Today, Park 100 Foods is a manufacturer of custom-formulated frozen soups, sauces, chili, and side dishes. We typically run a minimum batch size of 2,500-5,000 pounds. The packaging is usually a "boil in the bag" concept and ranges from one pound to eight pounds with the ability to go to single-serve applications as well... We specialize in helping food service operators in the areas of product consistency, food safety, labor reallocation, and signature products - especially in the early stages of growth.
