Projects included many high-end and detailed residential projects in Hilton Head Island, Palmetto Bluff, and Fernandina Beach. She also worked with a large real estate development firm, gaining insight into the entire commercial development process.

With his extensive experience in direct management of development and production staff as well as on-site field administration and technical management for construction operations, Blaise McGinley is a valued member of the Peacock + Lewis team. Prior Experience Blaise has a wealth of experience in architectural practice, most recently as President of the Architecture Division of a well-known architectural group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida providing a multi-disciplined, results-oriented approach to real estate development and construction. His experience includes a wholistic approach to real estate development and the ability to generate concepts that speak to conflicting needs and the background to efficiently coordinate all professionals required to make those concepts a reality.

Kirkman Hice

Kirkman Hice is a senior mechanical engineering designer at Peacock + Lewis Engineering in the North Palm Beach office. Prior Experience Having grown up with a father in the engineering field, Kirkman has been interested in the STEM field for the entirety of his life. Being located in North Carolina, the east coast was the perfect jumping off point to explore many different industries. Kirkman has experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, manufacturing, automation and controls, boatbuilding and sportfishing yacht design, mechanical and electrical design, and construction. Kirkman has worked on projects of all types and scales that include nautical, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, residential, and chemical projects. All these prior experiences culminate in a unique skill set that further assists the P+L engineering team in their pursuit of excellence through design. Kirkman is an avid freediver, captain, and spearfisherman. He is a passionate adventurer and enjoys traveling to the world's most remote locations. Maria Eugenia Miguez

With nearly 10 years of experience in three countries, Maria Eugenia possesses profound design and project management skills in the realm of architecture. As a Project Manager, she provides BIM planning expertise and top-notch leadership throughout the design phase of a project. Prior Experience Born to a family of Italian descent, Maria Eugenia grew up in Mendoza, Argentina. She has travelled extensively throughout South America, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining P+L in 2021, Maria also worked in the world of country clubs designing clubhouses and amenities. In New Zealand, Maria worked at an architectural firm where she was involved in the design and implementation of countless commercial and hospitality projects, some of which were for high-profile clients, such as the Four Point Sheraton Hotels chain and the Wellington Children's Hospital. In the United States, Maria's passion for outdoor sports provided a compass toward country clubs. Over the last 5 years, she's worked extensively in remodeling, designing, and overseeing the construction of new clubs.

Melissa Berquist
