Caleb Carter is a Site Supervisor in Perficut's Omaha and Council Bluffs market. Specifically, Caleb oversees the operations and services related to one of our large commercial sites in the Omaha area.
As a member of Team Perficut, Caleb lives the details by communicating frequently and consistently with our client so we can exceed expectations and perform to our highest standards. Caleb leads a team and organizes a number of important services, so he needs to be at his best each and every day. "I live with the philosophy that I want to finish anything I start and give every project one hundred and ten percent," he says. He appreciates the group effort and support emphasized at Perficut, knowing that Team Perficut helps everyone succeed.
Chris Cocherell is one of Perficut's Project Managers and Estimators. Chris is responsible for estimating jobs and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Chris McKone is Perficut's Association and Residential Account Manager. He works closely with our residential clients and homeowner's associations to build relationships and make sure they understand all of the ways Perficut can help them. Chris fully embraces Pericut's core value of integrity and strives to be honest and transparent with clients at all times. He spends a lot of time communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and site visits, to build and strengthen relationships by showing clients how much we care.
Dan Mertes is Perficut's Director of Construction in Des Moines. As a member of the Perficut team, Dan's daily responsibilities include overseeing the company's construction division. He helps coordinate estimators, project managers, contracts and billing for all of Perficut's construction projects.
Dan works closely with other members of the Perficut team to ensure that all of the company's construction projects meet our high standard of excellence. His passion and dedication to both our team but also our clients is evident in the way Dan shows up at work each and every day.

Dave Davis is one of Perficut's Enhancements Production Managers. He has the important role of managing projects start to finish-from calculating bids, to maintaining production schedules, to walking through the site with the client at the conclusion.
He lives the details by thoroughly communicating with clients about their expectations of the services Perficut provides, and then confirming the proper execution of the work. With more than 37 years of experience in the landscape industry, Dave knows how to get projects accomplished while matching Perficut's industry-leading standards.
As Perficut's Safety Director, Doug Fulton is responsible for initiating new safety processes and maintaining a comprehensive safety program.
Doug takes great pride in what he does and in being part of something with such a wide scope of work and services since starting with Perficut in 2010. Being a part of a team that has a drive for success, fuels his own success. Doug strives to be constantly adapting to make sure he does his job well.

Eric Petersen is one of Perficut's Account Managers. On a daily basis Eric works to ensure Perficut's sites are looking their best in all facets of landscaping.
JC Obrecht is one of Perficut's Senior Account Managers. JC specializes in account retention, which involves creating lasting partnerships with our clients. JC manages contract negotiations, landscape enhancement proposals, and the delivery of quality service. His goal is to build trust through his accountability, honesty, and communication.
As part of the Perficut team, JC takes pride in his work by building relationships rooted in respect and dedication with our clients. His commitment to integrity and the excellent quality of work we provide ensures that he lives the details each and every day.
Jeff Erhardt is Perficut's Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for all financial operations of the company. On a daily basis he works hard to provide financial details to the rest of the team in a timely manner so decisions can be made quickly and effectively.
Jeff Goode is one of Perficut's Project Managers in the Landscape Construction Division. That's a lot of words to say that Jeff is a go-to guy for estimating, bidding, and managing commercial landscaping projects big and small. He also designs and manages the installation of landscapes on the residential side.
He's been working in the industry for two decades and brings incredible experience and a commitment to excellence to Team Perficut. In Jeff's time at Perficut, he has also managed the construction install crews and developed our quality control operations. Having seen countless projects through from design to completion means that he has a unique ability to visualize how a landscape could and should look before the shovel even hits the ground. Jeff's had the opportunity to work on several projects that have shape downtown Des Moines, including Cowles Commons, Des Moines Riverwalk, and World Food Prize and many more."

Jenn Christianson is Perficut's Business Development Manager for the Des Moines area. In this role, she helps clients implement custom solutions for a broad range of commercial sites, including health services, industrial, hospitality, and multi-family properties.

Josh Hyde is Perficut's Branch Manager for the Omaha and Council Bluffs market. As part of this role, Josh is responsible for budgeting, expense management, daily monitoring and assisting with organizing crew routing and job details. Because of his long list of daily duties and oversight, Josh believes details are the pinnacle of staying organized and on top of his game. He believes daily communication with the production team, training and a focus on safety gets the job done right the first time.

Justin Van Weelden is a site supervisor in the Des Moines market, which means he's responsible for making sure the gardens and landscape of each commercial site he maintains are clean and well-groomed. He sets high standards for his work: "I treat every site like I live there," he says.
JV has 20 years of experience in commercial mowing and outdoor work, so he has the skills to handle anything that comes up on a site. His favorite thing about being part of Team Perficut is the people. He knows he never has to go it alone-there's lots of support for every task that it takes to keep a site looking its best, from green season mowing, trimming, and pruning, to fall leaf cleanup and winter snow and ice removal.
Kasandra Diaz-Tovar is one of Perficut's Administrative Assistants. She is responsible for keeping the company schedule up-to-date and checking in with Perficut's various crews.

