Prior Experience Blaise has a wealth of experience in architectural practice, most recently as President of the Architecture Division of a well-known architectural group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida providing a multi-disciplined, results-oriented approach to real estate development and construction. His experience includes a wholistic approach to real estate development and the ability to generate concepts that speak to conflicting needs and the background to efficiently coordinate all professionals required to make those concepts a reality.

Prior Experience Having grown up in the greater St. Louis area, the Midwest was the perfect jumping-off point to explore the country. Brett's fondness for travel grew his knowledge of history and cultures and fueled his interest to learn about architectural styles. He understands the importance of creating an engaging atmosphere for socializing and recreation.

Prior Experience Char's prior experience has always been in the country club arena, beginning as a legal secretary for a noted boutique law firm in Boca Raton serving the club industry. Following her law firm days, Char moved into the role of personal assistant to the President of Ernie Els Design, handling everything from A to Z for Ernie's design executives. She was also instrumental as project manager for the design and build of Ernie's corporate office in Jupiter, Florida.

Maria Eugenia Miguez

With nearly 10 years of experience in three countries, Maria Eugenia possesses profound design and project management skills in the realm of architecture. As a Project Manager, she provides BIM planning expertise and top-notch leadership throughout the design phase of a project. Prior Experience Born to a family of Italian descent, Maria Eugenia grew up in Mendoza, Argentina. She has travelled extensively throughout South America, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining P+L in 2021, Maria also worked in the world of country clubs designing clubhouses and amenities. In New Zealand, Maria worked at an architectural firm where she was involved in the design and implementation of countless commercial and hospitality projects, some of which were for high-profile clients, such as the Four Point Sheraton Hotels chain and the Wellington Children's Hospital. In the United States, Maria's passion for outdoor sports provided a compass toward country clubs. Over the last 5 years, she's worked extensively in remodeling, designing, and overseeing the construction of new clubs.

With a strong foundation in architecture, Raed had dedicated a significant portion of is career to working on hospitality interiors across Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, collaborating with renowned operators and owning companies before relocating to the United States in 2021. His expertise lies in facilitating the creation of synergies between exceptional design and transformative experiences. Prior Experience With a proven track record, Raed has held notable positions throughout his career. Before joining P+L as a Senior Interior Designer, Raed served as the Managing Director of IDS (Interior Design Studio Ltd.) for two years, following a successful five-year tenure as the Director of Operations and Strategy within the same organization. Additionally, Raed demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by founding Interior PH Magazine in 2012, alongside Blueprints House of Design. Vinnie Hunter

Vinnie Hunter is a project manager at Peacock + Lewis in the Naples office. Dedicated to serving clients with his expertise and experience, his logic-oriented approach to producing functional and practical drawings uses foresight and creativity for design with a technical focus on constructability. Prior Experience Having grown up in the greater Omaha area, Vinnie has been interested in the STEM field for most of his life. Being centrally located in Omaha, the Midwest was the perfect jumping off point to explore the world. Higher education in Illinois lead to a term abroad in Australia that sparked a desire to travel and explore as much as possible. Working throughout school for one of the country's foremost general contracting/engineering companies, Vinnie has worked on projects of all types and scales that include cultural, commercial, mixed-use, higher education, government, and Oil/Gas/Chemical projects. All these prior experiences culminate in a unique skill set that further assists the P+L team in their pursuit of excellence through design. Vinnie is an avid golfer who brings a love for the sport to the P+L team. He is also a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys expressing creativity through music and not just architecture. If he is not making music or attending a concert, you will find him at the beach or a car show, enjoying the Southwest Florida Sun.
