Blaise has a wealth of experience in architectural practice, most recently as President of the Architecture Division of a well-known architectural group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida providing a multi-disciplined, results-oriented approach to real estate development and construction. His experience includes a wholistic approach to real estate development and the ability to generate concepts that speak to conflicting needs and the background to efficiently coordinate all professionals required to make those concepts a reality.
Tenured with Peacock + Lewis since 1989, Bob Braido brings unparalleled experience in his role as Senior Project Architect for Peacock + Lewis.

Prior to joining the Peacock + Lewis team, Brandon was exposed to various building projects yet many were within the same clubhouse and amenities design genre.
Brenda Mantooth is a dedicated and experienced bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and efficiency. With nearly 10 years of experience with Peacock + Lewis, she has a strong understanding of the intricacies of an architectural firm and a keen eye for detail.

Previously Brenda was a long-tenured team member for Reddy Ice, the country's leading supplier of ice. With a cool demeanor, she maintained and managed their financial records for more than a decade and a half.

Having grown up in the greater St. Louis area, the Midwest was the perfect jumping-off point to explore the country. Brett's fondness for travel grew his knowledge of history and cultures and fueled his interest to learn about architectural styles.
Brett is an avid tennis player and has even competed in state level tournaments. He is a multisport athlete, sports enthusiast, and a lifelong boater. He understands the importance of creating an engaging atmosphere for socializing and recreation.

Char Burke is a dedicated and valued member of the interior design team, serving as the Interior Design Purchasing Agent. With over a decade of experience with the firm, Char has played an instrumental role in the successful execution of numerous interior design projects.

Char's prior experience has always been in the country club arena, beginning as a legal secretary for a noted boutique law firm in Boca Raton serving the club industry. Following her law firm days, Char moved into the role of personal assistant to the President of Ernie Els Design, handling everything from A to Z for Ernie's design executives. She was also instrumental as project manager for the design and build of Ernie's corporate office in Jupiter, Florida.
As a Senior Project Architect and a respected team member since 1997, Craig is valued for his creativity, his conceptual design, his attention to detail, and his easygoing manner. He is vastly experienced in projects from initial planning and design through the administration and management of construction.
Dan is a valuable addition to Peacock + Lewis. His extensive expertise, creative sensibilities, and diligence contribute significantly to the firm's success. As a key member of the Interior Design Team, Denise has been instrumental in and made significant contributions to award-winning projects such as The Bear's Club, Sawgrass Country Club, and Bay Harbor Yacht Club.

Francis Lussier is a Project Architect for Peacock + Lewis and a registered architect with over 25 years of experience in the related field of architectural design. As a valued team member, Francis has a proven ability to communicate effectively with his clients and is recognized for his creativity and problem-solving techniques.
As a Project Architect for P+L for over a decade, Isaac brings an energetic attitude, coupled with creative sensibilities and diligence, to the Peacock + Lewis Team, which make him an invaluable team member. He has a list of award-winning and prestigious clients, many of which are clients who seek out Peacock + Lewis for subsequent projects. Isaac is also instrumental in mentoring a group of young architectural professionals who are beginning their careers at P+L.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a BA and Masters of Architecture, Isaac Campos has more than 20 years of experience in architectural practice. His experience includes all aspects of professional architectural services, from programming and conceptual project design to the development of construction documents, and through the construction administration and project close-out phase. Isaacs' experience includes commercial, institutional, recreational, retail and residential, along with a fresh focus on club planning and amenities. Projects include both renovation and new construction. Additionally, a unique exposure to the field of landscape architecture has developed an increased sensitivity to the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.

Jeannine Rohtla is a highly experienced designer with nearly three decades of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has specialized in space planning for golf clubs, country clubs, and hospitality projects. Since 1999, she has been employed with Peacock + Lewis, where she has had the privilege of working on numerous prestigious private clubs and resorts.
As part of her role, Jeannine collaborates closely with the project team to develop designs that meet the specific requirements and vision of each project. She pays special attention to various aspects of design, such as ceiling design, lighting, proportion, and balance. Kadeem Blaize is a young Architectural professional with nearly 8 years of experience in Architecture and Design industry. His experience includes design computation skills, collaborative workflow with fellow designers/ Project Managers and visualizing spaces within the 3D realm. Kadeem joined the Peacock + Lewis family in May of 2023 as a Project Architect and BIM Coordinator.
Prior Experience
Before joining P+L, Kadeem served as an Architectural Project Designer for 2 years, working on luxury mid-rise multi-family residential projects and high-rise commercial projects based in West Palm Beach. Prior to this, he worked in Miami for 5 years in master planning and low-income affordable non-profit housing projects catering to low-income families throughout South Florida.

