Amy Gunteski

Amy Gunteski started working with Timothy K. Palmer, P. C., in March 2022. She graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Amy is a Legal Assistant with Palmer Elder Law and assists the paralegals with various legal tasks including the preparation of documents, communicating with clients and provides general support to all of the staff. Amy is the mother of three children and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Ashley Page

Ashley Page started working with Timothy K. Palmer, P.C., in October 2022. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in December of 2019. Ashley works with Mr. Palmer in the Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk as well as assisting with Estate and Trust Administration.

Bryden Hall

Bryden Hall began working with Timothy K. Palmer, P.C. in November 2023. She is a resident of Hampton, Virginia and has an Associates of Science degree from Mercer County College. Bryden serves as our receptionist. She works closely with Timothy Palmer and the paralegals to provide top notch service to all of our clients.

Hope Palmer

Hope Palmer has been married to Timothy Palmer since January 1992. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and prior to having children worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Pfizer. Hope manages the finances at Timothy K. Palmer, P.C., including all accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll. When not working at Timothy K. Palmer, P.C., she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, Timothy Jr. ("TJ") and Joshua ("Josh").

Jennifer F. Morris

Jennifer began working with Timothy Palmer in April 2004. She is a life-long resident of the Hampton Roads area and a graduate of Old Dominion University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Jennifer has over 25 years of legal experience and specializes in the area of estate and trust administration. She provides clients with a wide range of estate and trust administration services from probate to final distribution of the assets. She also prepares individual, fiduciary, gift and estate tax returns, assists clients with real estate transactions, guardianship and conservatorship matters.

Lauren Patel

Lauren Patel started working with Timothy K. Palmer, PC in 2017. She is a resident of Gates, North Carolina and studied Business at Tidewater Community College. Lauren specializes in long-term care and Medicaid planning. She works closely with seniors and their families through every step of the aging process to assist them in reaching their asset protection and estate planning goals.

Melanie Dorn

Melanie Dorn began working with Timothy K. Palmer, P. C., in November 2022. She graduated from Classical Conversations Home School Group and is currently studying at Virginia Peninsula Community College. Melanie is a Legal Assistant with Palmer Elder Law and assists the paralegals with various legal tasks including the preparation of documents, communicating with clients and provides general support to all of the staff. She is an active member in her church and enjoys teaching and coaching kids soccer.

Timothy K. Palmer

Timothy K. Palmer is a recognized authority on elder law in Virginia. As a speaker on elder law issues for the National Business Institute, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Virginia Certified Legal Education program, he has developed an extensive understanding of elder law issues and solutions. With an accounting degree from Troy State University at Dothan, Alabama with a perfect grade point average, a law degree from The College of William and Mary School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Law Review, and a Certified Public Accountant, Tim Palmer has the academic background to address the most complicated legal and tax issues affecting the elderly. Tim Palmer serves as a Commissioner of Accounts for Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk. He also serves as a board member for Farmers Bank, the Western Tidewater Free Clinic and Catholic Charities. Prior to founding Elder Law Solutions, Tim Palmer was an attorney with another area law firm. Prior to completing his legal education, he was a commercial nuclear plant operator, a Shift Test Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, and was enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a submariner.
