Because you deal with one person, ME. I'm not like a track builder who pushes you from one person to the next. From the start of designing your home to when I give you the keys at the settlement table I will guide you every step of the way. If an issue would arise throughout the construction process we work it out together to make the situation right. My goal is to talk to you 5, 10, or 15 years down the road and for you to be as happy with your home as when it was first built.
