Augustina is an Accountant with over six years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Taxation Services. She previously worked with A. Wilson, Sola & Associate where she successfully managed and prepared comprehensive Audited financial statement and handled other financial and tax matters for clients before joining PAC Solicitors.
Dominic was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, Nigeria. Dominic obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1984.
Dominic worked in a private Law Firm in Kaduna, Nigeria for a few years before going into the Financial Services Sector: Banking, Insurance and Non-Banking Financial Institutions. His last employer before joining PAC Solicitors was Cornerstone Insurance Plc. (a public quoted Company) where he rose to the position of Acting Managing Director/CEO and still serves as a non-executive director.
A Chartered Stockbroker and an Executive Coach, Dominic has attended courses and seminars on Law, Finance, Management and Leadership in reputable institutions such as the Lagos Business School,Lagos, Nigeria, Euromoney, UK, London Business School, UK, IESE Business School, Spain, and the Wharton School, USA

Emmanuel was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. He holds an LLB Degree from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin.
He worked with some law firms and a Real Estate company in Abuja before joining PAC Solicitors in March 2023. He has built competence in the area of Dispute Resolution and is skilled in Legal Writing and Courtroom Advocacy.
His litigation experience cuts across Clients from different sectors. He has also explored other forms of Dispute Resolution including especially Arbitration.
Emmanuel is a member of our Dispute Resolution Team.

Kehinde has a distinguished academic background with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria, and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2022.

She has developed proficiency in commercial legal practice and has highlighted an impressive grasp of regulatory and compliance skills.
With keen focus on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain, Kehinde is passionate about shaping legal frameworks that drive innovation and contribute to economic and environmental sustainability in Nigeria and on a global scale.

Olutola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters Degree at the University of Lagos.
Previously, Olutola worked in a Company in Lagos as a Legal and Compliance Officer before joining PAC Solicitors in July 2022. She has built competence in the area of Company Secretarial Services, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
Olutola is a member of the Firm's Company Secretarial and Compliance unit.

Peter has been involved in the legal structuring and documentation of several major IT projects, Commercial and Corporate Finance transactions in Nigeria. He is listed as a Recommended Expert by the Global Experts for the year 2011 under the IT and e-Commerce Segment.
Peter is the Managing Partner and leads the Commercial Contracts, IT and e-Commerce team of the Firm's practice.
Udeme obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Covenant University, Ota in 2010, and a Master's Degree in International Business Management from the University of East London, U.K. in 2013. He also possesses a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and has attended several management and Leadership Courses and Seminars in Nigeria and overseas. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as Business Operations Officer at Forte Oil Plc. (now Ardova
Petroleum Plc) and as General Manager of Doren Specialist Hospital, Lagos. Udeme presently heads the Corporate Services Department of the Firm.