Interior Designer Karen Coats is excellent in communicating and connecting with her clients. She has developed the tools needed in successfully managing unique interior design projects. With experience as a Draftsman, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and an Independent Contractor, Karen excells in managing simultaneous client projects including product procurement, sourcing, and installation. She has been involved in all phases of design process including execution of the conceptual, schematic, development, construction documents, and supporting materials.
Karen is a member in good standing of ICAA (Institute of Classical Architecture & Art) and enjoys live music, museums, art gallery openings & lectures, and outdoor activities such as biking and water sports.

Kenneth Hart has over 30 years of experience in architectural practice, with a primary concentration on hospitality design and working with private clubs with a membership-driven process. Ken brings an energetic attitude, coupled with creative sensibilities and an impressive resume to Peacock + Lewis which makes him an invaluable team member as Director of Architecture for the P+L Naples office. He has excelled at creating contextual design and understanding the language of existing architecture to create seamless additions and renovations to historic structures and clubs of distinction. As a contextualist, Ken has a firm belief that all projects should fit seamlessly within the context of the existing environment or design vocabulary which is evident in his initial design sketches for every project.

As a licensed architect, licensed interior designer, and landscape designer, Ken brings an integrated and holistic understanding to each project, from initial planning through construction and the continued stewardship of each project.

As an aspiring young architect, Laura is a respected team member with Peacock + Lewis since 2019. Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Laura had a varied work history as a Project Manager and Co-Founder/Partner of her own architectural firm in Lima, Peru. Her love of hospitality in architecture can be felt here in her quote, " Hospitality is all about creating special experiences. And as a designer in the industry, the goal is no different. I love pushing the boundaries of originality while also creating spaces of comfort, elegance, and sophistication.

With nearly 10 years of experience in three countries, Maria Eugenia possesses profound design and project management skills in the realm of architecture. As a Project Manager, she provides BIM planning expertise and top-notch leadership throughout the design phase of a project.
Prior Experience
Born to a family of Italian descent, Maria Eugenia grew up in Mendoza, Argentina. She has travelled extensively throughout South America, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining P+L in 2021, Maria also worked in the world of country clubs designing clubhouses and amenities.
In New Zealand, Maria worked at an architectural firm where she was involved in the design and implementation of countless commercial and hospitality projects, some of which were for high-profile clients, such as the Four Point Sheraton Hotels chain and the Wellington Children's Hospital.
In the United States, Maria's passion for outdoor sports provided a compass toward country clubs. Over the last 5 years, she's worked extensively in remodeling, designing, and overseeing the construction of new clubs.

After nearly 5 years as Office Manager for Peacock + Lewis, Mary Jarett Whisler moved back to her sales and marketing roots in 2020 as Marketing Director for the firm. Her career spans over 30 years of client relations, focusing on business development and client retention.

Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Mary had a focused career in higher education, marketing financial services such as student loans, debt management, default prevention, and student financial literacy to university leadership and senior financial administration for the benefit of attracting and maintaining students.
Melissa Berquist joined the Peacock + Lewis team in 2017, where she serves as the Assistant Office Manager. Her thorough comprehension of office management practices and meticulous attention to detail allow her to handle an extensive range of tasks and responsibilities. Melissa's continuous pursuit of knowledge, ability to effectively communicate with team members, combined with her passion for delivering exceptional results have easily converted to her added role in project management.

Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Melissa worked for over 10 years at a local hospital as a Radiologic Technologist and adjunct clinical instructor for Palm Beach State College. She also has previous experience in the banking industry and client relations.
Mr. Alex Godwin uses his skills as an architectural interior designer to bridge the gap between technical drawings and the final user-focused space. His ability to use the latest technology in architectural software, combined with his experience in high-end interior design, helps to create the vision of top-tier amenities for members.