Kenny Fischer is Perficut's Director of Maintenance Operations in Omaha-a crucial role that keeps Perficut operating. Day to day, he is responsible for scheduling crews efficiently and effectively, and long term he oversees preventative care of crew equipment so breakdowns are minimal.
Kenny lives the details by making sure tasks get done right the first time, and he loves the positive attitude displayed by members of Team Perficut. "It's a great atmosphere to work in," he says. His goal each and every day is to keep crews moving forward in achieving Perficut's standard of excellence.
When Kory Ballard started this journey at 14 with a lawn mower and a moped he had no idea what it would become today. With partnerships between the right people and incredible passion, Kory is extremely proud of what this team has built and become today. With many lessons along the way Perficut has stuck to the philosophy of integrity, hard work and being humble throughout this journey. Kory takes tremendous pride in watching our team grow and providing an opportunity for so many great people and their families. Lance Weigel is Perficut's Director of Snow Operations for Des Moines. In this role, he oversees the entire snow management program, from the big-picture strategic planning for our snow customers to the small stuff like making sure all of our equipment gets serviced in a timely manner.
Lance also monitors supply and equipment levels to make sure Team Perficut has what they need to deliver the best experience every time. Lance holds himself and his team to high standards and is committed to leading by example.

Lucas McDonald is Perficut's Director of Snow Operations in Omaha, which means he oversees all services related to snow and ice events for our customers in the Omaha metro area. It's a big job, and Lucas is up for the challenge. He likes to double- or even triple-check the details of every task.
The complex, around-the-clock work involved in taking care of our clients' commercial sites during a snow and ice event requires a group effort, and Lucas is especially proud of the teamwork at Perficut. In fact, Henry Ford's famous quote, "If everyone is moving forward together, success takes care of itself" really speaks to him.

Mindy Charron is Perficut's Board Certified Master Arborist. Mindy is responsible for the company's tree health services as well as sales for tree pruning and application. She spends a large portion of her time educating staff and clients about tree concerns. By working closely with the team's account managers, Mindy helps ensure Perficut is giving its clients' trees the best possible management option.
Nick Hutchinson is one of Perficut's Account Managers. On a daily basis Nick ensures that clients' needs are taken care of and makes sure their service needs are met to keep their sites looking their best.

As one of Perficut's Construction Production Managers, Ricardo Leanos oversees the production process and helps coordinate materials to ensure crews have resources on hand. Ricardo has over nine years of landscape construction experience and a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in landscape design and installation management from Iowa State University.
Ricardo likes working for Perficut because of the environment, great people to work with, and very supportive team. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer.
Ryan Abbas is one of Perficut's Senior Account Managers. On a daily basis, Ryan ensures his clients' needs are being met and their properties are looking beautiful. He partners with clients to develop strong, long-term relationships built upon delivering exceptional service and communication, all while maintaining a proactive approach that exceeds their expectations.

Sheila Newlin is one of Perficut's Administrative Assistants. In this role, she works with a variety of crews within Team Perficut to keep schedules up to date. As a member of Team Perficut, Sheila works hard to live the details and motivate with a cheery disposition. The emoji she uses the most is the smiley face!
Tommy Lucas is one of Perficut's Site Managers. He helps organize and perform all the services on-site and leads a team to accomplish all the services we perform to make the client happy.
Wes Brommel is Perficut's Chief Operating Officer. Day-to-day Wes is responsible for day-to-day operations, hiring, employee relations and benefits administration. His approach to "living the details" comes from an employee-first approach and being honest with the people he works with at Perficut.
Zac Christensen is one of Perficut's Account Managers. Each day, he strives to take care of clients by being the link between them and Perficut's production team. His role is to find solutions to enhance the client's property to make it the best site possible, whether that involves landscaping, irrigation, snow removal-or all of Perficut's services.
One way Zac lives our core values is by really putting his all into his weekly site visits. By routinely checking on properties, meeting with site supervisors, and working with service partners, Zac is making sure Perficut is delivering the best possible service and solutions.

Zach Suchan is Perficut's Director of Snow Operations for Eastern Iowa. In this role, he oversees the snow management program based out of Cedar Rapids, which includes recruiting and working with our trusted service providers year-round to be prepared for snow and ice events.
Zach lives the details each and every day by making sure Team Perficut and our service providers have what they need, when they need it. Zach is also the lead irrigation tech for eastern Iowa, and he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty running mowing services and servicing equipment.
