Since 1996 Andrea has been a fixture in the Business Office, starting as receptionist after being a client through a DVR referral. As Executive Secretary, she has a hand in just about everything that goes on, from job postings to Board of Directors meetings, and if anyone needs help, has a question, or just needs to talk things out, she is there.
Angel began at Peninsula Services as a job coach with our Vocational Services Dept. During that time she worked with our participants she was introduced to the he newly begun document destruction project which became All Shred. Through her understanding of the operations through job coaching, she was given the management of All Shred. She has watched this project progress to become a community leader in document destruction. She has increased her staff and continues to look for growth opportunities.

Chris served in the U.S. Navy, retiring in January 1999 as a Chief Aviation Storekeeper. Chris joined the Servmart team in August of 1999 as a store worker and was promoted to Manager of the Bremerton Servmart in June of 2000. He enjoys talking to the sailors and helping them fulfill their needs. He and his team have expanded the reach of the store by implementing online sales, allowing even ships at sea and personnel at military bases across the globe to place orders.
Chris joined the Peninsula Services family in 2009 as a bookkeeper and payroll Specialist. In 2018 Chris and Nimfa Herr became Co-Managers of the business Office.
Chris is responsible for various reports, bank reconciliations and oversight of payroll services. As co-manager of the business office she assists in documenting and supplying information for monthly financial reports. Chris also generates various reports and statistics for other departments i the organization and handles the monthly billing for Vocational Services. In her spare time, she jumps out of perfectly good airplanes just for fun.

Daria is the head of the Human Resource Department. She works to bring in the best and the brightest talent for all positions. She oversees the benefits, safety, hiring, training, and personnel issues. Daria is responsible for ensuring that we are compliant and aware of federal and state employments standards. She is involved in all policy updates and creation.

Nimfa began in 2009 as assistant bookkeeper for Servmart, and it soon became apparent that her skill was needed throughout the business operations of the agency. She is an example of dedication to the mission and has taken on much of the responsibility of running the business office as Co-Manager. She does it all, from answering phones, paying bills, invoicing, keeping track of bank accounts and even making sure every employee receives their boot reimbursement. She is detail oriented and a perfectionist, accounting for every penny, always with good nature and a friendly smile.

Rich has worked at every level at the Whidbey Island Servmart from receiving and stocking to purchasing and customer assistance. His many years of experience at Servmart have led to his promotion as Servmart Manager, serving the Whidbey Island Naval Air Base. His love for, and involvement in, his island community is apparent, and he has expanded his store to serve the area's business needs as well.

Robin has been with Peninsula Services for over 20 years. During her career her work performance earned the position of Assistant Supervisor. In 2020, she was promoted to Commissary Site Supervisor at Naval Base Bangor. As a leader, Robin has developed operating procedures and has lead the training of the store workers in Shelf Stocking and Janitorial procedures. Robin communicates regularly with Deka's store management and responsible for the successful completion of our Deka contract on Naval Base Bangor.

Sherrie is another valued employee who has come up the ranks from grounds worker to Project Manager. She oversees the maintenance of thousands of acres of landscaping on Naval Base Kitsap, including PSNS, Sub-Base Bangor, Keyport base, and the Naval Hospital, as well as community sites in the area. Her leadership skills and hands-on experience make her an excellent representative for Peninsula Services.

Todd was appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer after the retirement of Jill Robinson in April 2022. Prior to this Todd had served as Vocational Director at Peninsula Services for over ten years, adopting the role of Mission Director in 2020. Todd has been in the business of creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities for 30 years. At Peninsula Services he developed a successful team of Community Employment Specialists to provide meaningful employment across Kitsap County for the clients we serve. Todd 's focus is on fulfilling the mission of the organization. He keeps an eye on the many legislative measures that could affect our clients, maintains involvement in community clubs, he oversees our compliance to the Ability One Contracts, our accreditations, and has an open door policy with all employees.
