As a Client Services Coordinator, Abby supports the Avison Young Transaction Management and Project Management teams. She is responsible for performing various duties such as administrative, accounting, marketing, and website support.
Abby joined the company in 2019. She is new to the real estate industry, but has vast experience in marketing and advertising, as well as administrative roles.

Bringing more than 10 years of local market knowledge and experience to the Kansas City office, Adam is responsible for retail tenant and landlord representation and land disposition.
He has an extensive background in shopping centers, representing prominent landlords in the Kansas City and St. Louis metropolitan areas. Adam's clients include emerging local and regional companies.
Adam is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. He is a member of ICSC and a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.
Born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska, Adam is a proud Husker fan and has added the Kansas City Chiefs to his roster after moving to the Kansas City region. He and his wife, Katey, have three children and enjoy outdoor activities, and Adam specifically appreciates a good physical challenge.

As a Pace Properties accounting team member, Alketa is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, reviewing and preparing monthly financial packages, tenant accounts, and tenant billings for each client within her portfolio.
Alketa is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in accounts payable management. With a keen eye for accuracy and a solid commitment to efficiency, she has been instrumental in embracing new technologies and innovation.
Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Renato, and her two beautiful children, Justin and Briana. Originally from Albania, Alketa loves to vacation by the stunning sea.

As Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations, Amanda oversees all marketing and branding activities with Pace Properties and the St. Louis office of Avison Young.
With 24 years of experience in marketing, events, and promotion and has won numerous awards in her career, including Philanthropist of the Year and twice awarded Mentor of the Year, Amanda's passion is creative innovation. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Amanda has sat on the professional advisory council since 2013 and enjoys occasionally teaching marketing and branding to future generations. She is the chair of the ESOP and Pace Gives Back committees and organizes their community service days at charitable organizations. Amanda is also a member of the St. Louis Chapter of CREW, SMPS, and sits on the National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Gateway Chapter board of trustees. In 2024 she is serving as co-chair of the National MS Society's Dinner of Champions.

As a Senior Associate with the leasing team, Connor is responsible for landlord and tenant representation.
Connor joined Pace Properties after a year of marketing and website design. Connor is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and sales. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
Outside of work, Connor likes to stay active, travel and spend time with his family and friends. He is an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou sports fan.

As an Associate - Accounting on the Accounting team, Diana works alongside our accounting team to review and prepare monthly financial packages, tenant accounts, and tenant billings for each client within her portfolio.
Diana has been a member of the Pace team since 2016 and has more than 12 years' experience in the real estate industry. Prior to moving to the accounting department, Diana served as an administrative assistant for the Asset Management group. She has a background in accounting and is a graduate of Sanford Brown College.
Outside of the office, Diana enjoys reading and watching SciFi television shows. She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and two rescue dogs Brandi & Tucker.
As Principal, Doug supervises corporate service assignments and consults commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
He provides clients with innovative financing, strategic positioning, and real estate negotiations. Doug also manages real estate portfolios for both office and industrial properties.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Washington University. Doug is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri. Doug was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2019.
Prior to his career in real estate, Doug was a catcher for the Kansas City Royals. He now enjoys watching his son play baseball. Doug also likes to spend time with his wife and watching his daughter in gymnastics.
As a member of our Asset Management team, Drew provides excellent service to our clients as a Maintenace Technician.
He is responsible for completing maintenance requests made by our retail, industrial, and office clients who lease Pace-managed properties. Drew is proficient in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves traveling, working on his truck, grilling, and on most nice days, you can find him working in the yard! Drew is a St. Louis Blues fanatic and rarely misses a game. LGB!

Elizabeth joined Pace Properties in 2006 and is responsible for tenant representation, landlord representation, and property disposition for retail clients.
In addition, she provides strategic consulting services to assist retailers in their store rollouts in St. Louis and throughout Missouri and Central Illinois. Elizabeth serves on Pace's Employee Relations & Community Outreach Committee and has helped organized the company's Community Service Days at charitable organizations. Elizabeth was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2019.
Elizabeth received a bachelor's degree from The University of Arizona. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
Away from the grind, Elizabeth enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and bicycling with her husband and young family. She also plays lacrosse, likes traveling, good food, and spending time with family and friends.

