David Weisenburger is the senior vice president and chief investment officer of the companies of OneAmerica Financial SM. He manages a staff responsible for more than $21 billion of investments for all the OneAmerica Financial affiliates. Weisenburger has more than 33 years of experience in investments, including fixed-income research and portfolio management, equity research and portfolio management, as well as derivatives trading for replication and hedging. Weisenburger's previous roles at OneAmerica Financial include vice president, Investment Strategy & Risk; vice president, Fixed Income Securities and vice president, Marketable Bonds where he helped manage and grow a credit portfolio of nearly $17 billion in high-grade and high-yield public and private corporate securities. Before joining OneAmerica Financial in 2007, Weisenburger served as vice president and senior portfolio manager at Ohio Casualty Group and as managing director, Fixed Income and Derivatives, at Summit Investment Partners. Weisenburger received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Sharing his knowledge with the community, he serves on the investment committee for Shepherd Community Center, an organization working to break the cycle of poverty in Indianapolis. In his free time, Weisenburger enjoys golf, sports, traveling and spending time with his wife, Lori, and family.

Dennis Martin has served in multiple leadership roles in Individual Life and Financial Services (ILFS) since joining OneAmerica Financial SM in 2009, most recently in his current ILFS leadership role he has held since January of 2018. Previously, he served as senior vice president of Product and Business Development for the companies of OneAmerica Financial, overseeing insurance operations and product development for life, annuity and asset-based long-term care solutions, as well as broker-dealer operations. He also provides leadership and vision for the current and future product portfolio and identifying opportunities for expansion. Earlier in his career, Martin gained actuarial and marketing experience at Great-West Life in Canada and spent eight years with the Western & Southern Financial Group & Columbus Life building out their product development capabilities. Additionally, Martin has significant experience working directly with sales and distribution across multiple distribution channels. Martin is an honors graduate of the University of Manitoba, with a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Martin and his wife, Sharon, have two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, curling and do-it-yourself projects.

Scott leads the OneAmerica Financial SM nationwide network of companies and affiliates, which offer a wide variety of products, including retirement, individual life insurance, annuities, asset-based long-term care solutions and employee benefits. He was appointed president in 2013, CEO in 2014 and chairman of the board in 2017. He began his 37-year career in the insurance industry at UNUM, where he served in a variety of financial roles, including chief financial officer (CFO) of UNUM's Duncanson & Holt reinsurance subsidiary. In 2000, Scott joined OneAmerica Financial as vice president of strategic planning and corporate development. In 2004, he was appointed CFO. The Indianapolis Business Journal named him CFO of the Year in 2008. Scott is past board chair of Indiana University Health, American Council of Life Insurers and The American College. He serves on the board of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. He previously served as a board member for Ascend Indiana, Camptown, Inc., LL Global, Indiana Sports Corporation, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the 2004 FINA World Swimming Championships. He is currently serving as co-chair of the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Swimming. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and history from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. As senior vice president and head of Employee Benefits for OneAmerica Financial SM, Joe Ingream is responsible for all aspects of the organization's group benefits business, including overseeing strategy, distribution, finance, underwriting, product development, operations, and service. Ingream joined the companies of OneAmerica Financial in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of group-benefits leadership experience to the role. He was vice president and chief operating officer for Prudential's group insurance segment, among other executive positions there. He's a former board member of the Integrated Benefits Institute. He currently sits on LIMRA's and ACLI's Worksite Benefits councils. Before joining Prudential, Ingream was with Aetna, where he led the absence and disability benefit management organization, among other roles. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Ingream spent 14 years as a corpsman in the U.S. Navy, specializing in clinical pathology. He earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an MBA from the University of Portland in Oregon. Ingream lives in Scarborough, Maine, with his wife, Stacey, and three daughters. He has been active with the local education foundation and as a youth coach. José Martínez is accountable for all IT planning, program and support functions. