Alex DeLuca joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in April 2023 as an associate attorney. A 2022 graduate of Widener Commonwealth Law School, Alex works out of our State College office on the estate and long-term care planning team. Alex previously servied as a law clerk at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak since August 2022 before formally receving his law license. During that time, he assisted the estate and long-term care planning team in State College with various duties, including drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as guardianship petitions, and he also attended several attorney-client meetings and document signings.
During his time as a law student at Widener, Alex gained experience in the legal field by working as a certified legal intern for the Central PA Civil Law Clinic for five months, where he helped represent clients for their legal needs in the areas of estate planning, no-fault divorce, custody, bankruptcy and judgement enforcement. He drafted and filed various legal memos and documents and conducted legal research to fulfill clients' needs. For about a year, Alex also served as a legal intern at Audi Law, a general practice law firm in Hershey, where he assisted attorneys on various legal work, including drafting complaints, memorandums and motions to the court. He also assisted with legal research and analysis to help achieve positive outcomes for clients. During the summer of 2019, prior to entering law school, Alex was a Pennsylvania House of Representatives Fellow, where he assisted committees in drafting bill analysis and writing consituent letters.
Prior to law school, Alex earned a bachelor of science degree in management from Saint Vincent College, where he was a three-time all-conference selection on the men's tennis team.
Alexandra Garver joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in October 2024 as an associate attorney. A 2024 graduate of Penn State Law, Alexandra works out of our Altoona and State College offices. Prior to receiving her law license, Alexandra served as a law clerk at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak since August of 2024. Alexandra assisted the estate and long-term care planning team in State College and Altoona with drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as attending signings and attorney-client meetings.
While at Penn State Law, Alexandra was a member of Phi Delta Phi, a legal fraternity promoting professional ethics in the law. She also was a member of the Women's Law Caucus that encouraged and supported women in the legal field. Alexandra worked as a "Law Lion" at Penn State Law where she connected with potential Penn State Law students and was a resource for any questions they may have had about beginning law school. In the summers between her years of law school, she interned with DeBoef Lucchesi P.C., a practice in State College, where she drafted various documents in the area of family law. Alexandra has also been drafting estate planning documents for many years while interning for her aunt, a solo practitioner.
Alexandra is a "double Penn Stater" and earned her bachelor's degree in Telecommunications with a minor in Media Studies from Penn State in 2021. After office hours, she enjoys reading thriller novels, watching reality television, and spending time with her family and their many dogs.
Alexis Wetzler is a Long-Term Care Planner and works out of our State College office. She started at the firm as a Social Work intern in the fall of 2022 before accepting a full-time job with the firm upon her graduation from Bloomsburg University, where she double majored in social work and psychology with a minor in gerontology. She recently earned a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Bachelors in Psychology from Bloomsburg. At the firm, she works closely with Long Term Care Planner Kristin Daughtery in assisting the firm's elder care navigation clients with applying for Medicaid, asset protection and care navigation. Alexis resides in Bellefonte.
Amy M. George joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in January of 2024 as an associate attorney. She works out of the Williamsport and Wyalusing offices and with the wealth protection & planning team.
Amy came to SGY after practicing law for seven years in New Jersey, where she worked in the practice areas of tax, trusts and estates and handed matters involving estate administration, fiduciary income tax, fiduciary litigation and estate planning. She also did a three-month stint as an extern with the Internal Revenue Service while in law school.
A 2016 cum laude graduate of Seton Hall Law School, Amy is admitted to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also holds a bachelor's degree in sociology/anthropology and studio art from Washington & Lee, as well as a master's degree of arts photography from Temple. She currently resides in White Haven, Pa. In addition to her legal career, Amy has served the greater Eastern Orthodox Christian community in church youth ministry.
Angel has been with Steinbacher, Goodall and Yurchak since 2017 when she started as the Williamsport office's receptionist. Over the years she has assisted with many of the departments within the firm and has built a wide knowledge base. At the end of 2024 Angel accepted a full-time position within the firm's Williamsport Estate Administration team. Angel has a great deal of empathy for all of our clients, because she has faced many of the same life events that our clients do.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her daughter.
Briella is an elder care navigator and works out of our State College and Altoona
Christina joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as a special needs planning coordinator in early 2024. A 2015 cum laude honors graduate of Lock Haven University, Christina holds a bachelor's degree in Disability and Community Services. She has experience working in human services primarily in one-on-one environments alongside individuals with disabilities as well as the low-income population.
Christina's role as the SNP Coordinator here at the firm is to support our clients and families by listening, counseling, and providing guidance during their special needs planning process. Additionally, she works to facilitate and assure the quality of all aspects of special needs planning by meeting with clients and their families to aid in establishing helpful resources, materials, and appropriate accommodations for their unique situation.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being in the great outdoors, and watching a variety of sports.

