O.Z. was founded in 1995 and is one of the largest independent BAS integrators in Western PA. With our 40+ employees - many of whom have been with us for over 20 years - we have deep expertise installing large, complex BAS systems with multiple points of integration (HVAC, lighting, metering, surveillance, etc.). Our primary focus is on quality, which is why we perform all parts of a BAS installation on our own, including the electrical installation... Many of the larger companies in our industry sell proprietary systems and establish vendor lock-in, which can lead to friction over the 20+ year life of the system. We exclusively sell non-proprietary systems that can be serviced by other integrators, and thus we have to work hard to maintain our customer relationships.
