Dato' Carol Chan's senior management experience covers the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestments, finance, treasury, corporate social responsibilities, corporate secretarial and legal, including corporate governance, risk management and internal control. Over the years, Dato' Carol Chan has held several key management positions, she was a key member of various group committees and she also served as a nominee director on the boards of various group companies of a public listed conglomerate. Dato' Carol Chan is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Dato' Carol Chan is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ann Joo Resources Berhad, APM Automotive Holdings Berhad and GHL Systems Berhad.

Mr. Ajit Nair ("Mr. Ajit") was appointed to the Board on 18 December 2019 as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
