Petro-Line is a registered engineering company that provides engineering and project management services to the Oil and Gas Industry... 1977 - Petro-Line was founded in 1977 by Mr. Al Miller and Mr. William (Bill) Kershaw. Al and Bill saw a need for a small diameter pipeline construction company in Alberta. Through their many contacts in the industry they decided that they would start Petro-Line to fill this void. They chose to locate in the center of Alberta in the actively building Nisku Industrial Park.
