The company was originally founded in 1985, by Jon Payne, and was purchased by his daughter, Nicole Norgaard, in April of 2013. The business started in Spencer, Iowa located in a small office and warehouse with just 2 employees. We've since moved to Arnolds Park, Iowa and have grown to 5 employees. We strive to be the best in the area in customer satisfaction, trustworthiness and knowledge of garage doors and products. Overhead Door Sales and Service stands behind our work with an educated owner who has been in the garage door industry since 2001. Our brands are Haas, Hormann, Wayne Dalton and Carriage House Door Company. Overhead Door Sales and Service in not affiliated with any other garage door company.
