Anthony is a Project Delivery Manager at Peddle Thorp, based in our Brisbane office. He joined Peddle Thorp in early 2020 and has achieved over 30 years of experience within the Architectural, Services and Construction Industry. Anthony is a project leader within our Health sector, overseeing the development of specific Designs in association with Sub-Consultants Services, focusing on the delivery of a coordinated set of documents for Construction on major projects. Anthony is dedicated to providing the best possible service during Documentation and Construction Administration stages for our clients. Recently, Anthony has been mainly working on the Thursday Island Hospital & Primary Health Care Centre Redevelopment in Far North Queensland. Prior to Peddle Thorp, he was overseeing the delivery of the New Emergency Department Building at Hervey Bay Queensland and the New Specialist Outpatient Building at the Caboolture Hospital Campus. Anthony has also previously been involved with a varied range of projects from Laboratory, Healthcare, Government, Commercial, to Retail and Residential. Anthony is a key member of our Documentation Standards & Defect Management Development Teams. Providing his documentation, co-ordination & site experience to improve efficiencies within our internal systems. Allowing Peddle Thorp to achieve consistency through all stages of documentation and final delivery.

BRENDAN SUTTON

Since starting at Peddle Thorp, Brendan has worked across a wide range of projects, focusing on the impacts the built environment has on people and place. After initially being a major contributor to the Australian Embassy in Washington design competition, he progressed to being responsible for the delivery of the documentation for a new 400 seat standalone lecture theatre at the University of Papua New Guinea. His enthusiastic approach to design and delivery ensures projects have a high level of attention to detail. Brendan is passionate about public facing architecture, and delivering design solutions that have a positive effect on the built environment and the people who interact with them.

BRETT HUDSON

Brett Hudson's collaborative approach is central to his success as an architect and a leader. He engenders trust and confidence in clients and colleagues alike, reinforced by his demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding designs and overcome project challenges with finesse. Brett specialises in large institutional projects such as hospitals, galleries, libraries, courthouses and universities, which take time and careful coordination to complete successfully. He embraces the extensive personal interaction and consultation between various project participants as both a necessary and valuable aspect of design development. He is experienced in guiding teams and taking responsibility for significant architectural design projects. Brett has taught design, and actively seeks to expand his knowledge through architectural conferences and study tours.

CAMERON GRANT

Cameron has worked extensively as an architect, both in Australia and the UK. He is adept at working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on every aspect of project delivery, from concept design through to project completion. He adds enormous value to projects through his attention to detail and skill in project administration. He has an in-depth knowledge of construction processes and a passion for environmentally sustainable design. Cameron cares about expanding the impact of the architectural profession and has applied his architectural skills in developing countries. He also enjoys architectural photography.

CAROLINE YUEN

Caroline is an imaginative problem-solver whose skill in interior architecture is informed by a genuine passion and talent for art and design. She brings originality and a sense of prestige to the internal spaces she creates. She is an emerging artist with an interest in painting, jewellery, sculpture, and furniture design: her works have been exhibited and a number of her paintings are held in private collections around Australia and overseas. In 2012, Caroline's design was chosen as a finalist from 450 entries in the Designer Rug 'Evolve' competition. Caroline's artistry, ability to convey a strong design ethos and find clever solutions means she achieves an inspired outcome regardless of the project scope or budget. Her experience includes more than 25 years working as an architect and designer in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia across a wide range of fields including commercial, health, retail, education, residential and hotels. She is committed to exceeding expectations, and displays strong empathy for clients and other stakeholders in crafting and refining ideas. This allows her to transform every brief into a contemporary yet timeless example of interior architecture that genuinely reflects the project goals.

DANIEL SORBELLO

Daniel is a Senior Executive at Peddle Thorp, based in our Brisbane office. He has been with Peddle Thorp since 2005 and has over 15 years of experience within the design and construction industry. Daniel is a senior project leader with exceptional team management skills to facilitate the delivery of coordinated highly technical spaces. Daniel has experience with managing large teams, including sub-consultants, to exceed stakeholder expectations. Recently, Daniel has been delivering projects through regional Queensland, predominantly large-scale redevelopments within existing campuses. These included the new Gladstone Hospital Emergency Department, Mater Springfield Stage 2 Hospital, CQU Masterplan for the Rockhampton Campus and CQU Schools of Mines and Manufacturing in the Rockhampton and Gladstone campuses. Previously, he has been involved with a diverse range of projects from highly technical laboratory fit outs, through to large scale international projects. Additionally, Daniel provides executive leadership in project delivery and workflow. He oversees of the Peddle Thorp Development Teams, steering them towards improving efficiency within our internal systems processes and achieving consistency through all stages of project documentation, allowing Peddle Thorp to work smarter, not harder.

Davin is a Senior Executive at Peddle Thorp, based in our Brisbane office. He has been with Peddle Thorp since 2011 and has over 16 years of experience within the design and construction industry. Davin is a project leader within our health team, facilitating the delivery of coordinated, highly technical spaces. Davin is an integral member of the project team working closely with the design team to deliver and exceed stakeholder expectations. Most recently, Davin has been working predominantly throughout regional Queensland. Davin has been involved with a diverse range of projects ranging from smaller, highly technical spaces through to large scale, complex campus wide redevelopments. Additionally, Davin is a key member of our technology development and documentation teams. These teams work towards improving efficiency within our internal system processes and achieving consistency through all stages of project documentation, giving Peddle Thorp the ability to work smarter, not harder.

DR MATTHEW HUTCHINSON

Matthew is a Senior Executive at Peddle Thorp, based in our Brisbane Office. He has 30 years industry experience in a range of architectural developments and phases across a number of Australian states and the UK. He is a member of our Integrated Living Advisory Board. He has completed a PhD at QUT exploring the potential nature of housing for an ageing Australian population. Matthew has experience in strategic portfolio review, master planning, design and construction. He began his career working on large-scale health and defence projects, gaining experience in planning sub-acute to acute health care environments. He has held a number of positions including partner and national sector lead for seniors living and has worked for a range of practices both in Australia and in London.

HENNIE FERREIRA

Hennie has been practising architecture in Australia and internationally for over 30 years. An award-winning, hands-on Architect, Hennie has experience delivering an array of projects. Proficient in all stages of development planning, he can undertake all aspects of projects up to a successful handover. Also qualified in Urban Planning, Hennie participated in numerous Greenfield, Brownfield and Urban Rejuvenation projects which enabled him to apply his multi-faceted expertise in concert. Hennie is responsible for managing the Peddle Thorp project delivery in North Queensland. He works closely with the Far North Queensland (Cairns) and the Brisbane offices of Peddle Thorp.

JACQUI SUE YEK

Jacqui has always been interested in the built environment and completed a Masters degree in Architecture, with minor studies in Interior Design and Urban Planning, in 2015, receiving the Australian Institute of Architects QIA Medallion for high achievement in her final year. Originally from Cairns, Jacqui has a genuine appreciation for the impacts of climate on both design and construction. She understands the opportunities and constraints associated with tropical environments and how best to embrace or address them.

JAYDEN LIM

Since commencing his career at Peddle Thorp in 2017, Jayden has contributed to a range of projects across the educational, health and commercial sectors. Exposure to both large and small bespoke projects has allowed him to develop and apply his skills in space planning, conceptual design documentation, contract administration and presentation. Working with Peddle Thorp, Jayden's contributions have been heavily focused on education and healthcare. Jayden is a motivated and keen individual with a passion to design quality and honest spaces that provides positive experiences for the end users.
