Ellen Ng joined the firm in 2003. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She specializes in corporate and individual taxation and accounting. Her areas of expertise include currency exchanges, installment loan businesses, insurance companies, restaurants, and grocery stores. Ellen is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Fred specializes in business management services. He is particularly well-versed in computers. He holds a degree in business, and spent several years in marketing and sales, bringing insight and knowledge to those areas to the practice. Fred is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Maggie Spocinski joined the firm in 2018. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Maggie is currently working on her Master's degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
Melisa Shields joined the firm in 2003. She specializes in accounting, taxes, and QuickBooks. She graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Melisa is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Paul joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 2003. He specializes in corporate and individual taxation with an emphasis on closely held businesses. He is a key member of the firms accounting and tax preparation group. He holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Taxation from DePaul University. Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Susie joined the firm in 2023 with over 26 years of experience in the areas of financial statement auditing, tax planning and preparation, and working with small businesses. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. Susie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Illinois CPA Society.
Tom joined the firm in 2005 and has a Master's Degree in Taxation from DePaul University, B.S. in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and M.S. Accounting from Dominican University. He specializes in accounting, taxes, financial strategies and performs lectures for small business groups. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