Cortney is the business financial planner and analyst for Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and has been with the firm since March 2021. She began her career with the law firm as a senior staff Accountant and transitioned to the business financial planner and analyst role in 2022, in which she heads up the firm's finance operations.
Cortney graduated from Northeastern University with her bachelor's of science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance. Cortney also holds a master's of science degree in accounting from Northeastern. She resides in Boston, Mass., and enjoys reading and traveling in her free time.
Elizabeth has been with the firm since the summer of 2023 and works in pre-planning and wealth protection drafting documents, facilitating trust funding, and assisting in signing appointments as a notary. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University in 2013. Prior to joining the staff at SGY, she worked as a paralegal in family and criminal law. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-stitching, hiking, and baking.

Mr. Goodall is a certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He advises persons and families with estate planning concerns, competency issues and estate administrations. For a number of years, he was solicitor to the Register of Wills. He was awarded an Estate Practice certificate by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Goodall was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel by the College's Board of Regents. He is the only Centre County lawyer to be so honored.
Amos Goodall has been practicing law in Centre County since 1976, and is currently affiliated with the eldercare and special needs planning firm of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. Amos is an Emeritus in Elder Law (a Certifield Elder Law Attorney that is no longer practicing full-time) through the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) of which he is a past President. Amos also serves on the Elder Law Certifying Exam Drafting Committee. He is a Fellow both of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, an organization of leading elder law and disability law attorneys located throughout the country. Amos is a contributing author for Lexis Nexis "Tax, Estate & Financial Planning for the Elderly" and "Tax, Estate & Financial Planning for the Elderly: Forms & Practice". He has been recognized as a pre-eminent attorney by Martindale-Hubell since 1992 and has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of Elder Law by Philadelphia Magazine every year since that category was created. Amos has been recognized for a number of years in the list of Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of elder law, and this year was identified as the Best Elder Lawyer in central Pennsylvania. In 2016, Amos was appointed to the Advisory Council of the Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law. Amos is a member of the PA General Assembly-Joint State Commission on Decedents' Estates Laws; The PA Bar Association, Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Inc., Board of Directors; The American Bar Association, Military Pro Bono Project, "Operation Standby". Most recently, Amos was appointed to the disciplinary and ethics commission (DEC) of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFB Board) for a three-year term running through 2024.
Amos received his bachelor of arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College, his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University.

Haley is a Legal Assistant at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and has been with the firm since August 2017. She assists multiple attorneys with estate and long-term care planning, as well as, guardianships. Haley graduated from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics and Business Administration and a minor in Corporate Communications. During her time at Lycoming, Haley served as Vice President of the Economics Society, a Student Grader for the Economics Department, and a member of the Women's Varsity Volleyball Team.

Attorney Jaime Leon is in her second stint at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. She rejoined the firm in August 2023 and she works on the estate administration team in Williamsport. She previously worked for the firm out of the State College office from 2013-17, handling both estate and trust administration.
She also worked for the Nittany Settlement Company in State College as an associate attorney and title agent, as well as at Rooney & Rooney in Vero Beach, Fla, and Dill, Evans & Rhodeback in Sebastian, Fla. While living in the Sunshine State, Jaime worked primarily in elder law, assisting clients in estate planning and in preparation of all estate planning documents, in addition to Medicaid planning and asset protection. Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida, Jaime is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, and also holds her bachelor's degree from Penn State, where she played on the women's soccer team that won four straight Big Ten championships during her four years.

