Nagarajan is a Senior Consultant at Pegasus and is responsible for business development besides facilitation and consulting. Having been associated with Pegasus for 8+ years he has delivered more than 300 Team building and Leadership programs at all levels. He is a certified OD consultant under the ODLC program of Pegasus. He is currently working on reaching LDP, MDP and AEL (OD) programmes to clients. He has facilitated numerous team programmes, leadership programmes and a few Visioning Programs, using AEL for organizations like Spencer's, Honeywell, Pelatro, SAME DEUTZ-FAHR, and LDP for clients like Tata Communications, Valeo India, and RStahl.
Nagarajan began his sales and marketing career at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Private Limited and worked with the organization for 14 years, before venturing into his own business as Managing Partner for Esquire Automation. His other significant assignments were Head Sales and Marketing with Atria Convergence Private Limited, Regional Head - Solutions India Systems Private Limited and Regional Head - Arya Omni-talk Wireless Solutions Private. He has won many accolades for performance excellence in his long career as a Sales, Marketing and Business development professional across organizations.
At Godrej, he was known for surpassing targets, strategizing, building channel partner network for OA products, recruitment, training and development of sales force. He also designed and delivered training programmes for sales teams with channel partners and also across metro branches with Godrej and Boyce. He was Instrumental in changing OA business with Godrej and Boyce from direct corporate sales to sales through dealer network and channel partners. He built the entire sales, customer support and back end call center operations for the Internet business with Atria Convergence.
Nagarajan is currently a preferred consultant with clients like Apollo Tyres, Valeo India, Sundram Fasteners Ltd., Saint-Gobain Glass, and RStahl. He enjoys being associated with the Manufacturing industry. He is a consultant who can sense, design and deliver programmes; he is also keen to do People Development CSR programs for clients like Arvind Eye hospitals and SARVAM NGO.
Divakar has joined Pegasus in 2015, prior to which he has been a Senior Manager, National Training Manager and Marketing Manager WR for Philips India Ltd., In Philips Divakar was ten Times Performance award winner, achieved the position of a Lead Trainer in the country for Retail Selling Skills. He is certified by an internationally recognized Management Consultant called Best Options Management group from Philippines (BOM). He is Asia Pacific region record holder by scoring 100% in the Best Options Management Consultants' Lead Trainer Assessment Program. He was also in sales during which he managed the highest business volume of Rs. 750 million in Tamil Nadu, contributing to over 45% of the regional sales turnover. Divakar through his efforts enhanced market share of Incandescent Lamp Group from 33% to 47% and 34% to 45% in Fluorescent Group, in three years' time in the State of Kerala. He increased the turnover from 120 million to 240 million in Kerala in three years, brought Kerala Sate to 7th position from 15th position in absolute value terms, and made Kerala as No 1 State in India for Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) sales. Divakar is a consistent performer and achieved and exceeded planned sales increases through varied sales and clientele strategies. He developed confidence in customers for ‘runners' in Chennai city by ensuring price stability for the product during volatile market conditions, reflected in higher volumes sales , Improved visibility and increased market share.
He has also served HUL (Brooke Bond) where he served in various capacities and learnt sales, collections, stock books, sales forecasting, indenting, banking, accounting and delivery of goods. Later he became trainer and has completed training for 175 strong sales team comprising of RSM's, ASM's and Sales Officers and about 500 Distributor sales person in the capacity of National Training Manger. He planned and implemented the Sippai incentive program to motivate and enable the distributor sales persons to build business. Divakar developed leaders and was instrumental in their promotions to next level. He has introduced new process for channel partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. He conducted induction program for new hires and made them "Ready to Market". He is known for his contributions to conceptualizing and designing the Distribution Reimbursement Policy for the Trade Channel Partners and facilitating high-innovation promotional schemes to enhance brand visibility. At HUL he led the business model change process and was instrumental in moving the sales mix between wholesale and distribution changed from 75:25 to 20:80 respectively which increased the business.
Ravi is an alumni of NDA & IMA. Commissioned into the Parachute regiment in the year 1980 served in the Army till 1987. In 1987 as a Capt., resigned his commission and joined SSI as Production Director. In 1989 founded terrier Security Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. A pan India company, and is on its board as the Finance Director. He founded Pegasus HRD Centre Pvt. Ltd in 1995 and serves Pegasus as the Managing Director.
