Before joining the Omninet team, I was in between jobs and wanted to work for a company that would help me improve my skills and utilise my potential. I came across the job posting by Omninet Technologies and researched the company. I was so taken by its excellent work that I applied for the job immediately. Gladly, I got selected, and since my first day, I have felt extremely privileged to be working as an Omninet employee. This is a place where you can plan your long-term growth because Omninet grows while helping you grow. Within the organisation, I have always observed a collaborative culture and management that are committed to the development of both the organisation and its employees. Many businesses lost control of the market during the COVID-19 outbreak, which led to the termination of numerous employees. However, during such crucial times, Omninet continued to expand and was committed to its entire team. I genuinely admire my seniors for their continuous support and guidance. It's been almost 4 years since I started working with Omninet Technologies, and in all these years, I have learned and grown professionally and personally. Omninet has helped me reach my highest potential. The thing I appreciate most about Omninet is that it has given me the opportunity to learn new technologies and be a stack developer while working in this organization. Not only this, but it also gave me the opportunity to provide training to my juniors that enhanced my personality. Omninet is a company with a good environment and working culture. I have worked as a web coordinator at Omninet Technologies for more than a year. This place provides opportunities to grow and enhance our skills. It has a great work culture with a friendly and supportive environment. There is great coordination among the team members. We get challenging projects to work on that help polish our skills. Omninet provides us with a wide range of learning opportunities. In my entire journey at Omninet, the whole Omninet team has been very supportive, including Mr. Titus Varghese (Project Head), Mr. Om Prakash Tripathi (Project Manager), Mr. Pradeep (Administration Head), and the HR team. I have been working with OTPL since 2019. The environment here is very comfortable and sound to work in. The seniors and the staff members are highly supportive and encouraging, especially the management team. At the beginning of my journey, I was a customer care executive, but thanks to Omninet Technologies, I became an all-rounder.