Jenna L. Franks is an Attorney and Partner at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Jenna graduated from Penn State in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law and Justice, and with a minor in History. After graduating from Penn State, Jenna moved to Florida and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Jenna was a member of the Steven R. Booher American Inns of Court, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the National Transactional LawMeet competition.
Jenna joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in 2017 and moved back to Pennsylvania to be with family. In April 2022, Jenna became a Partner of the firm. Jenna's focus is primarily on estate planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. She currently serves on the advisory board for Harmony personal care community and on the leadership team for Adult Children with Aging Parents of Centre County (ACAP). Jenna is also an active member in several Centre County based groups, including the Geriatric Interest Network of Centre County, Centre County Senior Center Coalition, Academy of Special Needs Planners, and Centre County Bar Association. A Certified Dementia Practitioner and also certified as a VA-accredited attorney, Jenna was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. In addition, Jenna has co-authored the book Protect Your Family! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life as well as the 2021 and 2022 Supplements to the Pennsylvania Trust Guide: A Handbook for Trustees and Their Advisors. More recently, Jenna became an Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a Virtual Dementia Tour Certified Trainer.
Jenna resides in Bellwood, Pa. with her husband, Josh, and their children, Ava and Grayson.
Joe is an Accounting Analyst out of our Williamsport office and has been with the firm since August of 2021. Joe is currently a student at Lycoming College, where he is studying accounting with aspirations of sitting for the CPA exam following graduation in May of 2025. During his time at Lycoming, Joe has been a routine member of the Dean's List and has been inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Business Honors Society and the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honors Society.