Colonel Vivek Babbar is a proud Indian Army veteran who brings with him 32+ years of rich and varied experience in people management under varied conditions. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Pune and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, he was commissioned into the First Battalion of the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles (JAK RIF) Regiment in 1989. He has served in multiple geographies across the country, engaged in active counter-insurgency operations in Jammu & Kashmir, and was posted in Africa under the UN Peacekeeping Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he oversaw operations, security and civil-military cooperation.
He is an accomplished professional with proven experience in successfully leading and managing large entities with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed challenging objectives. He commanded his infantry battalion where, in his role as the CEO, he strengthened the culture of camaraderie, excellence and achievements. While the battalion won prestigious awards and recognition for its sterling performance, he was commended for his distinguished service by the Chief of the Army Staff. He later commanded a Military Police Unit where he again successfully led a highly motivated and cohesive multi-cultural team under extremely challenging conditions in Kargil, Ladakh.
He had the privilege of being posted as Instructor and Directing Staff at the prestigious Infantry School and Army War College where he trained officers from Indian Army and other countries in tactics and operational planning.
Before joining Pegasus he worked with Checkmate Services Pvt. Ltd. at Ahmedabad as Regional Head (Operations) for North Gujarat where he steered multiple verticals of Guarding, Cash Management, Railways gatemen, and Facilities Management while dealing with 200+ clients.
He is enjoying his second career with Pegasus where he leverages his valuable experience of managing, motivating and mentoring people. He is deeply passionate about his work as a facilitator in the discovery and development of human potential for diverse groups of participants.

Chandrima is one of the co founders of Unigrow Solutions http://www.unigrow.in/. She brings in her rich corporate experience in both functional domain and business understanding. She is a senior HR professional with experience in diverse areas. She has held senior leadership positions and has experience in aligning HR functions with the strategy, leadership development, managing talent pool, performance & reward management, learning & development, OD and change management. She has worked with industry leaders across various industries managing large employee base. Her last assignment was as the Head of HR of Srei Sahaj e- Village Limited, a company works for bridging the digital divide between urban and rural India by providing online government and consumer facing services to the rural population using ICT.
Prior to joining Srei Sahaj, she has worked for other organizations like Exide Industries, IBM Global Process Services, Spencer´s Retail (RP-SG group), Srei group etc. Chandrima has done her doctoral level fellowship, specializing in HR, from XLRI. She has also done post graduate management studies specializing in HR. Her doctoral research was in the area of Strategic HR. She is passionate about OD and change management and has done extensive work in these areas. She has been trained and certified in various psychometric instruments, human process labs, group dynamics, competency mapping, OD etc. She has been serving different professional bodies like CMA, CII, National HRD Network, Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science. Presently she is a board member of National HRD Network. She is also the Vice President - NHRDN, Kolkata Chapter and the editor of the chapter journal. She has been teaching as a visiting faculty is various B schools . She has received many awards and accolades for her contribution in the HR field.
Floid is currently the camp in charge at our Pondicherry Camp site. He has dedicatedly worked towards building the camp as we see it today. He is always interested in taking up a challenging task and takes pride to be a part of Pegasus family. He has served in the defense for 18 years prior his association with Pegasus.
Lavanya is a consultant with Pegasus since Feb'20. Since 2011, she has engaged with client systems as a coach, mentor, facilitator, OD project manager, and consultant. She connects to the essence of her client by exploring and developing their strengths whilst challenging the assumptions and thoughts that are blocking their development.
Her experience ranges from working at a one-to-one level with top mgt., senior leaders and functional heads to facilitating visioning, value orientation, behavioral team alignment workshops. She has over 300 + hours of coaching with CXO leaders, functional heads, middle level leaders and entrepreneurs.
She has managed and executed various organization development (OD) interventions that include - leadership assessment and development, cultural transformation, change management, emotional Intelligence, vision & values, succession planning, sustaining change and aligning people strategy to business strategy across a wide spectrum of organizations ranging from retail outlets, business organizations and education. Some of her clients include: Glaxo SmithKline Pharmaceuticals, C.K Birla, Deepak Foundation, L&T Infotech, Reliance ARC, Vedant Fashions - Manyavar, Amrit Vidyalaya in Vadodara, NSDL, Sterling & Wilson.
