With more than 20 years of sales experience, the majority in the trade show industry, Ruggiero will manage the current team of account executives and oversee the company's marketing efforts. His focus will be shared between the On Location existing client base and new business development efforts, working hand-in-hand with Operations to provide the best possible labor experience. For 18 years, Ruggiero worked for a nationwide provider of labor for exhibits, events and environments, rising through the ranks from lead man to account manager to senior account executive. He honed his skills in sales, project, and client relationship management while training and developing other team members. With yearly increase in sales averaging double digits, Ruggiero received numerous awards, including Sales Person and Sales Team of the Year. "Over the years, I would see Glen on the floor at various trade shows and we built a good relationship," said On Location President, Michael Mulry. "Seeing him in action, speaking with clients, and working side-by-side with his team, I quickly recognized he would be a great asset for us. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of I&D experience, Anderton's primary responsibilities will focus on new business development and customer acquisition through fostering long-term client relations. Jennifer will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. At ON Location, the goal is to provide customers with a positive ‘Return ON Experience,' a term referred to as ROE. The company enters every project with a commitment to exceed client expectations. ON Location General Manager, Michael Mulry said, "Jennifer has a customer-first attitude that aligns well with our core business model, which puts clients in the center of all our business decisions." Anderton joins ON Location after several years as a national Account Executive with Zenith LaborNet. Prior to that, she held a similar role with Nuvista Event Management Services for more than a decade. Outside of work, Anderton's greatest hobby is family, but she also enjoys tennis and horseback riding.

Rob Morrison joined On Location in April 2018 and dove right into his role as Regional Manager-Nevada. A seasoned trade show professional, Rob brought more than 14 years' experience to the team. He grew up in the exhibit industry, working in Southern California on the trade show floor beside his father throughout high school before moving to Las Vegas. Over the years, Rob held various field and managerial positions with both I&D companies and full service exhibit houses. Ty Macaulay joined On Location in April 2016. He spent his first two years with the company managing all Florida-based projects after being an industry leadman on client-specific jobs for more than 13 years. His dedication and strong work ethic had him quickly expand his oversight. A Florida-native, he grew up in the business and would often be found on the trade show floor with his dad at a very young age. Ty was a leader on day one, pitching in and helping to plan shows outside of his area. As a result, he was promoted to East Coast Operations Manager in August 2018 and is currently responsible for cities from New York to Florida and as far west as Chicago. Born and raised in the Orlando area, Nick Provini joined On Location in January 2017 as a Leadman and traveled nationwide managing crews. This was his first position in the trade show industry and over the first 15 months, Nick was more than a quick learner. It was clear he had the right attitude and commitment to the company's client-centric culture. Nick continued to take on more responsibilities and grew into his new role by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout this region. In August 2018, Nick was promoted to Regional Manager-Florida and currently oversees anywhere from 5 to 40 staff members at rotating concurrent shows.

William Goza

William Goza is newer to the I&D industry but in his three (3) short years, he has made a mark. Awarded a 2019 ACE "Rookie of the Year" earlier this year, Goza has been hired as a Floor Manager for On Location based in the Las Vegas area. He will report to Rob Morrison, On Location Regional Manager of Nevada, assisting with the coordination and oversight of labor crews to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Goza will also act as an "on the floor" liaison between the labor teams and clients as needed, working multiple shows at varied venues simultaneously. A former member of the decorators union in Southern California, the SoCal native moved to Las Vegas in December 2018. "Being part of On Location, I look forward to supporting Rob and the entire team in making sure all clients' needs are met and wants are satisfied," he says.