Julieanne E. Steinbacher is the founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs planning law firm established in 2002. The firm also offers its clients quality representation in litigation matters. Julieanne is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and holds an LLM degree in elder law and estate planning from Western New England School of Law. She has a "Superb" AVVO Rating for attorneys and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Julieanne is a recipient of a 2015 Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Special Achievement Award, which recognized her dedication and commitment to the PBA's Quality of Life /Balance Committee.
Julieanne is the President of Estate & Long Term Care Planning, Inc., a company which provides continuing education for professionals in Pennsylvania and coaching for attorneys throughout the nation. Julieanne has lectured extensively for Pennsylvania State University Tax Institutes and Tax Week, PICPA-Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Practitioners-PA Chapter, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, Elder Law Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association Annual Meeting, Back to Basics, Tax Pro Seminars, and the University of Illinois.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Julieanne was employed by AARP and as a geriatric social worker at Valley View Nursing Facility. As a gerontologist and former social worker, she has seen the devastating effect a lack of planning for long-term care needs can have. As an attorney, her goal is to provide a bridge between legal services and the aging network. In 2008, she developed The Elder & Special Needs Resource Center in Williamsport, which hosts frequent public seminars about issues affecting those who are aging. She has co-authored The Pennsylvania Trust Guide (Editions I and II), The Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide, as well several books in a Protect Your Family series that inform people about planning for the second half of life.
Julieanne resides in Jersey Shore with her husband Donald, their three children, Cortney, Stephanie, and DJ, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and diving into a good book.
Prior to practicing with Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak, Kathleen worked at one of the nation's premier litigation firms. Kathleen has more than 25 years of experience handling high-profile trial work in state and federal courts across the nation. She acted as counsel in the following areas: employment disputes, Title IX complaints, breach of contracts, defamation, product liability, bankruptcy and trustee issues, insurance coverage, will disputes and removal of trustees and executors, partnership disputes and civil rights and Section 1983 litigation. Kathleen has served as the Treasurer for the Centre County Bar Association, is a member of Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a member of the Federal Bar Association and its civil rights committee. Kathleen is active in community affairs and has published numerous articles in legal journals regarding introduction of evidence at trials. She has lectured frequently in the area of trial advocacy and has taught as an adjunct professor at Penn State University. A graduate of the University of Denver School of law, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Kathleen Yurchak concentrates her practice in litigation matters. Ms. Yurchak has achieved notable victories in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, achieving a multi-million dollar verdict in a securities fraud/material misrepresentation case. She has extensive trial and jury experience in both state and federal court actions. In addition, she has a successful TRO and preliminary injunction practice in the labor and employment area. She has extensive experience in the use of arbitration, under the Federal Arbitration Act and the Uniform Arbitration Act, for the resolution of commercial and individual disputes. She has a rapidly expanding practice in the personal injury and product liability areas.
Prior to joining Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, Ms. Yurchak was a partner with the firm of Goodall & Yurchak, and previously practiced at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton in their commercial litigation department in Philadelphia. During that tenure, she had extensive experience in handling matters arising in local, state and federal courts in the Philadelphia region where she represented several multi-national corporations and lending institutions.
Ms. Yurchak is a graduate of the University of Denver School of Law where she was a member of the law review and graduated cum laude. After graduating from law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Patricia Ann Clark, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado. She graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Recognizing the need for community activity, Ms. Yurchak has dedicated time and effort for pro bono organizations. For example, she has filed amicus briefs in both the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Third Circuit. In recognition of her distinguished record as a trial lawyer, she has been called upon to be a principal speaker in training seminars and for continuing legal education courses. Ms. Yurchak is admitted to practice before the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Centre County Bar Association.
Kelsey Boyles graduated from Lycoming College in 2011 with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology/anthropology and art history. She joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as an executive assistant to Attorney Julieanne Steinbacher in 2020.
Kelsey resides in Williamsport with her husband, Drew, and far too many houseplants. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, yoga, and hiking.
Kiley A. Harter has been a paralegal at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak since completing her internship with the firm in 2008. As a Medicaid Planning paralegal, Kiley works closely with clients of the firm in applying for benefits to help pay for in-home and nursing home care. Additionally, Kiley is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. She enjoys gardening, crafting, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Kiley lives in Jersey Shore with her husband, daughter, and three cats.
Kristin graduated from Lycoming College in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and anthropology, and with a minor in psychology. She joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as a long-term care planner in 2011. A long-term care planner is a non-attorney professional role.
Prior to joining the law firm, Kristin worked for the STEP, Office of Aging for five years as a case manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Waiver program. Kristin was trained through the Pennsylvania Institute of Protective Services to perform Older Adult Protective Services for individuals at high risk for abuse and neglect. As a long-term care planner, Kristin works closely with the firm's attorneys to provide their clients a range of services, including counseling and guidance on the selection of long-term care options; assistance qualifying for programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans benefits; care management services; and planning before of the point of need to ensure clients' assets are protected in the event there is a need for future long-term care. Kristin is part of the long-term care planning team and the wealth protection planning team.
Kristin resides in Hughesville with her husband, Kyle, and children, Kendall and Kyler.
Prior to working at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, Kyle Hetner graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. While enrolled at Lycoming College, Kyle was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Membership into this prestigious society is comprised only of selected individuals who demonstrate high scholarship and good moral character. Mr. Hetner was also a recipient of the M.B. Rich Endowed Prize during his tenure at Lycoming College. This prominent award went to a student who achieved high levels of scholarship and deportment. Kyle was a seven-time member of the Dean's List and was involved in various intramurals such as badminton and ultimate Frisbee. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors swimming and bicycling. He is also an avid hockey enthusiast, who loves to watch the Philadelphia Flyers and the Hershey Bears take to the ice.

Landon R. Hodges is an Attorney and Partner at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, and a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Landon was born and raised in Mount Airy, North Carolina, which you may know by its TV name: Mayberry. Landon graduated from Wake Forest University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in Philosophy and Sociology. Upon graduating from Wake Forest, Landon attended law school at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina where he graduated cum laude. Landon currently serves on the Board of the North Central Pennsylvania Estate Planners Council, an organization that provides resources and education to estate planners of multiple disciplines, and the Road to Freedom Center for Independent Living of North Central Pennsylvania, an organization that empowers people with disabilities and provides resources and services to allow them to live as independent as possible.
Landon joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak during his last semester of law school in January 2017 as a legal extern and has since obtained licensure to practice law and practices primarily in Wealth Protection Planning, Long-Term Care Planning, Tax Planning, Life Care Planning and Estate Administration. In May 2021, Landon became a Partner with the firm's acquisition of the law office of Leslie Wizelman in Wyalusing, Pa., and now practices in the firm's Wyalusing office and its satillite location in Wysox, Pa., as well as in the Williamsport and Wilkes-Barre offices. He is also responsible for oversight of the Wilkes-Barre office, which opened in September 2023. Landon has also successfully argued a case before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the decision for which set a statewide precedent affecting inheritance taxes applied to trusts.
Landon currently resides in Jersey Shore, Pa., with his wife, Emily and daughter, Eve. In his free time, Landon enjoys traveling, socializing with friends, and reading. He is an enthusiastic football fan, and he has followed the Carolina Panthers since their founding.
Lauren joined us at the end of January 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. She assists various attorneys with estate planning and long-term care planning in both the Altoona and State College offices.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing with her dog, spending time with friends and family, reading, and playing volleyball.

