Our mission is to spay and neuter cats and dogs until such time as there are no more homeless or unwanted animals... Since 1987 we have been convinced that if we as individuals and as a group, Pa. Pets, dedicate our energies toward solving the problem of pet overpopulation, that we can make a definite impact... Most recently we have launched a feral cat program which is directed toward spaying and neutering strays, barn and feral cats. It is unlikely that there are many places that do not have these poor creatures starving, neglected and reproducing. It is not their fault. They did not choose this life, but we can help them and start making a difference. We can provide the solutions if we all work together, one cat, one colony and one area at a time.
