Alex Chaput joined Partners Insurance Group in 2021 as a Personal Lines Producer and holds his Property and Casualty License. He enjoys helping customers ensure they have the best coverage possible to suit their needs, and at the right price for their budget. Alex believes building strong relationships with his clients is very important.
A 2007 graduate of Apponequet Regional High school, Alex enjoys volunteering for Gifts to Give in New Bedford, MA, an organization which helps young people from all backgrounds learn the power of giving through firsthand experiences. Alex helps sort donations of toys, clothing and essentials that are provided to underprivileged children. He also assists with donations to the organization.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys golfing, going to the gym and taking his dogs on trips.
Bernard, better known as "BJ," joined Partners Insurance Group as a Licensed Producer in 2015 and was later promoted to Vice President in 2020. As Vice President for Partners Insurance, he is responsible for developing new business and creating quality customer relationships.
BJ holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a fully licensed Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Broker. BJ has also earned the national designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). In addition to his insurance credentials, BJ has extensive experience in customer service, having previously worked as part of the customer service team at MEDITECH in Fall River. During his time at MEDITECH, he coordinated projects with the IT departments of hospitals across the country.
BJ resides in Fall River, MA with his wife Ally and daughter Maya. As a lifelong resident of Fall River, BJ spent a few seasons as an assistant football coach at B.M.C. Durfee High School. He has also served as volunteer basketball coach at the Fall River Boys and Girls Club and in the Fall River Youth Basketball League. He is currently on the board of the Durfee High School Athletic Foundation & an active member of the Fall River Lions Club, and has served on the United Way's Campaign Cabinet. He's an avid New England sports fan and enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach.

Constance, better known as "Connie", joined Partners Insurance Group as a Licensed Producer in 2019. She is responsible for developing new business in our personal lines department and creating quality customer relationships. Connie is a fully licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker and is working towards earning the National Designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
Joey attended University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. In addition to his insurance credentials, Joey has extensive experience in customer service, having previously worked as a personal trainer in Plymouth.
Joey currently resides in Plymouth with his fiancé Sam. As a lifelong resident of Plymouth, Joey enjoys volunteering at the Plymouth taskforce to end homelessness, an organization that seeks to provide food, clothing, and shelter to those in need. In his spare time, Joey enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Kristine began her career in insurance as a Customer Service Representative for Associates Insurance in 2004, and was an Agent for New York Life from 2005 to 2010, working from Mizher Insurance in Swansea. In 2008, Kristine was appointed to Assistant Vice President of Insurance and Sales and was later promoted to Vice President in 2015.
As Vice President, she is responsible for building and managing Partners Insurance Group's life insurance book of business; providing property and casualty products to current and new personal and commercial lines customers. Kristine is also responsible for providing retirement and estate planning, including long-term care planning.
Kristine earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. She is currently enrolled at Boston University in the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Program. She has also received Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Certified Long Term Care (CLTC), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Kristine serves as Secretary for the Portuguese- American Women's Association (PAWA). She volunteers as a SMILES mentor and participates in the Big Friends Little Friends program. She is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Kristine resides in Fall River, MA with her husband Steven and two children, Jaslene and Noland.

Lori Chaput joined Partners Insurance Group with nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is well-versed in production reporting, account managing and consulting. She began her career at John Hancock Insurance in Boston for the European General Agency. Lori served as Chief Operating Officer at Berry Insurance Agency in Franklin. Additionally, Lori worked as a consultant where she streamlined agency operations and developed workflows and procedures for Independent Agencies.
Lori is Licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and holds a Life Insurance Sales and Marketing Certificate. She is also a CPIA - Certified Professional Insurance Agent. Her role at Partners Insurance is overseeing the daily operations and technology of the agency as well as the Personal and Commercial Lines Departments. She is instrumental in implementing improvements through Process Improvement teams.
Ms. Chaput attended Dean Jr. College and the University of Lowell. She is Past President of the MA/RI Chapter of Applied Client Network and also served as the Chapter Chair at the National level. She serves on the Board of Directors for Elements Learning Collaborative and volunteers at Gifts to Give in New Bedford. Lori currently resides in East Freetown with her husband.
Michelle joined Partners Insurance Group in 2014 with more than seven years' experience in the insurance industry.
As Vice President for Partners Insurance, Michelle is responsible for managing customer accounts and business development, including sales and service. In October 2016 she opened the newest Partners location in Seekonk, which was an entirely new market for the company. Seekonk continues to be her primary location, where she works to build relationships and gain new business.
Michelle earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Mount Ida College in Newton, MA, and is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). She has received numerous professional awards throughout her career. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women (MAIW), and also donates her time to many local non-profits, including Healing Little Hearts and Gifts to Give.
She resides in Fall River, MA with her husband BJ.
Patrick began his career in the insurance industry in 2003 and has been with Partners Insurance Group since 2006. As President and CEO, Patrick's primary responsibility is to serve the mission and vision of Partners Insurance Group for years to come. This commitment to our valued clients, team members, insurance companies, and the communities that we serve drives every decision.
Patrick holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. Patrick also holds several nationally recognized industry designations including Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
Patrick is committed to the communities that he serves. In addition to coaching his children in youth sports (baseball, basketball, soccer), he also served as past President of the South Coast Insurance Agents Association and has remained involved in their board of directors for over 15 years. He remains an active member of the South Coast Business Alliance since founding the group in 2004. He previously served as a dedicated member of the Fall River Rotary Club since 2006-2018. In addition, Mr. Long previously served on several other local boards and committees such as the United Way, ARC, the Historical Society and the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Patrick resides in Westport with his wife Laura and two boys Charles & Thomas.
Rita Riley joined Partners Insurance Group in 2022 as a Licensed Personal Lines Producer. A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, Riley has more than ten years of experience as an Insurance Producer. She thoroughly enjoys working in the industry, helping people protect what matters most to them.
Riley's customers are her top priority. She works hard to guide them through the insurance process, helping her clients choose the best coverages possible to suit their needs, budget and lifestyle. Providing exceptional customer service is important to Riley, whose motto is to ‘treat people as you would like to be treated.'
When she's not working, Riley enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and three grandchildren.

Robert joined Partners with more than 40 years of experience in the independent insurance agency industry, beginning his career in 1980 with Interstate Insurance & Finance Co.
As a Commercial and Personal Lines Producer, Robert's role at Partners is to build relationships with the local business community through a strong networking presence, provide clients with the best possible coverage at the most reasonable costs, and grow market share for the company.
Robert has completed course work at New England College and the University of Rhode Island in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, and Real Estate. He is a Governing Committee Board member of the Rhode Island Joint Reinsurance Association (RIJRA) and the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association (MPIUA) and a past President of both the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island (IIARI) and the Rhode Island Association of Insurance Agents (RIAIA).
A resident of Tiverton, Rhode Island, Robert serves as a Trustee of the United Congregational Church of Little Compton, Rhode Island.
