Founded by Doug Wynne in January 2010, Perennial Commercial Real Estate offers the expertise and commitment to help business succeed year after year. His primary focus is on assisting clients with their commercial real estate requirements whether they are Buyer/Tenant Representation, Seller/Landlord Representation, Valuation Analysis or Property Management.
Doug Wynne, a Charlotte native, graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Practicing early in his career as a Commercial Real Property Appraisal Apprentice, Doug learned valuation techniques and gained unique experience within the Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multi-family specialties. He then spent over a decade as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for both regional and international commercial real estate companies before creating this firm.
Doug holds a Real Estate Broker License in North and South Carolina, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He's been an active broker in Commercial Real Estate since 1999.
