Dr. Ed Slover

Dr. Ed Slover has over 25 years of diversified, multi-industry experience in leadership development, strategic decision making, operational excellence, managing change, and creating "raving fans" as both a multi-unit manager and a university professor. In addition to his practical experience, Ed holds multiple credentials, including a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. He also holds certifications as a Certified Core Strengths Facilitator, Master Coach in Motivation & Goal Setting, and as a Master Coach in Life Transformation. He is also a published researcher and author, public speaker, and award-winning educator and is fiercely passionate about helping individuals and businesses realizing their full potential. Ed lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Carolynn, and their two girls, Josselyn and Evelynn.

Eric Coet

Eric leads the strategy practice for Peak Solutions. He possesses a diverse background in leadership with over 20 years of experience serving corporately, in the community, and as an entrepreneur. His entire professional life has been dedicated to excellence in the study and implementation of strategic planning, leadership, and management. Eric has a unique corporate background in operations, marketing, work procurement and design management for a top 20 design-builder in the nation. His style brings order out of chaos, helping leadership teams get clear about where they are headed, and focused on driving their organizations toward the results they are looking for. Eric is a licensed StratOp and LifePlan facilitator through the Paterson Center located in Ft. Collins, Colorado. He is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Resurrection Christian School, and Leadership Advisory teams for Windsor Community Church. He and his wife Jenny support the Weld County Foster and Kinship programs, and A Kid's Place. Eric and Jenny are both Colorado natives and enjoy endurance sports, traveling and everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer with their three children.

Mitch Majeski

To his work with a range of clients, Mitch brings wisdom wrought from 18 years of visionary leadership in a large church. A broker of several unlikely, philanthropic partnerships, he knows the challenge and the beauty of uniting diverse perspectives around a common focus, and he is skilled at preparing wise, confident leaders for that task. An expert story-teller, Mitch is valued for his ability to inspire and mobilize people. He has served on a variety of boards including the Governor's Clergy Council, the Colorado State Stadium Advisory Group, and the Coloradoan Newspaper. While energized by these things, Mitch's greatest joy is going on adventures with his wife and four children.

Ray Caraway

Ray began his career as an attorney handling business litigation matters before moving into the nonprofit sector. He's served as the CEO of both public and private foundations in multiple states, including 17 years as the CEO of the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado. While there, he led the effort to grow the Foundation's assets by more than tenfold and worked with local philanthropists, elected officials and other community leaders to address a variety of opportunities and challenges linked to the rapid growth of Colorado's Front Range. Ray's passion has been working with boards, committees and community groups to make good things happen. His work focuses on the dynamics of healthy organizations with particular emphasis on boards and effective governance. Ray is an avid outdoorsman and lives in the mountains west of Fort Collins. He and his wife, Mary, have two adult sons, one an Air Force officer, and the other an officer with the Space Force.

Richard Fagerlin

In 2001 Richard founded Peak Solutions with the inspired vision that people should love what they do and who they do it with. With over 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience, he is a sought-after speaker, consultant, and facilitator. Richard travels internationally helping clients intentionally create a culture of high trust and to be on purpose with developing leaders at all levels of the organization. As the author of TRUSTOLOGY - The Art and Science of Leading High Trust Teams, Richard has been named one of the top 100 thought leaders on Trust in the world and recently received the lifetime achievement award from the organization Trust Across the World. Richard's work focuses on creating healthy leaders, healthy teams and healthy organizations. A Colorado native, Richard enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and four boys. When not working you will see Richard enjoying his family and cheering on his boys as they take on whatever next competition or adventure is in front of them.

Rodd Welker

Rodd Welker is a human relations expert who offers a unique blend of corporate, higher education and non-profit leadership and real-world experience. Traveling across the country, Rodd facilitates leadership development for companies and organizations and provides executive coaching for top execs, as well as, emerging leaders. With more than 30 years of educating employees and students, he has taught college classes in business, leadership, and adult development. His experience also includes seven years as a college basketball coach. Rodd is a licensed professional business coach, certified trainer/facilitator and adventure-based teambuilding expert. Rodd also serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Kent State University. Rodd lives in Ohio with his wife and when not singing in his church worship team, officiating basketball or traveling the world working with leaders he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his 3 adult boys and spoiling his grandkids.
