Aaron J. Johnson is the Vice President of PG&E's Bay Area Region. As one of PG&E's senior leaders in the field every day, he is accountable for delivering high-quality performance to our customers and ensuring the safety, availability, and reliability of regional operations for our hometowns. The Regional Vice Presidents live and work in their regions, close to the customers they are dedicated to serving, so that they can build strong collaborative relationships and develop solutions to operational issues based on a deep understanding of local needs. Previously, Johnson was Vice President, Wildfire Safety and Public Engagement in Electric Operations, with responsibility for improving operational practices and situational awareness to mitigate wildfire risk, including starting the Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) program, and leading strategic planning for rebuilding infrastructure damaged by wildfires. Before transitioning to Electric Operations, Johnson was PG&E's Vice President, Customer Energy Solutions, overseeing customer and clean energy programs, including orchestrating PG&E's entry into the electric vehicle charging business. Earlier, he was Director, Renewable Energy Procurement, shaping policy and commercial strategy for wholesale procurement to meet ambitious renewable portfolio standard targets, and led solar and wind resource development.

Adam Peck

Adam Peck serves as Site Vice President for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP). In this role, Peck oversees the plant's operational departments and functions, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Security and Radiation Protection. Peck began his career at DCPP in 2009 and earned his Senior Reactor Operator License in 2011. Following successful roles of increasing responsibility such as Control Room Supervisor and Shift Manager, he served as Engineering Director; Operations Services Director; and Sr. Director of Engineering, Technical, and Emergency Services. Prior to joining DCPP, Peck served in the United States Navy. During his commission, Peck completed Naval Nuclear Power training; served on the USS Louisiana in various division officer roles; qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineer; and earned his Professional Engineer's License in Nuclear Engineering from South Carolina. Prior to his deployment, he graduated with distinction from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Peck holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Admiral Mark E. Ferguson III

Admiral Ferguson is senior advisor to private consultancies, the Institute for Defense Analysis and NATO following a 38-year career in the U.S. Navy. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 2016 after having served as Commander of the U.S. Naval Forces in Europe and Africa and NATO Allied Joint Force Command. Previously, he served as Vice Chief of Naval Operations and Chief of Naval Personnel. Through ADM Ferguson's leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, he brings the PG&E Board decades of experience in nuclear reactor operations, risk and change management, cyber preparedness, legislative initiatives, personnel operations, and the efficient management of transportation and equipment assets.

Ahmad Ababneh

Ahmad Ababneh is PG&E's Vice President, Transmission and Substation Operations, within Electric Operations. Since joining PG&E in 2014, Ababneh has worked in various electric operations and engineering roles. Most recently, Ababneh was Vice President of Major Projects and Programs where his portfolio included electric transmission and distribution major project's design and construction. Before that, he was Senior Director of Electric Asset Management responsible for all aspects of the electric asset strategy and investment plans and led the implementation of key Smart Grid and technology programs. Prior to joining PG&E, Ababneh served in various engineering, consulting and leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies at Florida Power and Light, Entergy, Schlumberger and GE. Alejandro "Alex" Vallejo is Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President, Ethics & Compliance for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the main subsidiary of PG&E Corporation. As part of this role, he oversees enterprise risk assessment and mitigation related to operations and public safety, and other aspects of risk impacting our business. He also oversees PG&E's Ethics and Compliance function as well as its enterprise Privacy and Records and Information Management programs. Vallejo has been with PG&E since 2010 and has held numerous leadership roles, including in the Law, Customer Care, and Ethics & Compliance departments. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Ethics, Compliance & Law and Deputy General Counsel. He has also served as Senior Director and Senior Special Counsel for Corporate Compliance and Government Oversight, where he oversaw all aspects of the company's court-appointed federal monitorship and related obligations. Prior to joining the company, Vallejo was a litigator at the international law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP, where he focused on complex commercial cases and regulatory matters. Vallejo earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. Andrew (Andy) K. Williams

Andrew (Andy) K. Williams is Vice President of Shared Services for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He is responsible for overseeing the company's land and environmental affairs and operations, corporate real estate, aviation services and transportation services. Williams has over 22 years of experience in the utility industry. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Land and Environmental Management overseeing the company's environmental policies, including permitting, compliance, remediation, land management and conservation. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Safety, Health and Environment for PG&E, leading employee and contractor safety programs and developing best safety practices. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for labor relations and the delivery of human resources programs and policies for the energy company. Prior to joining PG&E, Williams worked in the office of the General Counsel at PPL, an Allentown, PA-based Fortune 500 energy company. Williams received a bachelor's degree in economics from Louisiana State University, and a law degree from Loyola University, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Angela Sanford

Angela Sanford is PG&E's Vice President, Vegetation Management. Sanford joined PG&E in 2023 after more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, advising major energy companies across the country. She specialized in complex program execution, technology innovation and operational efficiency. She most recently served as a Managing Director at Accenture, where she was responsible for delivering strategic outcomes across wildfire mitigation, gas and electric operation, and customer operations for a large North American energy account. Sanford earned a Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Angie Gibson - VP

Angie Gibson is Vice President of Emergency Preparedness and Response for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). In this role, Gibson oversees all areas of emergency management including mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. She has oversight for numerous departments including Geosciences, Life Safety, Hazard Awareness & Warning Center (HAWC), Gas, Power Generation and Electric Emergency Management and Public Safety, Emergency Exercise, Training, Planning, Prevention and Process Improvement. Gibson joined PG&E in 1988 and has over 30 years of experience in the utility industry. Since 2011, she has focused on emergency management, serving as Manager, Emergency Management, Emergency Recovery and Public Safety, and as Director, Emergency Preparedness and Response. During her career Gibson has deployed to support service restoration in New York after Super Storm Sandy, in Florida for Hurricane Irma and in Puerto Rico for Hurricane Maria. Gibson graduated from Franklin University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Management. She is California State Certified Firefighter 1 and a FEMA-certified Master Exercise Practitioner. She has completed several training and certification courses across homeland security, business continuity and emergency management fields. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the California Fire Safe Council.

