Aldo Rodriguez

Aldo oversees our operations in Mexico at our Monterrey division. He is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, team member satisfaction, environmental health and safety, and customer satisfaction. Aldo has successfully led his team through the launch of plant operations and subsequently, a massive expansion that doubled production capacity. He believes the company culture of integrity and honesty along with clear strategy is what allows people in the organization to grow. In his free time, Aldo can be found spending time outdoors hunting, climbing, camping, and exploring, in addition to farming.

Benajmin F. Rassieur III - President

As president at Paulo, Ben is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Paulo organization. He represents the third generation of the Rassieur family to lead the company; Paulo was founded by Ben's grandparents in 1943. Ben attributes Paulo's success to the collaboration and continuous improvement mindset of its team of leaders. Looking back on over four decades in the business, Ben is especially proud of the successful establishment of Paulo's Monterrey divsion, the company's first international location. In his spare time, Ben enjoys leisure activities with his family, hunting, fishing, and working in service to organizations that help people succeed.

Bob Muto

Bob joined Paulo in 1986 and currently oversees our Cleveland division, which performs some of our most advanced processes for aerospace and power generation customers, among those in other demanding markets. His main responsibilities include coaching team members for growth, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance, and developing new projects in the division. According to Bob, the freedom to make improvements in the operations he oversees has contributed greatly to his success. In his time away from work, Bob enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren.

Brian Heitmann

As Plant Manager of our St. Louis Division, Brian ensures that all parts are processed safely and to correct specifications while keeping lead time and cost to a minimum. He collaborates with teams across all Paulo locations to optimize our process while solving our customers' greatest challenges. He holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering, along with Lean Certifications from Michigan State and Ohio State. Outside of his time at the plant, Brian enjoys spending time with his two daughters and brewing his own beer.

Chris Manago

Chris holds a master's degree in operations and supply chain management in addition to a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Curt Heineck

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and and MBA with a marketing certificate, and he has been a part of the Paulo team since 2017. One of his favorite, most challenging projects was working with a top automotive OEM to gain approval for heat treating their high-pressure die casting dies. For him, datagineering means peace of mind for our customers, which is essential in a world where manufacturing is constantly changing. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping physically fit, brewing his own artisan coffee, and working on home improvement projects.

Gregory Huss

Greg Huss joined Paulo in 2020 as plant manager in our Nashville division. Prior to joining Paulo, Greg started his thermal processing career as a furnace operator and worked his way up to general manager of a multisite commercial heat treating operation in Wisconsin. He is responsible for all aspects of quality, efficiency, and safety in the Nashville plant. Greg embraces a team approach to ensuring the facility exceeds its goals and he enjoys the family-run atmosphere at Paulo. Outside of the plant, Greg enjoys spending time with his kids and playing pool and poker.

Jay Adamson

He has worked on thousands of projects including developing new processes for a variety of appliations largely in the automotive market. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Technology, and in his free time he enjoys quality time with his family, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

John Straetker

Adventurous at heart, Larrie spends his time outside of the office RV camping and hitting the trails on his dirt bikes.

Mike Harper - VP of Sales

Scott Herzing

One of Scott's biggest accomplishments is leading the process of building our Monterrey division from the ground up from site selection to equipment installation to production readiness and beyond. He joined Paulo in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Scott enjoys using engineering principles, problem solving techniques, and technology to help overcome the challenges that face both our customers and our teams. He relaxes away from work by spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Tee Rassieur

Terry Rassieur - EVP

As a leader in the organization, Terry is driven to foster an environment where all Paulo team members help each other succeed. Terry spends his spare time cycling, volunteering, cycling, solving puzzles, and playing with his grandchildren.
