Angela Miguelez - CFO

Angela oversees financial operations at OPTiMO, managing all budgetary information, insurances, and banking relationships, and is responsible for federal and state reporting and certifications. As part of the executive management team, she assists in strategic planning, and supports implementation of key business initiatives, while overseeing financial risk. She advises in growth planning, business planning, and financial forecasting. Angela oversees OPTiMO's internal controls and transaction processing systems, including accounting and time & expenses. She maintains relationships with independent auditors and oversees annual audit activities. Angela comes to OPTiMO with a software development background, with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Heather Stankiewicz Stenglein

Heather brings over 20 years of experience in development and management of human resources to OPTiMO. She works closely with executive colleagues, line managers, and staff to align the company's human resources initiatives with the overall corporate strategic goals and objectives. Her responsibilities include offering strategic direction for the full range of OPTiMO human resource functions and talent management goals. She has been instrumental in the creation of onboarding and retention strategies. She remains focused on continuing to build and grow an inclusive and value driven environment that will attract and retain top-level employees and candidates. Heather holds a master certification in Human Resources from Villanova University.

Michael's management style is one of inclusion, with a trusted executive staff from throughout the company providing guidance and advice; his ability to combine his own inspiration with his colleagues' insight has led to year-over-year growth since company inception. He has brought together an industry-leading team of data scientists, systems integrators, designers, and programmers to realize his vision of non-stop customer experience improvement. Michael continues to drive his teams to innovate digital solutions for some of the nation's largest user groups.

Michael Wu

Michael brings 24 years of experience in business, financial, and technical leadership on complex enterprise programs. As the leader of business operations, he has responsibility over the management, planning, and monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the company with direct oversight of Program Management Office, Sales Organization, and Contracts. Michael is also responsible for the continuous evaluation of business practices and procedures and help to set organizational objectives, key performance indices, and apply needed improvements while working closely with other department leaders. Reporting directly to the CEO, Michael helps to set strategic goals for OPTiMO and ensure that they are achieved. Michael holds a BA and MBA. He serves his community as a Board Member of a not-for-profit 501c human services organization, Tioga Opportunities, Inc. He is also a former adjunct lecturer at Binghamton University School of Management.

Scott McCarty

Scott brings over 20 years of IT management to OPTiMO, providing technical oversight, IT planning, and budgeting and resource forecasting for this busy digital services agency. He is responsible for technology modernization and development of up-to-date IT policies and procedures, and continuous process improvement company-wide. As a member of the executive team, Scott participates in strategic planning, supporting new business initiatives and client programs through evolving technology standards and the continuous need for improved workflow and communication. He is a key technical advisor on several client programs, working in multi-vendor, legacy system, and multiple stakeholder environments. Scott helps conceptualizes and customizes support tools for individual and diverse staff needs. Scott holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
