Alan Ehrlich

Mr. Ehrlich has been involved in the financial services industry throughout his entire career. Currently he markets the services of Houlihan Valuation Advisors to professionals and corporate executives in the Mid-Atlantic States, specializing in employee stock ownership plans. He has participated in the strategic development, and directed the implementation, of three bank annuity and insurance programs, resulting in earnings over $3 million in fee income for the banks during the first full year of operation. He has also supervised and executed the training of bank personnel and developed a sales culture using bank personnel as salespeople. Mr. Ehrlich's experience also includes: (1) Senior Vice President for Marketing and Corporate Development of a national financial holding company listed on the American Stock Exchange, where he developed marketing plans and participated in the development of special financial products; (2) Vice President of a NYSE member firm responsible for establishing a division to handle the marketing of specialized financial products and investment banking for initial public offerings; and (3) a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, skilled in Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Governance, Start-ups, and Leadership. Throughout his career, Mr. Ehrlich has been involved with Congressional, Senate, Gubernatorial, and Presidential Campaigns and served as VIP Chairman at a Vice Presidential reception at the Smithsonian Museum. Mr. Ehrlich's education includes Horace Mann and New York University. He is also a veteran of the United States Army.

Dale Linder

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Linder oversees and manages the human resources department and related functions, including: employee relations, recruiting and retention, employee benefit and welfare plans, compensation planning, performance management, training/learning management, policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with application laws and regulations. Ms. Linder serves as the EEO Director and ensures that the company's diversity and inclusion efforts are broad reaching, forward leaning, and successful. Ms. Linder possesses more than 25 years of human resources and business experience. Employed at P E Systems since 1997, Ms. Linder was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2006, and previously served as Director of HR and HR Manager for the company. Ms. Linder maintains the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

David L. Danner

David L. Danner is the President of IDEAMATICS, Inc. which he started in 1975 to apply engineering precepts and techniques to our information systems projects. IDEAMATICS joined the P E Systems family in June of 2021 to provide analytic and cyber hardening, custom software development, and integration of industry-leading commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions to enhance enterprise-level information technology capabilities. Dr. Danner overseas all operational aspects of IDEAMATICS. Dr. Danner has more than 50 years of engineering and management experience. Dr. Danner received a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, a BS in Oceanography from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from The Catholic University of America. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1972. Dr. Danner has published articles and papers on computer software development and database design, as well as conducting seminars and giving speeches on information systems in organizations. He has taught theory and use of management systems, standards, and organization, and has presented symposia on computer architecture and management. He has taught graduate-level courses in productivity improvement and has conducted seminars on work measurement and productivity from the United States to the Fiji Islands, as well as authoring books on Industrial Engineering. Dr. Danner holds a patent on "Computer-Telephone Interface Method & Apparatus" which integrates the personal computer with the telephone. In 2014 the Washington Academy of Sciences recognized him with the Award for Achievement in Engineering. David has been active in the community for many years, including the Rotary Club of Tysons Corner Virginia, the Purdue University Entrepreneurial Advisory Council, and the Catholic University School of Engineering Board of Visitors.

Jack Grady

Mr. Grady is responsible for management of all company activities related to U.S. Air Force programs and operations of P E Systems' Dayton Division, providing direct support to the B2 and Fighters and Bombers Directorates at Wright-Patterson AFB. Jack is an experienced executive who brings over 30 years of proficiency in Operations, Program Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development in the Defense Industry. Since joining P E Systems in 2007, Jack has led teams of nearly 300 professionals across the country, delivering exceptional performance. Jack's experience includes leading teams in AWACS, JSTARS and Global Air Traffic Management systems. Prior to joining P E Systems, Jack was a Vice President of Program Management with Engility Corporation where he ran a team of technical and proposal staff, supporting PE Systems work on the Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) Program contract. Jack holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Western New England College. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Air Force Association (AFA) and the Electronic Engineering and Manufacturer's Group (EEMG).

