Cheryl Nobile is a Senior Research Analyst at Otteau Group. She has extensive experience in data verification, analyzing market trends, and conducting property inspections for a wide range of property types.
Maria Johnson serves as a Research Analysist at Otteau Group and has been with the firm since 2004.

Christine Swanson serves as the Research Team Leader and has been with the firm since 2013. Christine has held almost every administrative position in the company and is one of our most versatile and valuable employees. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Media.
Connor Montferrat, SCGREA, MPP, MCRP, handles appraisal valuation of all property types, as well as marketability studies, redevelopment & affordable housing consulting, and proforma analyses in the private and public sectors.
Connor also has extensive experience in in public policy and urban planning. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and has a Certificate in American Politics & Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics. He holds two master's degrees from the Edward J. Bloustein School for Planning and Public Policy and a Certificate in Historic Preservation. He previously served on Hightstown Borough Council from 2014-2019 and is a member of the American Planning Association.
Tammy Bucior, SCGREA handles appraisal valuation of all property types including residential, retail, office, hospitality, subdivision, multifamily, industrial and land.

Erin Perri serves as an Administrative Assistant at Otteau Group. She graduated from the University of Delaware majoring in English. Erin drafts proposals, oversees accounts receivables among her many tasks with us.
Gina Shaughnessy is a Research Analyst at Otteau Group. She is a recent graduate from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Concentration. Gina's prior experience includes interning with Keller Williams.
Teressa Dimopoulos serves as an Administrative Assistant at Otteau Group. She attended college at Kean University with a major in Business Management. Teressa processes new orders and formats reports, along with her many other tasks at Otteau.

Jon is an industry veteran with decades of experience in real estate valuation with a diversified practice encompassing valuation and evaluation of a diverse portfolio of properties.
She is well-regarded for her extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial, land, subdivision development analysis, special purpose properties, and other property types.
A graduate of George Washington University, she holds the State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. Heather provides expert testimony in ad valorem taxation matters and has extensive experience providing complex valuation services involving subdivision development, abstraction analysis, feasibility study, and stigma analysis for single-use and mixed-use development projects.
Heather has assisted Fortune 500 companies, law firms, developers, insurance companies, government agencies, not-for-profits, and others.
Jaclyn Calabrese is a Research Analyst at Otteau Group. She is a recent graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Jaclyn's prior work experience includes working at Denholtz Properties.

Jeffrey serves as the Chief Economist for Otteau Group, which provides valuation and advisory services to a wide range of private and public sector clients, which he founded in 1976. He also serves as the Managing Broker of Hudson Atlantic Realty Advisors, which provides brokerage services to property owners, investors and developers of commercial real estate.
Heather has been engaged in real estate valuation and consultation since 2000 and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm.
Maria has held almost every administrative position in the company and is one of our most versatile and valuable employees. She is currently assigned to special projects including MarketTRAC, MarketCAST and other analytics.

A graduate of Union County College, Mario is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of NJ and has provided expert testimony in Superior Courts in New Jersey. He has also performed services on behalf of financial institutions, relocation service providers, builders and developers, law firms, government agencies and other organizations.
Megan has been actively involved in real estate valuation and consultation for more than two decades, with experience in all property types, including residential, commercial, industrial and land.
She is a Providence College graduate and holds State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licenses in New Jersey and New York. Megan has assisted a wide range of organizations, including financial institutions, law firms, and relocation service providers.
Robert Jones serves as a Research Analyst at Otteau Group. He is a recent graduate of Monmouth University's Kislak Real Estate Institute and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration & Real Estate. Robert was one of our Chief Appraiser's student in the Fall of 2019 at Monmouth University.

Ryan Pavlosky is a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Otteau Group. He achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University.
Ryan holds the SCGREA certification in New Jersey and has provided valuation services to Banks & Financial Institutions. He was previously employed with Oxford Appraisal Management.
Susanne N. Lyons-Josephs is an Appraiser with Otteau Group and entered the real estate profession in 1977 as an employee of the Land Valuation Division of the Ministry of Finance in Kingston, Jamaica. Her education, training and professional development span over 30 years and three countries including Jamaica (West Indies), United Kingdom and the United States. In Jamaica Susanne was associated with the Association of Land Economy and Valuation Surveyors (ALEVS). She held several offices in that organization including President. She graduated from the University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica (1983) with a diploma in Land Economy and Valuation with the distinction of "Best Valuation Student". In England, she was affiliated with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and obtained a Bachelor's Degree (with Honors) in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster, London, England (1987). Here in the United States, Susanne has appraised various property types in New York and New Jersey since 2006. She holds the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York and New Jersey and currently a Candidate for the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