Matt Beltz is the firm's marketing communications and business development director. He has been with the firm since December 2019 and manages and oversees the firm's entire marketing and business development operations.
Matt came to Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak after serving for nearly three years as the director of marketing and communications for the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce. He also spent over three years in the marketing and public relations departments at Geisinger. Prior to joining the corporate world, he worked for over a decade in collegiate athletics communications. He holds a B.A. in communication from Central Connecticut State and a M.S. in sports & leisure commerce from the University of Memphis. A native of New England, he is a fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, and when he isn't working or watching his teams play, he can most likely be found at one of his kids' youth sporting events, on the golf course, or on a basketball court, where he is a high school and college basketball official. He resides in Danville with his wife, Kelly, and their sons, Will and Brady.

Megan Driscoll is an accounting associate for Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and has been with the firm since June 2023. Megan graduated from Pennsylvania State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in finance. Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband as well as her two dogs, along with spending quality time with friends and family.
Megan Ingram joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as an associate attorney in November 2020. A 2020 summa cum laude graduate of Penn State Law School, Megan works out of the firm's State College office and primarily works in the wealth protection department.
Megan graduated fourth (of 115) in her law school class, where she served as a senior editor of Penn State Law Review, and the recipient of several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She was also named to the Woolsack Honor Society and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and was a Law Lion Ambassador. Megan was a 2017 magna cum laude graduate of the Smeal College of Business at Penn State and holds a B.S. in Finance.

Attorney Pat Santucci joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in in September 2023. He works out of the firm's Williamsport office and handles litigation as well as assisting the long-term care planning team.
Pat joined the firm after previously serving as a legal advisor, contract supervisor and proposal writer for Greencastle Associate Consulting out of Malvern, Pa., a veteran-owned business consulting firm. While there, he drafted and reviewed various legal documents related to a variety of business needs. He also helped facilitate the creation of a nonprofit organization, Stronghold Leadership. Pat has also provided legal representation to clients in juvenile, dependency, and custody law matters in Clinton County, a role he continues to serve in. While in law school, Pat served as a legal extern and clerk for Clinton County, as well as a law clerk at McQuaide Blasko in State College.
A veteran, Pat served his country for 22 years in the United States Army, rising to a rank of Major. He operated in over 20 countries and conducted operations in over 10 of them as a Green Beret commander in the Army Special Forces. He also got his start in the legal industry as a legal intern for the Judge Advocate General's office Special Operations Command South in Homestead, Fla. A native of Clinton County, Pat attained his law degree from Penn State Law in 2021, and also holds his bachelor's degree from Penn State.
Samantha was born and raised in a small town in Clinton County. She continues to live there with her husband and two boys. She began working for Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak at the beginning of 2018 as a Legal Assistant in the Wealth Protection Planning Department. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, cooking, spending time outdoors, and photography.

Sarah is the Executive Director of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and has been with the firm since May 2013. She began her career with the law firm as a Legal Assistant in the Wealth Protection Planning Department and transitioned into the Executive Director position in 2017. As the firm's Executive Director, Sarah manages all the firm's staff and offices.
Sarah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Sarah resides in Montoursville with her husband, Dillon, and their daughter, Amelia. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Sean Anderson joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as an administrative assistant in October of 2018. He graduated cum laude from Bloomsburg University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in accounting in 2023. Sean also received a Master of Accountancy degree from Bloomsburg University in 2024. He has transitioned to the tax associate role after completing his education.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, lifting, and spending time with friends and family.
Skylah Cunningham joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in October 2024 as a law clerk before becoming an associate attorney with the firm in January 2025. Skylah works out of our Williamsport office assisting the long-term care planning and wealth protection planning teams.
Skylah earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science with a double minor in Criminology and Law, Justice, and Advocacy from the University of Tampa in 2020 and graduated from Penn State Law in 2024. While at Penn State Law, she founded and served as President of the Family Law Society, an organization focused on bringing in speakers and organizing network events for students interested in working in family law post-graduation. Skylah also served on the executive board of the Human Rights Society, the Disability Law Caucus, and the Women's Law Caucus. She was a member of the Student Bar Association Law and Equity Committee, a board that aimed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by facilitating open communication between students, faculty, and staff. During her third year of law school, Skylah studied abroad for a semester at Stockholm University in Sweden where she studied European family and financial law. While in law school, she interned with a judge at the New York County Supreme Court and an insurance defense firm in Tampa, Florida.
In her free time, Skylah enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends.

