A.J. Ferdinandi

A.J. Ferdinandi brings experience, education, youth, and enthusiasm to Pearson Realty. Along with selling Ag Real Estate, A.J. also works for Panoche Creek Packing as a Field Representative. A.J. has been with Pearson Realty since 2017 and has already earned his way to Sr. Vice President. When not working, you can find him with his wife Katie, traveling or spending time with friends and family.

Dale Samuelian

Dale has been with Pearson Realty since 1976 and has been a licensed Broker since 1978. His real estate expertise ranges from irrigated field crop ground to permanent plantings. Dale has first hand experience farming Thompson Seedless Grapes in Madera County. Prior to real estate Dale taught at Central Union High School for eight years. Dale is home grown and received his BA, MA in Biological Sciences, and Lifetime Standard Secondary Teaching Credentials from California State University, Fresno. He then augmented his education with Real Estate sales and appraisal courses. He has served as a Consultant for Federal Land Bank, M.A.I. Appraisers, State Inheritance Tax Referees, banks, attorneys and CSUF.

John Stewart - CEO, President

Mr. Stewart serves as the President and CEO, of Pearson Commercial and Pearson Realty. Pearson Realty is the preeminent real estate company in the San Joaquin Valley specializing in commercial real estate as Newmark Pearson Commercial and in the area of farm and ranch properties as Pearson Realty. Mr. Stewart is experienced in providing single-point-of-contact administration of multi-market real estate assignments for national and regional corporate clients. Mr. Stewart has played an integral role in the conception and implementation of various business plans to assists clients in acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, and sale-leaseback transactions. Mr. Stewart began his career with Grubb & Ellis | Pearson Commercial, A Division of Pearson Realty, in 1999 after spending 30 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. After a successful sales career, he was promoted to Managing Director of the Fresno CB Richard Ellis office where he guided the sales staff to more than doubling office revenues in four years. He has also doubled the revenue at Pearson Realty. Specializing in the recruiting and training of young sales professionals, John has created and instituted Pearson Commercial's own ongoing Boot Camp for training new recruits and continued training for all sales professionals and staff. Mr. Stewart attended the University of Southern California where he played baseball and was selected for the 1966 Coaches All-American College Team. After graduating from USC with a Bachelor of Science degree from the school of business, Mr. Stewart played professional baseball for 3 years before starting his career in commercial real estate. He is now an avid tennis player and skier, and participated on a national champion USTA tennis team in 1996. Mr. Stewart resides in Clovis, California, with his wife Ann and his son Sean.

Sullivan Grosz

I, Sullivan Grosz, started with Pearson Realty in 2016 and was promoted to President in January of 2021. I have truly enjoyed learning the business (which never stops), observing how agriculture continues to evolve in our valley, maneuvering through our complex water challenges in California, and building great relationships with growers, institutional investors, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and general farm investment professionals. The agriculture industry is full of great people with strong family values. I am always ready to share market information and help provide insight when needed. When not working, you can find me with my wife, Erin, and sons, Granger and Emmett. I am an avid outdoorsman and am passionate about aviation, hunting, backpacking, dirt bike, and skiing adventures.
