Courtney started her journey with PRP in 2015 after discovering her passion for the Life Insurance industry. Throughout her career within the insurance and legal industry, she has a proven track record of providing a professional and efficient service with the highest level of confidentiality to a wide range of clients. She has a passion for facilitating the provision of advice that is always to the best interest of the client and managing the efficiency of business workflow. Together with her ability to challenge herself and learn at every opportunity, she is a valuable addition to the team. Courtney is responsible for non-advice and non-executive director functions of the business to oversee daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training of staff, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals to drive the performance of the firm. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband & son, travelling and exploring new places and playing social netball.

Mark is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Life Risk Specialist (LRS®) and Accredited Estate Planning Strategist (AEPS®) with over 15 years' industry experience in assisting his clients to make prudent decisions in protecting their wealth and creating certainty for themselves, their families and intended beneficiaries. Prior to establishing PRP's Queensland offices, Mark held Senior Risk Adviser and Principal Adviser roles with ANZ Private Bank, ANZ Corporate Bank and Experien Insurance Services (a division of Investec Private Bank). With a client base of business owners, professionals and senior executives, Mark has developed a highly skilled advice and facilitation model to deal with the complex estate planning and business succession issues of his valued clients. Mark operates on a concentric approach to his client's estate and/or business succession goals by forming an alliance with their existing professional advisers. With the client's involvement and that of their accountant and specialist succession lawyer, Mark facilitates discussion surrounding the critical factors of business succession, estate continuity and/or personal risk planning and formulates and implements an action plan to ensure that their intentions are supported by the appropriate legal and accounting structures. Mark is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Association of Financial Adviser (AFA) as well as a contributor to the SMSF Education website, an online resource for Self Managed Super Fund Industry. Mark also sits on a number of life insurance advisory boards to assist in the development of product and service and is passionate in continuing to develop a strong professional reputation for his industry. Mark is married to wife Rebecca who have three 3 children. Mark enjoys playing golf, watching cricket, cooking, appreciates good wine, loves the company of good friends & family and with Rebecca is devoted to the development and growth of their children. Mark is QLD & NSW principal responsible and accountable for the PRP business and all advisory functions

Sebrina is an experienced professional with a strong background in the Financial Services Industry. Since starting her first office job as a receptionist at the age of 18, she has developed excellent interpersonal and time management skills that have served her well throughout her career. In January 2023, Sebrina joined our team as a Client Services Officer, bringing her interest and passion for the industry to her new role. Her enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges make her a valuable addition to our team. Originally from Canberra, Sebrina recently relocated to Brisbane with her husband for his work, and to escape the cold weather that she had experienced for the past eight years. In her free time, Sebrina enjoys playing Harry Potter, spending time with friends, and running. She is also a big fan of all things Disney and has a beloved cat named Sarabi.
