Welcome to Outbound. We are a Panchgani based consulting company and have been operating in the personal, team and organisational development space since 1997. Interventions are tailor-made to the requirement of each client / group and closely aligned to business needs. While OD and experiential learning are central to the methodology, interventions come from eclectic influences such as Groupwork, TA, NLP and traditional Indian Yoga philosophy. We operate our own outdoor centre in Panchgani which, apart from boarding and lodging, offers the use of specialised outdoor facilities...