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector and extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, relationship management, project management and IT engineering design and support. Prior to this position, he served at OneAmerica Financial SM as vice president, IT infrastructure and application support, and vice president, business relationship management and enterprise architecture. Since joining OneAmerica Financial in 2014, Martínez has led multiple strategic initiatives to transform the IT support model. In 2014 he led the OneAmerica contract negotiations and transition of services from the prior infrastructure outsource service provider to the current provider. In 2016 he was part of an executive team that led an end-to end reorganization effort within IT to shift to a Plan-Build-Run delivery model, creating new IT functions, such as business relationship and service management. In 2020 he implemented DevOps and Agile modern frameworks into the IT operating model. Prior to joining OneAmerica Financial, Martínez served as vice president, communications as a service (CaaS) for Interactive Intelligence, managing all data centers worldwide for the company's cloud product. In addition, he served as a senior global delivery executive at IBM, accountable for the delivery of a broad range of IT outsourced services for corporate clients. Martínez holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously chief human resources officer for OneAmerica Financial Sarratt led organizational transformation initiatives that improved operating efficiencies and created business value, through the development and implementation of talent strategies to drive retention, engagement, and a culture of inclusivity. Sarratt came to OneAmerica Financial from Anthem Healthcare, where she led several human resources functions, in addition to merger and acquisition initiatives. Sarratt served as vice president of human resources for several of Anthem's key businesses and shared services. Before joining Anthem, she worked for International Paper Co. for more than 14 years, serving in her last role there as director of human resources in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gay has served OneAmerica Financial in various leadership capacities for more than a decade. Currently as CMO, Gay oversees marketing, executive, internal and external communications, digital experiences, market visibility, brand management, customer relationship management, reputation management, custom marketing and financial wellness programming, marketing operations and portfolio strategy, and customer experience management. As head of enterprise marketing and communications, Gay has played a key role in shifting OneAmerica to a customer-centric organization enabling the enterprise to meet and exceed the expectations of its stakeholders. In addition, her leadership has helped raise the company's and business lines' market visibility by aligning marketing, digital, communications and brand experiences to core strategic objectives - ultimately aiding in the growth of new business and retention. In previous appointments at OneAmerica, Gay held multiple marketing leadership positions for the enterprise as well as for the Individual Life and Financial Services and Retirement Services business lines. Before that, he worked in retirement services as a senior vice president at AXA Equitable and The Hartford. Scalercio had previously served as the national head of sales for Sun Life of Canada/MFS Retirement Services before the company merged with The Hartford. He and his colleagues also founded a distribution company, LifeSource, which was later acquired by BYSIS/Crump. Scalercio received his bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Richard Ellery leads Legal, Audit, AUL Reinsurance Management Services, Compliance and Government Affairs. He is a member of the OneAmerica Financial SM Executive Council. Ellery began his career as an intern at American United Life Insurance Company® (AUL) in 1996, acting as counsel to the Employee Benefits line of business. At that time, he also worked in the mortgage lending group, advising the investments area in relation to its real estate and private placement portfolios. He was exposed to securities law practice early in his career and became chief compliance officer of OneAmerica Funds, Inc., as well as chief counsel and secretary for OneAmerica Securities, Inc., in 2007. From 2012 to 2015, Ellery served as president of OneAmerica Securities. He has also led legislative affairs efforts for the enterprise since 2005. His promotion to senior vice president and general counsel came in 2017, shortly after completing the Harvard University Advanced Management Program 189 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Ellery holds the FINRA Series 7 and 24 designations. In addition, she previously served as Mercer's CEO and board member of its Asia-Pacific Outsourcing Business, living in Melbourne, Australia. Tim Bischof's responsibilities include managing the valuation, modeling and corporate actuarial teams at OneAmerica Financial SM. The teams are responsible for overseeing actuarial controls, assumption and model governance, and inforce management and reinsurance. In addition, these teams partner to oversee the company's assets and liability management (ALM) program and overall actuarial program. Bischof's responsibilities have recently been expanded to encompass the financial planning and analysis, expense management and treasury teams. This includes corporate development and the planning and analysis for mergers, acquisitions and reinsurance transactions. Before joining OneAmerica Financial, Bischof worked for CNO Financial. Responsibilities there included leading the enterprise risk functions, corporate development activities, overseeing pricing standards and ALM, managing financial analysis, modeling and valuation, managing reinsurance and maintaining onshore and offshore IT professionals dedicated to actuarial work. Bischof previously worked as pricing and valuation actuary for annuity products at Indianapolis Life, and held various actuarial positions in CIGNA's Actuarial Executive Development Program.
