Dr. Jennifer Taylor is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI). She is a recognized leader in school nutrition policy in Canada and was the driving force behind the formation of the PEI Healthy Eating Alliance (HEA).
