A C T S ‘s primary focus is contract agricultural research. Founded by a plant pathologist, our primary focus is working with seed companies in helping them evaluate or screen soybean germplasm for resistance to various diseases. We also test soil for the presence of SCN and evaluate soil for clients to characterize the SCN population present in a particular field. We scout plots to evaluate new products and provide important records to companies. We grow out specimen in our greenhouses. We offer a diagnostic service in which we can visit fields or clients can send us plant samples which we will use moist chambers and compound microscope to determine if and what diseases may be present. We look for ways to serve our clients and help them improve American agriculture...