Ms. Campbell has 35 years of energy experience in interstate pipelines and utilities. During her 13-year tenure at Xcel Energy (a utility supplier of electric power and natural gas service operating in eight Western and Midwestern states), Ms. Campbell developed risk management, regulatory, environmental and operating plans for the company's gas assets while improving operating and financial results across the enterprise. Ms. Campbell also developed the same programs for WestGas InterState (FERC-regulated pipeline owned by Xcel Energy) while serving as President and CEO. Ms. Campbell is a champion of public and employee safety and served on the U.S. Department of Transportation's Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee from 2013 to 2018, providing guidance to the Secretary of Transportation on the safety of the nation's gas pipeline infrastructure. Ms. Campbell also served as a member of the independent panel assessing the enterprise risk management and overall safety of the 11 gas utilities in Massachusetts in the aftermath of the September 2018 explosions and fires in Merrimack Valley. Ms. Campbell has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2019. She is also a board member of Hoffman Southwest, a private equity-owned provider of water flow inspection, repair and cleaning services (2018 to present).

Chris Zenner

Christine Cowsert Chapman

Christine Cowsert Chapman is the Senior Vice President of Gas Engineering, and Service Planning and Design at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Christine has been with PG&E for more than 20 years serving in various natural gas engineering, human resources, and electric operations functions. In her current role, Cowsert Chapman is responsible for near-term engineering priorities and long-term planning for the utility's gas infrastructure, as well as gas asset and risk management. She also oversees gas and electric system planning and design. Cowsert Chapman previously oversaw PG&E's electric engineering and asset and risk management. Prior to 2021, she led teams that managed risk to PG&E's gas assets, system, and business in real time and long term through asset management, integrity management, gas control, gas system planning, regulatory strategy, compliance, and innovation. Christopher M. Patterson - VP

In this role, Patterson is responsible for PG&E's legislative agenda and leading advocacy efforts in the state's capital. He is also responsible for policy and advocacy relating to key state regulatory agencies, including the California Energy Commission, State Lands Commission, Department of Water Resources, and California Air Resources Board. Patterson joined PG&E in 2018 and has held roles of increasing responsibility within state government relations. Before PG&E, Patterson served as the State Political Director for the California State Council of the International Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO (California Professional Firefighters), which represents over 30,000 front-line emergency responders. In that capacity, Patterson directed the union's political strategies and resources at the federal, state and local levels, managed its political action committee, independent expenditure and ballot measure programs, and helped oversee its state legislative program. Patterson has established a reputation for his ability to manage crisis situations, create and lead strategic legislative and political programs, and drive diverse state coalitions toward common policy and political goals and success. In 2013, his proven leadership and collaborative approach were instrumental in bringing together key state business, labor and other stakeholders to form one of the most effective statewide coalitions in Sacramento - Building and Protecting a Strong California. Today this group, known as the California Business and Labor Alliance, successfully advocates for policies enhancing the business climate, supporting worker issues, and promoting a robust state economy. Patterson continues to serve as the committee's chair. Outside of PG&E, Patterson is a member of the Board of Directors for CORO Northern California, which is responsible for helping to shape future generations of policy leaders. Dave Gabbard

David L. Leach

David Leach is Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Leach has spent equal parts of his career focused on protection of information and technology assets and transforming businesses through analytics. Leach and has repeatedly delivered new and enduring enterprise capabilities through a nimble and curious leadership approach to security, data management, and analytics. Leach is responsible for leading PG&E's cybersecurity, asset protection, and enterprise-wide data management and analytics, including protection of physical and cyber assets, asset and operational data, and driving continuous improvement in the company's data-driven decision-making capabilities. Prior to joining PG&E in December 2021, Leach spent the last twenty-plus years in leadership roles at global product companies, including Cummins Inc. and Micron Technology, leaders in the fields of semiconductor and industrial power systems design, manufacturing, and service. His accomplishments include building and leading enterprise programs for cybersecurity, information protection, and regulatory compliance, as well as development of enterprise data and analytics functions. Over the course of his career, Leach has led a variety of other business and technology functions, including development and operation of cloud and network platforms, supply chain, and information technology. The result of his work has been delivery of completely re-imagined coworker and customer experiences, and improved quality, safety, operational and financial outcomes. A native of California, he holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Economics from Boise State University.

David McCulloch

McCulloch also oversees PG&E's marketing efforts to encourage customer participation in programs that promote energy efficiency, provide income-qualified bill discounts, and support electric vehicle owners, among others. Before coming to PG&E, McCulloch gained deep experience in corporate communications and marketing at a range of companies in the energy and technology sectors. Most recently, he led communications for X's moonshot to decarbonize the electric grid through advanced simulation and modeling technologies. X is a subsidiary of Alphabet. McCulloch also held marketing and communications leadership roles at Hitachi's global tech subsidiary Hitachi Vantara, fuel cell company Bloom Energy, and General Electric, where he focused on issues at the crossroads of electricity and artificial intelligence. Before that, he led global public relations at Cisco and was an executive leader with global technology PR agency Text 100. A longtime Bay Area resident, McCulloch has been recognized as North America Public Relations Professional of the Year by PRWeek, was part of Cisco's PR team that was selected as PRWeek's In-House Team of the Year and is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America's Silicon Valley Chapter.

Deborah W. Powell - VP

Edward G. Cannizzaro

Mr. Cannizzaro brings 40 years of experience as a global financial executive to the Boards of the Corporation and the Utility.
