK as a legal assistant in their Court of Protection team.
Emily enjoys working in a dynamic legal environment and is extremely passionate about providing excellent client-service.

Johannes joined Oosthuizen & Co as an associate in April 2015 and became a director in November 2017, when he took over the management of the Stellenbosch Branch. He is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary and has a BA (Stellenbosch) and LLB (UNISA), as well as a diploma in legal practice (LSSA) and right of appearance in the High Court.
Joshua joined Oosthuizen & Co in 2023. He holds Bachelors and Masters of Laws degrees from the University of Stellenbosch. Joshua completed his articles, and after he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021, he honed his skills for two years at the same firm of attorneys.
Joshua is now an associate attorney at our Cape Town office specialising in litigation, with a keen interest in commercial litigation and family law. He is well-versed in contractual disputes, liquidations, sequestrations, and family law-related matters.
Nikki joined Oosthuizen & Co as a candidate attorney in February 2023. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of South Africa in 2022. In her first level during 2017 and 2018 she was working full-time while studying part-time, but since 2019 focused on her studies while working for her previous employer part-time. Nikki worked as financial manager and director at a property development, property management, and project management company for 18 years. She handled all financial, administrative, and general office management of the company. It is here where she had to attend to various contracts, property transactions and work closely with attorneys, and realised early on that she has a passion for the law.

Raynelle joined Oosthuizen & Co in 2016 as the director of the Paarl office. She is an admitted attorney, notary, and conveyancer. She has an undergraduate Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa.
