Bill has been designing, developing and working directly with construction and property management on multi-family projects since 1982. He began his career in architecture working on both for sale and for rent garden, midrise/mixed-use and high-rise multifamily projects. In addition, he has worked on a few special custom homes, retail and restaurant buildings. In 1996, Bill made the move to Post Properties bridging design, development, construction and management. He has worked with various teams through all development stages: initial pursuit through project design, project construction transitioning to lease up and operations on communities across the Southeast, Texas, Arizona, California,and Manhattan, New York. Bill was given the opportunity to join Oxford Properties in 2020. He currently lives in Tucker, Georgia, with his wife Susan.

Brad Etheridge joined Oxford Properties, LLC in August 2019 as Vice President of Construction Operations. He is responsible for the management of Oxford's construction department, including Oxford and 3rd party developments. This is Brad's second tenure with Oxford where he previously served in many roles ranging from technician to assistant project manager. Between his Oxford tenures, he spent 9 years at Fortune Johnson leaving as a Senior Project Manager. Brad has been instrumental in the construction of over 4,000 units with a value of over $475 million. These projects have included housing for homeless families, student housing, for-sale townhomes, garden-style, and mid-rise high-density projects. Brad grew up in Metro Atlanta and is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. Brad loves travelling and supporting Atlanta sports and he can usually be found spending time with family doing one of those two things. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife, Jennie and their children, Walker and Collins.

David began working with the Development Team at Oxford Properties, LLC in 2021. He is responsible for all development activities in the Tennessee Market, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlement and permitting, rezoning, construction and lease up. Prior to joining Oxford, he worked as an architect with a local architectural firm for 5+ years, where he specialized in multifamily communities. From 2018 to 2020 he served on ULI Atlanta's Technical Assistance Panel Committee. David holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. On the weekends he and his girlfriend, Virginia Whitley, enjoy playing fetch with their golden retriever, Bryant.

Ellen Chiang is the Controller/Partner of Oxford Properties, LLC. She is a graduate of Clemson University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She received her Georgia CPA certification in 1999. Before joining Oxford Properties, LLC in 2004, Ellen worked for Brannen Goddard Company as Assistant Controller from 1999 to 2002; and with Goddard Investment Group as Controller from 2002 to 2004. Currently, she supervises two Senior Project Accountants and oversees various accounting and cash management functions for Oxford Properties. Outside of work, Ellen is the current President of the Association of Chinese Schools in the South Eastern States of the USA, which has over 50 member schools. She is also the Advisor to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission of Republic of China (Taiwan). Ellen resides in Roswell, GA with her husband, John.

Greg Kotarba is the Chief Financial Officer of Oxford Properties, LLC. Greg is responsible for overseeing the corporate operations of accounting and finance, as well as the coordination and oversight of all corporate and partnership taxes, financial reporting, and risk management. Greg is also involved in providing corporate leadership and steering for the company as a member of the Oxford executive team. Greg joined Oxford Properties in 2004 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Since arriving at Oxford, Greg has overseen the accounting and financial operations of over one billion dollars of multi-family development. Prior to joining Oxford, Greg served as Controller at Stormont Noble Development, LLC. Over his ten years with Stormont (and affiliated companies), he held several positions in accounting and finance and was directly involved with over $540 million in upscale, full-service, public & private hotel development and partnership accounting. Greg is a graduate of John Carroll University with a BS in Business Administration with continuing education from Oglethorpe University. In 2010, he was one of the founders of the Kincaid Elementary Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for several years. Greg resides in Marietta, GA with his wife and two children.

Jack Hinrichs serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Oxford Properties. He has oversight of the investment cycle of Oxford's development projects from the initial underwriting and planning to asset management and disposition. He is responsible for securing capital investment from financial partners. Additionally, Jack is involved in providing corporate leadership and steering for the company as a member of the Oxford executive team. Jack joined Oxford Properties in 2004 as a Financial Analyst and has held several positions in development and asset management prior to advancing into his current role in 2020. He has been involved in all of Oxford development projects since the company's formation. Prior to working for Oxford, he was a Project Engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Washington DC and a Structural Engineer for Deep Oil Technology Inc. in Houston, TX. Jack holds a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate and a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is also a 2015 graduate of the ULI Center for Leadership. Jack is a member of Real Estate Investment Advisory Council as well as the Urban Land Institute. He is a resident of Marietta, GA with his wife and three children.