Being a Sales & Business Development person by qualification and professional in the travel and tourism industry for 10 years (2000 - 2010), her work experience in the service industry in India and UK, has given her cross-cultural exposure thereby broadening her horizons and understanding of human connections and work culture. Lavanya adopted applied behavioural sciences in 2011, as a chosen profession out of pure passion thus, connecting with people and working with them comes naturally to her.
Her current zest is to integrate cognitive concepts along with the wisdom of spontaneity and creativity through emotional intelligence along with the wisdom of the body, which she is currently exploring via Psychodrama & Sociodrama.

Mr. K R Prabhu is a founding member and has been with Pegasus since inception. Currently, He is the Advisor for Pegasus.Earlier, he served exemplarily in the Border Security Force as an officer who had the rare distinction of serving in all the functions of the elite paramilitary force like Operations, Administration, Law & Order, Intelligence, Recruitment, Training & Development and New Raisings. Post Voluntary retirement he also gained quality experience of the private sector for some time before coming on board Pegasus Attended two Human behavioural labs conducted by ISABS and sessions on MBTI and coaching by CFI (Coaching Federation of India). A ‘walk the talk' person, strongly believes in ethical practices and social responsibility, cost of passionate about touching lives through learning experiences.
Prabhu initiated the first Pegasus programs for PSUs and Government organisations (e.g. Karnataka Police) as well as developed a special and popular module on wellness called TMTH (24 minutes in 24 hours) to address the emerging needs of the industry and bring in an enriching spiritual content in OBL. He was associated with the roll out of a series of programs for NGOs, special children, a pilot program for war widows and their kids, as well as a unique intervention for displaced Union leaders that facilitated their blending back into the mainstream. He has also delivered high-end leadership programs abroad and ADCs. He was instrumental in our recent effort to include Trans-Genders into mainstream careers and now inclined to explore the spiritual side as well.
Prabhu has worked with large multinationals like Toyota and Indian companies like Alcon, Manipal Group of Institutions. He has done extensive work with government sector and public sectors like DRDO, BEL, NABARD and Karnataka Police. He is a passionate Yoga practitioner and he holds the values of the Institution and is also The Institutional Director of Pegasus.
Samrat has a Masters (first class) in History with specialization in Ancient and Modern periods of Indian History. He had a dedicated stint of nearly a decade working as a researcher and workshop coordinator for NGOs based in Australia, USA and Canada involved, among other fields, in facilitating interactive teaching/training workshops on Indian history and culture for short-term international student-faculty groups, as well as broader cultural sensitization and contextualization initiatives and motivational colloquiums for professionals and youth from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
As part of an international research project made sociological profiles of different People Groups of India which is now available on the net. An avid traveler, and a freelance writer with a penchant for human interest articles, he has been published in varied leading national and local newspapers.
Having joined Pegasus in March 2010 he has leveraged his people development experience in facilitating over 200 Team Building/Bonding as well as Competency-based and Leadership Development programs at various levels for varied industry verticals. Some of his clients include Adobe, Airtel, Claas India, Shiv Nadar Foundation, Syscom and Tata Power. He has been part of designing new activities and also delivered a program abroad in Singapore.
He has successfully completed two Human Process Behavioral Labs conducted by ISABS and is currently pursuing ODLC- the signature OD certification course offered by Pegasus Learning Centre (PLC).
Sathya Kumar comes from Apparel and Textile manufacturing background, catering to the Global Market (Exports). With close to 20 years of diverse experience within the industry, Apparel manufacturing, Fabric schiffli embroidery and Industrial safety wears (Hand gloves). He has executed Turnkey projects of revival, expansion and setting up new manufacturing facilities. He was been associated with Dunford Fabrics - Apparel Division - Exports, Bangalore, Royal Embroideries Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, Max Pro Exports, Thailand & China, Tozai Exports, Mumbai and Accent Industries Pvt Ltd, (Atlas Protective Products), Mumbai. Key Roles held are Plant Manager, GM Plant, Director Operations and Director New Projects. He has also been a full time Consultant and Channel Partner.
He has been part of the Pegasus family since 2011 and has handled types of programs handled range from Customized programs based on organizational needs, Organization Core Value based program, Leadership program, Leadership competency based program, Campus to Corporate, Teambuilding for Leadership teams and Teambuilding for blue collared workmen.
