LTD., ,formerly known as ELECTROLS was established in July 1962, for manufacturing of Electronic Instrument and Control Panels for Textile Industry for measurement of Moisture, Speed, Temperature, Levels, etc. Since the Textile Industry was not Performing well the Company decided to Shift its activity for Manufacturing of Solid-State Electronic Instruments & Control Panels Like Audio- Visual Alarm Annunciators, Compresser Control Systems, Air Dryer Control Systems, Plant Control & interlock systems etc for Process Industries like Cement, Fertilizers, Oil, Chemicals etc Under the name and style of Piri Systems Pvt. Ltd from October1982.
