His significant achievements include financing large organic and inorganic growth through various debt and capital market instruments in India and abroad. Mr. Balan's career spans a unique combination of Multinational Companies, Public Sector Companies and Family Owned Indian Companies. Mr. Balan has played leadership roles in corporate restructuring, large fund-raising exercises and project management. He has received the Best Performing CFO Award in Logistics Sector from CNBC TV18 in 2006. He has been on Board of Directors of several reputed Companies.

Ajit has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession. Ajit has been a part of Phoenix for the past 13 years and has been handling entire spectrum of law including corporate funding, restructuring and litigation. Ajit is post graduate in Arts and possesses a degree in law.

A Chartered Accountant in public practice, Mr. Elavia retired as Senior Partner of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry - Chartered Accountants. He is currently a Director on the Board of Directors of various listed companies and a number of other unlisted public & private companies. He is also a Member of the India UK Accountancy Task Force constituted by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. The Reserve Bank of India appointed Mr. Elavia as a member of the Indian Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited where he was the Chairman of its Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. He is on the Boards of Trustees of several charitable organizations established for supporting education and religious causes.