Jack was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and currently resides there with his dog, Scout. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Western Carolina University in 2018. Jack joined Oxford Properties in April of 2019. Initially, Jack worked in the construction division of Oxford, but in January 2023, he transferred into a development role covering Florida. Jack likes to travel and has visited 43 countries across 5 continents thus far, with plans for many more through his life. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, camping, hunting and fishing throughout Florida and the mountains of western North Carolina.

In 1993, Jackie began her Human Resources career immediately upon graduation from Mercer University. Throughout her career, Jackie has worked in the hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Oxford, Jackie was the Director of Human Resources for Preferred Apartment Communities based in Atlanta, Georgia. Jackie joined Oxford Properties in January of 2023. Jackie currently lives in Jonesboro, Georgia with her husband, Stefan. In her spare time Jackie enjoys hiking, traveling and volunteering with animal rescue groups.

Keith Rothwell is President of Oxford Properties, LLC. He is directly responsible for the management of Oxford's preconstruction and construction departments. Additionally, Keith is involved in providing corporate leadership and steering for the company as a member of the Oxford executive team. Keith graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and an Undergraduate Certificate in Building Construction. He was employed by RJ Griffin & Company and Post Properties prior to being an original Oxford Properties employee at the company's founding in 2002. He has held many job positions at Oxford and, over a 25 year career, has been involved in the construction management of more than 10,000 apartment units that are either complete or currently under construction with a total value in excess of one billion dollars. Keith holds general contractor's licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. He also holds LEED certification at the Green Associate level. Keith is a member of the Kennesaw State University Construction Industry Advisory Board and a 2017 graduate of the ULI Center For Leadership program. Keith and his wife, Shelly, live in Roswell, GA and have two sons, Anderson and Garrett.

Marie Thomas is the Chief Operating Officer of Oxford Properties, LLC. She is focused on the operations of Oxford Properties as well as developing and expanding Oxford's relationships with debt and equity partners. She is also responsible for working with third party management companies to ensure our properties are performing at their optimal levels. Marie is a member of the Oxford executive team where she provides corporate leadership and steering for the company. Marie joined Oxford in 2016 with almost 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. During her career, Marie has financed over one billion dollars of commercial real estate. Marie is a native Atlantan and holds a BS in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology. She has served on the Vestry of Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church as Senior Warden, Junior Warden and Secretary as well as on the Board of Directors of Holy Innocents' Episcopal School. She has also served on the Alexander-Tharpe Fund Board of Trustees for Georgia Tech. Marie resides in Sandy Springs, GA with her husband, Brian, and two children, Anna and Will.

Paul Austin joined Oxford Properties in 2015 and is the Development Partner for Atlanta and Charlotte where he is focused on expanding Oxford's presence. As Development Partner, Paul is responsible for all development decisions from the project's inception through final disposition including site selection, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, permitting, rezoning, construction, and lease-up. While at Oxford, Paul has been a part of several developments, containing over 1,400 units, including The Encore, Reserve at Summit Crossing, City Park View South, V&Three, and Oxford Club Drive. Paul is an Atlanta native and graduated from The Brock School of Business at Samford University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Finance. Prior to joining Oxford Properties, Paul worked at Keurig Green Mountain in Boston and at The Coca-Cola Company HQ in Atlanta. While at Keurig Green Mountain, he was responsible for business development and opening the first Keurig branded retail store. During his time at The Coca-Cola Company, he worked in the Government and Public Relations division. Paul is a member of the Atlanta Urban Land Institute and has participated in several programs including the Young Leader Mentor Program. Paul is also a committee member of the J. Paul Austin Invitational golf tournament held at Peachtree Golf Club in Atlanta benefiting Alzheimer's Disease Research. In addition, Paul is an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and enjoys participating in various volunteer opportunities. In his spare time, Paul enjoys sailing, skiing, travelling, fly fishing, hunting with his dog Utah, and golf. Paul and his wife, Sarah Brook live in Buckhead.

Dan is Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Properties, LLC and one of the Founding Partners. He has over 50 years' experience in apartment development and construction. Dan works with the Oxford Executive Team to provide leadership for all areas of the company with a focus on Development. W. Daniel Faulk, Jr draws from his experience of over 50 years to lead a talented team of professionals. Faulk has overseen the development and construction of over $3 billion in multifamily investment. Oxford Properties benefits from the experience of the executive team that has remained relatively constant since the company's founding.
