Andrew Binstead

Andrew is responsible for leading IFS's corporate development process, including shaping and executing on IFS's M&A plan. This involves leading strategic acquisition projects, establishing joint ventures and divestments. Prior to this position, Andrew was Vice President of Group M&A and Strategy at IFS. During this time, Andrew led many significant M&A projects at IFS, including the acquisition of Metrix in 2012, the acquisition of Mxi in 2017 and the creation of the Arcwide JV with Bearing Point in 2022. Andrew has over 18 years of experience in corporate strategy and technology. Before joining IFS, he worked as the Head of Strategy for BAE Systems' UK Aviation Support Business. He holds an MSci degree in Mathematics from Imperial College and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Andrew is also a visiting lecturer at Bayes Business School in London, England. During his spare time, Andrew coaches his daughter's football team and also enjoys exploring the outdoors, particularly in Cumbria and the Scottish Highlands. Andrew joined IFS in 2011, and is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Cathie Hall is Chief Customer Officer. Cathie Hall is the Chief Customer Officer at IFS, where she leads all aspects of our customer facing services organization, providing consulting, success, cloud and support services which enable customer transformations. Cathie brings her passion for the customer from her previous role as Senior Vice President Experience at IFS. Her Total Experience Vision to enable all IFS customers to have a frictionless journey to value realization transformed IFS to be focused on what matters most to customers, helping to spur its global growth. Cathie is fearless in her challenge of the status quo and is driven to productize and automate the customer experience from sales to delivery and adoption. She led the thinking and execution on the role of AI to deliver an industry revolution in how customers take on large digital transformations. Prior to IFS Cathie spent 20 years in the ERP industry and worked on the transition to SaaS as CEO of Syspro Europe. Cathie's commercial and operational experience positions her perfectly to understand what customer's need and create a culture where IFS teams empathize and innovate to exceed expectations. Outside work, Cathie is a Trustee for youth charity West Lancashire Scouts, a Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School and raises money for the IFS Foundation through her ultra-running exploits.