Olivia Sipler serves as an Associate Architect with the goal of growing into a Project Architect role. She joined the Peacock + Lewis team in 2021 after completing her master's degree at Pratt Institute. During her time here, she has and continues to develop her knowledge in all aspects of the architectural process from conceptual design through construction administration.

Prior to joining the team full-time, Olivia interned with Peacock + Lewis and several other architecture firms across the east coast while completing her education.

Patricia Sampson has over 30 years of experience focusing on prestigious properties across the nation. With her detailed, organizational, and community-minded approach, her experience includes luxury residential, resort, and club amenity design. Managing the implementation of the design is a specialty bridging the communication from the design team through to the construction team. Patricia joined Peacock + Lewis as the Director of Client Initiatives in October 2021. In this role, she builds and fosters relationships, develops business, marketing, and revenue generation while directing and mentoring the interior design team.

Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Patricia served as Senior Project Manager and Managing Director of an award-winning and nationally recognized planning, architecture, interior design, and procurement firm strategically focused on the private club industry. Patricia led the organization in project implementation, interior design advocacy, and growth initiatives for the firm throughout the United States

Raed is a global citizen and an interdisciplinary designer with over 15 years of experience designing services, products, and spaces. With a strong foundation in architecture, Raed had dedicated a significant portion of is career to working on hospitality interiors across Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, collaborating with renowned operators and owning companies before relocating to the United States in 2021. His expertise lies in facilitating the creation of synergies between exceptional design and transformative experiences.
Prior Experience
With a proven track record, Raed has held notable positions throughout his career. Before joining P+L as a Senior Interior Designer, Raed served as the Managing Director of IDS (Interior Design Studio Ltd.) for two years, following a successful five-year tenure as the Director of Operations and Strategy within the same organization. Additionally, Raed demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding Interior PH Magazine in 2012, alongside Blueprints House of Design.
Today, Raed is deeply passionate about harnessing the power of design as both a service and a process. He thrives on understanding people in diverse contexts, uncovering their unmet needs and desires, and ultimately delivering fresh and extraordinary experiences.
Rafael Palli has nearly 35 years of architectural and interior design experience and is bringing expertise in both genres to his role as an Architectural Designer at Peacock + Lewis.
Prior Experience
Before joining Peacock + Lewis, Rafa traveled the world working in such places as Europe and South Africa eventually finding his way to Florida in 2014. He has a passion for sketching and illustration and enjoys the artistic process of designing spaces which makes him a talented fit for P+L.

Suyin Saballo has been in the design industry since 2006. She is an invaluable addition to the Peacock + Lewis team, possessing a strong design background, attention to detail, proficient communication skills, and a consummate professional with a team spirit second to none. Suyin works closely with each client helping to realize each project's successful outcome, and has developed many strong relationships with trade partners. Creative and organized, Suyin has the ability to manage multiple tasks on simultaneous projects allowing the Naples Design Team to be dedicated to their creative process.
Suyin has been quoted as saying, "I love the process - and the challenge - of working on a project from concept to fruition, helping clients materialize a vision they didn't even know that they had"

Vinnie Hunter is a project manager at Peacock + Lewis in the Naples office. Dedicated to serving clients with his expertise and experience, his logic-oriented approach to producing functional and practical drawings uses foresight and creativity for design with a technical focus on constructability.
Prior Experience
Having grown up in the greater Omaha area, Vinnie has been interested in the STEM field for most of his life. Being centrally located in Omaha, the Midwest was the perfect jumping off point to explore the world. Higher education in Illinois lead to a term abroad in Australia that sparked a desire to travel and explore as much as possible. Working throughout school for one of the country's foremost general contracting/engineering companies, Vinnie has worked on projects of all types and scales that include cultural, commercial, mixed-use, higher education, government, and Oil/Gas/Chemical projects. All these prior experiences culminate in a unique skill set that further assists the P+L team in their pursuit of excellence through design.
Vinnie is an avid golfer who brings a love for the sport to the P+L team. He is also a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys expressing creativity through music and not just architecture. If he is not making music or attending a concert, you will find him at the beach or a car show, enjoying the Southwest Florida Sun.