Attorney Stacey Acri joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in September 2023 in conjunction with the firm opening its Wilkes-Barre office. She has been practicing law for the last 25 years, including the last 16 in Pennsylvania.
From 2007 through 2023, Stacey was a part of the Acri Law Firm in Wilkes-Barre, which was founded by her mother, Jane Acri, where she worked primarily in both family and elder law. Elder law related items that she has worked on include but aren't limited to general estate planning, including wills and Powers of Attorney, probate and guardianships. She also worked on non-elder law areas including family law issues such as child custody, domestic violence, adoptions and divorce and alimony.
Prior to her time at the Acri Law Firm, Stacey served her country for over nine years in the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps of the United States Navy, serving in four different locations on the west coast as well as on the USS Boxer. In that role, she provided military personnel and their families with various and wide-ranging legal services in both criminal and civil matters, including matters pertaining to estate planning. Stacey is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. Committed to her community, she currently serves as a professional mentor to the Domestic Violence Service Center, an auditor for Wright Township, the Adjutant of American Legion Post 781 and the chair of the Junior Auxiliary for Unit 781 of the American Legion Auxiliary. She also serves on committees for AdoptVets and the General Federation of Women's Club of Mountain Top.
A native of Mountain Top, Pa., Stacey is a graduate of Crestwood High School, King's College, and Penn State Dickinson Law.
Stephanie joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as a legal assistant in August of 2016. Stephanie brought with her experience from years of service in the legal field. Stephanie worked for five years in Lewistown with BMZ LAW, P.C., and she was employed with Miller, Kistler & Campbell in State College for ten years.
Originally from Snyder County, Stephanie is currently commuting to State College from Mifflin County. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, often getting together to attend monster truck shows and other related events.

Sydney is a 2023 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in human services and restorative justice with minors in psychology and emergency management. During her time at Penn College, she was President of the Student Government Association and a member of the Alphi Chi Honor Society. She was also the recipient of the Davie Jane Gilmour Award for Leadership and Service to Penn College, the Student Leader Legacy Scholarship, and the Women's Exemplar Award.
Sydney has been employed as a long-term care planner with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak since May 2023. Previously to her position as a long-term care planner, she was employed as an elder care navigation intern concurring her graduating semester at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Tammy is a graduate of Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work with a minor in gerontology. Prior to her employment with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, Tammy worked for several years as a home and community based waiver case manager for an agency on aging in Vermont. After she and her family relocated to Pennsylvania, she was employed as a home health and hospice social worker.
Tammy has been employed as a long-term care planner with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak since February 2007. A long-term care planner is a non-attorney professional role.

Trishia Kinney is a paralegal for both our Williamsport and State College wealth protection and planning teams, and works primarily out of our Williamsport office. She has been at the firm since January 2022.
Troy Heatwole is the Communications Liaison out of our State College Office. He graduated from Kent State University with a major in Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing and started at the firm in August 2023. At the firm, he conducts marketing and business development operations. This includes planning and conducting seminars, copywriting, building relationships with referral sources, and other marketing needs primarily for the State College office. Troy resides in State College and enjoys playing golf and biking on the weekends.

Yvonne Donovan is an estate administration assistant in the Wyalusing office and began working for Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in January 2022. She has worked in the legal profession for approximately 30 years. She has also worked in production and accounts receivable during her career. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, running, horseback riding, 4-wheeling and gardening. She also enjoys cruising around in her family's classic cars.
