Having grasped and understood the rules and needs of this business sector, in 2006, she started OPTIMUM Solutions offering Canadian airlines and railways a flexible alternative, quality, and personalized service at all times. 14 years later, OPTIMUM Solutions Inc. is the leader in the field of food catering for the entire Canadian transportation industry.

Geoff Lineham

Over 30 years experience in airline catering including senior management roles on both the airline's and the caterer's side. Food broker and large scale food manufacturer. This experience provides him with a unique overview of the market. Co-founder of OPTIMUM Strategies, he guided it to success and positioned it for future growth. His focus on the last-mile provider and an under serviced premium lounge catering is well received in a market in need of quality. Geoff served two terms as Director of the In ternational Inflight Service Association.

From 1990 to 2014 Paolo was involved in the start-up of two frozen food plants while working for Delta Dailyfood Canada.

23 ans d'expérience aérienne chez Air Transat. En commençant par le siège social de Mirabel, puis en couvrant une longue liste de postes à responsabilité croissante, de l'analyste d'affaires, à l'analyste des opérations, au directeur du commissaire à la base de Toronto. Il a ensuite été sélectionné pour faire partie de l'équipe d'implémentation ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) pour une durée de deux ans. À la fin de ce projet, il s'est finalement vu confier la responsabilité de gérer le service des achats avec un budget combiné pour l'approvisionnement, les hôtels des équipages et leur transport de plus de 35 M $. Bref, au cours de sa carrière chez Air Transat, Tasso a tout fait sauf piloter un avion! À la fin de 2017, il a apporté son expérience à OPTIMUM Solutions Inc. pour aider à améliorer l'offre de l'entreprise à l'industrie canadienne du transport. Tasso Laskaris, 23 years airline experience at Air Transat. Starting from the head office at Mirabel and then covering a long list of positions of increasing responsibility from business analyst, operations analyst, to commissary manager at the Toronto base. He was then selected to be part of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation team for a period of two years. At the end of this project, he was finally assigned the responsibility of managing the Procurement Department with a combined catering, crew hotels and transport budget of more than $35M. In short, during his career at Air Transat, Tasso has done everything except flying a plane! At the end of 2017, he brought his experience to OPTIMUM Solutions Inc. to help enhance the company's offer to the Canadian transportation industry.
