Brittany Mayberry

  • Director of Client Relations
Brittany is our homeowner liaison. Brittany provides a "concierge-level" building experience to our clients, with whom she works directly during every step of the construction process. Brittany engages in an extensive pre-selection and pre-design process with our customers. She helps transition the planning process into the construction phase. Brittany brings to her position a well-rounded background, and years of experience in custom home building. Because of her passion for interior design, she will sit in on preliminary design meetings with the homeowners and offer functional perspective. Brittany is OSHA Certified.

Janis Gonzales

Job Titles:
  • Controller
Janis Gonzales is a tremendous asset to the Paul Allen Homes team. Janis has more than 13 years custom home building experience. Janis, an accountant by trade, serves as Controller for Paul Allen Homes. Janis graduated with a Masters degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. Not only does Janis handle the day to day accounting, but she also assists with estimating and purchasing processes. Janis fulfills the role of HR Manager as well. Janis also has a strong family foundation and loves to travel!

Jeff Floyd

Job Titles:
  • President Construction Operations, Co - Owner
Jeff has been in the home building industry for 29 years. He enjoys the whole building process: starting with dirt and an idea and watching it become somebody's dream and home. Jeff's eye for quality and detail coupled with his guiding belief of honoring your word, come together to make the whole process a success. Jeff enjoys an occasional round of golf, although he admittedly spends a lot of time filling divots. He loves traveling, time spent on a porch swing and hanging out with his family.

Jennie Briggs

  • Vice President of Project Planning
Jennie Briggs is the newest member of the Paul Allen Homes team. She began her career in the home building industry in 2002 and has extensive experience in the luxury custom home market guiding clients through the process of design and budgeting for their new home.

Jennifer Hatch

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Jennifer provides administrative support to the Paul Allen Homes team. Jennifer is a native Texan and has worked in the building industry for over 15 years. Jennifer is our technical guru and assists with the builder portal set up. She is lovingly referred to as "MacGyver" by the team. Jennifer manages and coordinates many important tasks vital to the construction process.

John Jones

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
John started with Paul Allen Homes in 2019. Having a passion for construction, he is new to the industry but has learned quickly. His eye for detail makes him a great resource for finishing out houses. He takes care of all the little things along with home warranty. You know your home is at the final stages when you see John there. John is OSHA Certified.

Jonas Eddy

Jonas was born and raised San Antonio and has been in the construction industry since 1997. Jonas has a degree in Construction Science from St. Phillips College and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Paul Allen Homes team. Jonas is familiar with all facets of the construction world from A to Z. Jonas spent time as a residential home inspector, and from 2005-2012, Jonas owned and operated his own Construction Company. Jonas is married with 3 children and loves the weekend warrior lifestyle. Jonas enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and most all sports.

Keith Norman

  • President Business Development, Co - Owner
Keith started in the Business Real Estate & Marketing world right out of college in 2004 and found his true passion in assisting families build their Dream Homes. He truly enjoys seeing what a great quality custom home looks/feels like and enjoys conveying the easy to understand design/build process. Keith has over a decade custom home building experience helping customers visualize a beautiful home on an empty piece of land with endless possibilities and imagination. Keith enjoys the architectural design process, walking lots with homeowners, educating them about the custom home building process. "I typically am blessed with the first contact with our customers. It is my duty to do whatever it takes to get the homeowner feeling completely comfortable with the entire process. We want our customers to not only enjoy building their dreams with Paul Allen Homes, but to have fun and refer us to their friends and family!" Keith is OSHA Certified.

Leonard Murillo

Leonard Murillo came to the Paul Allen Homes team from a background in custom homes management, as well as a brief background in commercial development. Leonard has his Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas. Above all of Leonards accomplishments, he is a proud Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps. Leonard is a strong leader and a valuable asset to the Paul Allen Homes team!

Lou Bridges

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Lou has been in the building world for decades. He spent 21 years with a local custom homebuilder building some of the largest homes in the San Antonio area. Lou became a part of the team in 2013 and is our resident cowboy. He gets the job done and makes sure the customers are always happy. Like Paul, Lou has a wonderful sense of direction. That is not only helpful in the business but also when he is out fishing. Lou is OSHA Certified.

Silvia Allen - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
Silvia is diligent and committed in handling all financial aspects of each project. She works alongside her husband in leading their exceptional team. Aside from being a business owner, Silvia is a passionate advocate for children and animals. She served as Guardian ad litem for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and supports various animal rescue groups. Silvia is bilingual (a story worth hearing one day).
