Pavan Tours is the brain of Rishikesh Phutane, a dynamic entrepreneur who is blessed with business acumen, leadership qualities and, above all, a passion for travel. Rishikesh had always nurtured a strong desire to set up his own business in the tourism segment. After finishing his graduation in commerce from the Symbiosis College, he completed a Diploma in Tourism from the Jagannath Rathi Institute. Working as a Tour Manager in a travel company, he gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience. With strategic support from Uncle Ramdas Phutane, elder cousin Dr Ajay Phutane and a few other close relatives, Rishikesh established Pavan Tours in 2002. He navigated the path with steadfast determination, crossing hurdles through hard work, honesty and a never-give-up attitude. As team leader at Pavan Tours, Rishikesh has put in place a high- performance work culture underlined by efficiency and superior customer service. Today Pavan Tours is a trusted name in domestic as well as international tours with a high ratio of repeat customers.
