Amber Burnett

Job Titles:
  • Biological Consultant
Amber Burnett is a biologist with Redcedar Environmental Consulting and "has a technical diploma in Fish, Wildlife and Recreation (BCIT) and a Bachelor's of Science (SFU). She has over two years of experience in the natural resource sector and has extensive experience in design and implementation of habitat restoration.

Cassidy Silbernagel

Job Titles:
  • Designer / Project Manager / CPTED Consultant
Cassidy carries out a crucial management role with development applications and preliminary lot layouts. Her proficient time management skills and exemplary lot design allow for successful project outcomes which are in keeping with client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Cassidy obtained her Diploma in Architecture & Building Technology from BCIT in 2016 and joined the OTG team the same year. She has proven herself to be a valuable member of the team while obtaining additional qualifications which greatly benefit OTG as an organization, such as CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) Consultant in 2019 and ROWP (Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner) in 2020.

Dylan Anderson

Job Titles:
  • Planner / Project Manager
Having lived in the Fraser Valley his whole life, Dylan Anderson has developed a close connection and strong passion towards his local communities. Dylan Anderson has been with OTG since 2016, and in 2018 he was made partner with the company. Dylan holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from McGill University where he specialized in the Urban Development and Urban Design concentration, with his final thesis focusing on downtown revitalization in Chilliwack and Mission, B.C. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography (Urban Studies) from the University of the Fraser Valley. During Dylan's time at OTG he has worked on and managed single-family subdivisions, multi-family apartment and townhouse developments, Agricultural Land Reserve applications, as well as commercial, industrial and institutional projects across the province.

Jennifer Powers

Job Titles:
  • Interior Branch Manager, Development Planner / Project Manager
Jennifer is originally from Kamloops, B.C. and has a background in land use planning and project management. She has a BA in Geography with a focus on Natural Resource Science and Geosciences. Jennifer has 10 years of experience with the Provincial Government working with a wide variety of applicants on rezoning, subdivision, and permit applications. She spent 7 years working in the Fraser Valley and relocated to the interior where she worked for the last 3 years. During that time she gained experience with provincial legislation and local government policies and bylaws as well as traffic impacts and road construction related to development requirements. She is committed to customer service and is eager to apply her knowledge to streamline the development process.

Kristin Webb

Job Titles:
  • Development Planner
Kristin is originally from Vancouver but started her career in NSW, Australia. Kristin gained invaluable knowledge and experience through her time in the Planning and Development Department with Local Government before relocating back to Canada in 2013. She then spent the next eight years becoming familiar with Canadian planning regulations and practices while resuming her role with Local Government here in B.C. With a recent relocation to beautiful Vancouver Island, she has made the switch to the world of Planning Consultancy with OTG Developments. Kristin has kept up to date on current planning legislation through Planning Institute of Canada (PIBC) conferences and attending the Planning & Zoning Law Refresher course through SFU. Kristin has obtained her Certificate III in Business Administration and recently completed Subdivision Planning and Design for Land Use Planning through BCIT in 2020.

Nathan Loewen

Job Titles:
  • Environmental Technician
Nathan has a Dipl. Tech. in Fish, Wildlife and Recreation (BCIT) and a Bachelor's in Geography (UBC), with experience working with Metro Vancouver, the City of Port Coquitlam, and is excited to have joined Redcedar Environmental Consulting Inc. as an Environmental Technician. With a certificate in pesticide application (Landscape - Integrated Pest Management), and a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (ESCA BC), Nathan has experience in noxious weed management, habitat restoration, environmental monitoring, ESC inspections, and Riparian Area Protection Regulation assessments.

Ryan Anderson

Ryan is an expert in Land Use and Development planning with over 20 years of combined Public and Private Sector experience. As a Senior Project Manager, he leads OTG's teams in multi-disciplinary assignments involving various professional services, including planning, engineering, biology, geotechnical engineering, urban design, surveying, appraisal and land economics. Ryan is a skilled facilitator and negotiator who is often called upon to handle challenging assignments that typically involve difficult site conditions, complex negotiations or public engagement and politics.

Rémi Masson

Job Titles:

  • Senior Biological Consultant
Rémi Masson is a project manager with OTG Developments Ltd. and the CEO of Redcedar Environmental Consulting Inc. He is a Registered Professional Biologist (R.P.Bio.) and Qualified Environmental Professional with more than ten years of environmental consulting experience. With Redcedar Environmental, he has successfully completed projects for the private sector, municipal governments, and the province.

Shanda Parkes

Job Titles:
  • Bookkeeper
Shanda has over 15 years of experience in both public and private practice and has expertise in providing timely, accurate, confidential services for small to medium-sized corporate businesses and self-employed individuals. She is certified with the Canadian Payroll Association and received her diploma in Accounting and Payroll Administration with Sprott Shaw College.

Shannon Webb

Job Titles:
  • Vancouver Island Branch Manager / Senior Planner / Project Manager
Originally from Australia, Shannon comes to OTG Developments with a background in both urban and environmental planning. He has a Masters in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science (Geosciences). Shannon has over 15 years of experience in Local Government; working extensively in land use development and implementing environmental policies and bylaws. Shannon has gained extensive experience in working with a wide variety of consultants and land developers and has expertise in problem solving and negotiations.
