Craig A. Penfold was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1968. Craig served as a District Judge for 10 years. After retiring from the Bench, Craig founded Craig A. Penfold, P.C. and became a fee attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He has served in that capacity for over 22 years. Craig has vast experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Title Insurance, and Family Law. Craig is a founding partner of Penfold & Long, P.C. Craig graduated from the University of Colorado and the University of Texas School of Law. Craig is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