Evan is responsible for local and national tenant representation and landlord representation throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.
In addition to a strong background in retail and restaurant transactions, Evan has a diverse work history including raw land and hospitality transactions. He also provides an educated perspective from experience in property valuation. Evan was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2016, 2017, and 2021.
A graduate of The University of Missouri at Columbia, Evan has his bachelor's degree in Human Environmental Science - Personal Financial Planning. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri.
Evan likes staying active playing golf, hockey, racquet sports, and sand volleyball. He enjoys pretty much any activity that involves his family, his friends, and the outdoors.

As Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations, Joe oversees all financial activities and operational management of Pace Properties.
He is involved with strategic planning, banking and financing decisions, developing and monitoring budgets, preparing ad hoc financial models and forecasts, human resources, and employee benefits. Joe serves on the ESOP Administrative Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Employee Relations & Community Outreach Committee.
Joe has been a member of the Pace team since 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from The University of Missouri - Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant.
When away from the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, exercising, and being outdoors.

As one of two Managing Directors of Pace Properties, Joe is one of the area's most successful retail brokers.
He has been involved in expanding Pace's retail leasing business and has built and led the brokerage services practice into a position of national recognition. Many high-profile tenant and landlord representation accounts trust Joe's over 30 years of expertise. He has advised and represented some of the largest public, institutional, and private owners of commercial real estate across the country. Joe is also responsible for forming Pace's alliance with ChainLinks, a national network composed of best-in-class retail real estate companies throughout the United States.
A graduate of The University of Richmond, Joe has earned multiple industry awards and recognitions, including 12 CoStar Power Broker awards, a two-time finalist in Ernst & Young's ‘Entrepreneur of the Year' competition, and recognized three times in St. Louis Business Journal's ‘Top 100 Leaders to Watch' list. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Illinois.
With over 30 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician specializing in high-rise buildings, Joe's main objective is the successful operation of Pace's managed properties.
He provides a wide range of knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevator operations, building access systems, and tenant relations.
Joe serves as Vice President of the Missouri Disabled Water Ski Association, a charitable organization that provides adaptive water skiing for individuals with disabilities.
In his free time, Joe can be found out on the water boating and swimming with his children and grandchildren. He also likes warm weather months when he can spend time at outdoor concerts with family and friends.

As a Principal in Brokerage, Mark is focused on providing professional and creative solutions to tenants and landlords in office and industrial property transactions.
He came to the company after they merged with The Maune Company in 2017. Mark previously worked for a large technology firm providing the background in technology services which helps him to specialize in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and innovative solutions tailored specifically for each of his client's needs and requirements.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Dayton. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors - Commercial Division (SLAR).
When not at the office, Mark can be found on the soccer field where he has been a coach and trainer with his childhood club, St. Louis Scott Gallagher, for the past nine years. He also serves as Board Members for Chaminade Alumni Board, BackStoppers Young Friend Board, and as a Junior Board Member for United Services for Children.
In 2021, Mark retired from his active duties at Pace Properties. Mark continues to serve as a Managing Member of numerous Pace-affiliated real estate investment entities.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, Mike's goal is to provide property managers, contractors and tenants with a clean and safe space to conduct their business.
Mike has been maintaining properties as part of the Pace team for more than 15 years and is a great teammate to our property managers. He is responsible for managing projects, handling property inspections and emergency services, and completing maintenance requests made by our retail, industrial, and office tenants. Mike is skilled in general electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and carpentry.
Outside of Pace Properties you may find Mike strolling around at car shows. He also enjoys spending time at home with his wife, son, and their dogs.
As Principal of Brokerage services, Mike is responsible for tenant representation and property disposition services.
He delivers strategic consulting services to help clients in the St. Louis metro area and across the nation. Mike also provides third party leasing services to national, regional, and local property owners.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Kansas. He is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri.
In his free time, Mike stays active by going to the gym and hiking with his family. He is enthusiastic about Kansas Jayhawks Basketball, but not too much so about their football. Mike also enjoys coaching his son's grade school basketball team.