Maurice "Mo" McDonald - VP

Maurice "Mo" McDonald is the Vice President, Air Force Operations at P E Systems, Inc. located in Dayton, OH. In his capacity, Mo is responsible for leading the company's largest contract supporting the US Air Force. He manages personnel providing program management, engineering, cyber security, logistics, test and evaluation and administrative support across several locations nationwide. Prior to joining PESystems, Mo was the Executive Vice President of Aerospace and Defense at the Dayton Development Coalition. He managed partnerships and initiatives across the Dayton region with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), the Springfield Air National Guard Base and the Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center. Mo was responsible for preserving and protecting the federal assets in the Dayton region. In addition, he helped shape the Ohio Unmanned Aircraft Systems strategy and supported the attraction, retention and expansion of Aerospace and Defense related businesses across Ohio.

Mr. Tom Dawson

Mr. Tom Dawson leads the accounting and finance functions of P E Systems, Inc. He is responsible for the overall financial health of the organization assuring precise accuracy of all financial matters, prompt response to audits and contract close-outs, as well as representing the company in matters dealing with financial related agencies. In addition, he oversees the accurate and timely filing of international, federal, state, and local business registrations and tax returns in the numerous jurisdictions in the which the company operates. He also monitors any needed improvements to the accounting infrastructure in support of the company's growth. Tom has over 17 years of experience in the Government contracting industry with expertise in financial leadership, reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, acquisition integration, pricing, financial system enhancement, banking relations, negotiations, and audit management. Mr. Dawson was previously CFO at Q2 Impact (formerly The QED Group), where he managed all administrative activities including Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Contracts and Pricing. He also spent four years in public accounting with Cherry Bekaert doing audits and consulting work. Tom attended Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and previously a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Additionally, he is a member of multiple professional organizations such as the AICPA, VSCPA, and ACFE.

Pamela C. Johnson - CFO, EVP

Ms. Johnson is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive VP for P E Systems, Inc. and Summit Research Corporation and sits on the Board of Directors for both companies. Ms. Johnson is responsible for directing the fiscal, human resources, contracts, and administrative functions of the Corporation. Ms. Johnson has provided strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues for more than 20 years to the company. With over 30 years of management and finance experience, Ms. Johnson has been instrumental in the company's acquisitions, mergers and strategic investments. She has helped to lead the company through 8(a) certification and graduation and from a small business to medium size organization. Prior to joining P E Systems, Ms. Johnson served as controller and senior accountant in several commercial and manufacturing industries. Ms. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from George Mason University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs; and a member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and Association for Corporate Growth.

Scott Murray

Scott Murray is the Vice President, Dayton Division, at P E Systems and is responsible for leading all activities, both administrative and technical, for the day to day operations of the division to include management, planning, budgeting, organizing and equipping of the entire operating division. Scott also led the company's Fighter/Bomber Directorates Task Order supporting the US Air Force in the areas of program management, engineering, cyber security, logistics, test and evaluation and security, across several locations nationwide. Prior to joining P E Systems, Scott was an Operations Manager with AECOM where he led, planned, and managed activities of a consisting of 12 program managers/functional support specialists in managing a 200+ personnel workforce. As a Senior Program Manager with AECOM, he was responsible for managing numerous federal contracts and identifying new business opportunities/leading business development efforts to capture new work. Scott served for 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. He has a Bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University, a Master's degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) certifications in Program Management and Acquisition Logistics. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Air Force Association (AFA), Logistics Officer Association (LOA), Electronic Engineering and Manufacturer's Group (EEMG), and the Dayton Defense Association.

