Mrs. McGregor obtained her bachelor's degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. Upon graduation she accepted an accounting position at one of the largest private oil and gas operators in the country. Mrs. McGregor has over ten years of oil and gas experience in finance, treasury and accounting and holds a certification through the Association for Financial Professionals.
Ms. Wright spent over ten years working for an independent oil and gas company where she did full accounting for 150 operated wells, 700 non-ops and a pipeline. Amy has been with PAC over three years and spends the majority of her time doing revenue accounting, joint interest billing and tax refund work.
Mrs. Hall's responsibilities include preparing monthly severance tax filings, the firm's internal accounting and payroll accounting. Mrs. Hall has over 13 years experience in accounting and the tax area of the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Ward completed his undergraduate education at Mid-America Christian University and a Masters degree in Management at Southern Nazarene University.
Mr. Ward brings 12 years of banking experience and is currently pursuing the designation of CPA. During his time in the banking industry, Mr. Ward was exposed to several different facets of financial management. Mr. Ward focuses his practice in the areas of revenue distribution, joint interest billings and joint interest billing audits. Mr. Ward also handles federal and state income tax issues related to oil and gas investments for both operators and investors.
Mrs. Ketchie attended the University of Oklahoma for three years before transferring to BYU to complete her degree in accounting. Mrs. Ketchie has over six years of experience in the financial services industry. Mrs. Ketchie's experience also includes QuickBooks, tax preparation for Individuals, payroll and oil and gas accounting services.
After graduating from Oklahoma State University with an accounting and marketing degree, Sean accepted a position with KPMG. After gaining oil and gas exposure at KPMG, Mr. Hugo developed an immediate interest in the oil and gas industry and wanted to gain more experience so he accepted a position with Devon Energy. Mr. Hugo was exposed to many areas of oil and gas accounting, tax and operations while at Devon. He was also able to identify and recover over $5 million dollars in severance tax and sales tax refunds.
In 2001 Mr. Hugo decided to expand the knowledge he had developed while at Devon and start his own CPA practice specializing in the oil and gas industry. PAC continues to bring oil and gas operators and investors specialized industry knowledge, which the traditional CPA firm can't deliver. Mr. Hugo concentrates his practice in the areas of severance tax, sales tax and income tax refunds. Mr. Hugo also spends a considerable amount of time overseeing monthly oil and gas revenue distribution and joint interest billings.
Mr. Hugo has spoken at World Energy's seminar "The Next El Dorado" in San Diego. The seminar included oil and experts such as Professor Michael J. Economides and Dr. Amiel David amongst others. Mr. Hugo spoke on the tax advantages of investing in oil and gas. Mr. Hugo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.
Mrs. Garcia has been providing business clients with accounting and tax services for more than twelve years. Mrs. Garcia's experience includes Oklahoma gross production tax and Texas severance tax issues. Mrs. Garcia also has experience in several oil and gas accounting packages.