Wes King - CEO, Chairman, President

As CEO, President and Chairman of the Board, Mr. King is responsible for the overall company management and operations as well as the strategic management that ensures customer care and service throughout the company. He is responsible for annual budget, and profit and loss results. In addition, he supervises all Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. King has more than 40 years of engineering and management experience. Mr. King received a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and served for over 26 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1985 as Lieutenant Commander. His service duties included Systems Engineering, Training, and Management assignments, both at sea and in shore billets. Assignments included Systems Engineering and Deputy Program Manager for the Navy's Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) program, with annual budgets in excess of $117 million. In this capacity, he was instrumental in negotiating research and development contracts with Hughes Aircraft Co., ITT Avionics, Singer Kearfott (now BAE), Rockwell Collins Corp. and four naval facilities. Following retirement from the Navy, Mr. King joined P E Systems as a Senior Engineer. He served as Program Manager for research and development of a unique crypto logic system for use in commercial applications in a P E Systems partnership with Western Union/Contel. In addition, he was Program Manager for a JTIDS system and network design application, as well as overseeing other information transfer system applications and served as Director of Business Development for C4I programs. In May 1995, Mr. King purchased, and became the president and CEO of P E Systems. In 1998, P E Systems acquired Summit Research Corp. Since these acquisitions, the companies have expanded their business and client base through acquisitions and internal growth.

William D. Cooper

Doug became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for P E Systems in October 2019. As COO, he is responsible for overseeing and guiding the day-to-day operations of the company. His wealth of experience allows him to effectively coordinate and communicate across all disciplines that make up the business organization. He leads by example and is transparent in his efforts to best support the PES family of employees and clients. His can-do attitude and no-nonsense approach to overcoming challenges is at the core of what PES strives to accomplish every day. Doug initially joined P E Systems to provide his leadership to the company's contracts, compliance, and ethics efforts. As the leader of the company's contracts organization, he continually improved the organization by establishing best practices with regards to contract administration as well as advising and supporting the company's growth and capture strategy. As the company's Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, he has been responsible for maintaining a clear and concise code of ethics and assuring its compliance by all employees as well as supporting subcontractors and consultants. He also oversees the monitoring and auditing of the company's contractual obligations and adherence to government regulations. Doug possesses over 28 years of business experience. Prior to joining P E Systems, he served Engility Corporation overseeing its International portfolio of efforts, many of which were performed in support of DoD or DoS initiatives but also consisted of direct commercial sales to foreign customers. His global mindset comes as a result of extensive travel and on-the-ground experience with customers worldwide, in both austere and non-austere environments, providing unique cultural awareness in combination with contractual expertise. He has been honored to have the unique opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with the fine men and women of our U.S. military and international development community. Doug earned his MBA from George Mason University with a concentration in Global Business. He is a long standing member of the National Contract Management Association possessing its top certification of Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM). He lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife, stepson, daughter, and two dogs. Doug enjoys spending time with his family and fishing at the beach. He is a big Washington Capitals fan.

Yvonne Vermillion

Serving as the Vice President of Business Development for P E Systems, Yvonne Vermillion is responsible for creating strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the organization. This includes seeking new growth areas by identifying and managing pursuits through an effective capture process. Her leadership, coordination, resource allocation, strategy and management needed to prepare winning bids is unmatched in the industry. Yvonne has over 25 years of experience supporting Federal, State, Local and commercial industry customers in financial management, portfolio management, logistics, data management, organizational change management and information technology. She has served in numerous program and project management leadership roles. She was a financial lead on an Air Force Oracle eBusiness Suite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) effort; the lead for an SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) effort for an Army client; the lead for a Fortune 500 company to deploy Oracle eBusiness Suite and Hyperion Planning internationally; a lead in a risk reduction effort for an Air Force client upgrading to a later version of Oracle eBusiness Suite; and helped the Air Force establish the Logistics Office of Data Management. Yvonne is an inaugural member of the Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense. She is currently serving as the President of the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA and serves on the Board of Directors. She has held numerous executive officer positions in the Chapter to include Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for AFCEA International. Yvonne has received numerous awards for her involvement in the Chapter. Yvonne has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Dayton, and an Associates in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business. She was a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Security+.
