Angelique has a Bachelor of Science and an Honours (C.L) in Biomedical Science from Stellenbosch University. She has a strong background in specialist sales and started her career in recruitment at Perigon Group, Sydney.
Angelique joined Perigon Group in August 2022 and is responsible for recruiting Corporate Services for both permanent and temporary roles.

Ben started his career in Business Banking within two of Australia's largest big 4 banks. After a successful career in banking he transitioned to recruitment in 2010 in specialising in finance and accounting recruitment. Throughout this time Ben has recruited business critical finance and accounting roles within a range of companies including the top 50 ASX, multinationals and privately owned companies. Ben has successfully managed and led teams throughout this time to recruit in the temporary and contract space.
Ben is responsible for temporary and contract recruitment at Perigon at all levels.

Caroline obtained an Honours Degree in Social and Management Sciences in Edinburgh and after working in Human Resources, began a career in recruitment in 2001 with one of the world's largest specialised recruitment firms. With many years managing successful recruitment teams, she also recruited across a number of disciplines including Accounting, Corporate Services, Financial Services and Executive Placements. In 2009 she moved to Melbourne and managed a Melbourne office for a major multi-national and specialised in temporary and contracting placements.
Caroline is the Director of Perigon Group's Melbourne Operation and also manages all temporary and contract divisions across Accounting, Corporate Services and Technology. With a passion for community support, Caroline is also a Board Director for MOIRA, a leading disability and youth services provider here in Melbourne.

Chris Allum has joined Perigon Group's Technology division in April 2022 in our Sydney office. Chris has a five year background in the property industry working in Manchester UK and has most recently worked In a Sydney-wide fundraising role working with some of Australia's biggest charities. With his sales knowledge, Chris is able to offer a tailored, friendly experience for candidates and clients.

Conal graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy). Conal started working as an Undergraduate Auditor for a mid-tier accountancy firm in 2019, before deciding to transition to recruitment with Perigon Group in 2021.
Conal has a passion for building personal relationships, and is hoping to best utilise his accounting experience in understanding his clients and candidates. Conal is currently specialising in recruiting permanent roles within Finance and Accounting divisions.

Danny started his career in B2C and B2B account management and sales environments. After developing a passion for sales, he decided to take his career to the next level by moving into the recruitment industry.
After extensive travelling throughout Asia and Australia, Danny joined the Perigon Group in July 2021. He is responsible for recruiting all Technology & Project Services positions.

David obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Canberra in 2000 and has gained over 16 years of recruitment experience specialising in finance and accounting recruitment in Sydney with both Perigon Group, as well as with one of the world's largest specialised recruitment firms. During this time, David has been responsible for managing and leading successful teams focused on temporary and contract finance and accounting recruitment across all general industrial sectors.
David is responsible for Perigon Group's Temporary & Contract Division across finance & accounting, recruiting placements at all levels. He also oversees our Sydney Technology and Corporates Service business lines.

Haydn graduated from the University of Queensland in 2016 and shortly after moved to London where he began his recruitment career where he worked in a leading boutique recruitment agency sourcing finance, accounting and operations staff in London and surrounding areas.
Haydn returned to Australia in September 2018 where he commenced his career with Perigon recruiting permanent finance staff in Brisbane across all levels, where he is now a Manager in our permanent team, recruiting a variety of roles across finance & accounting, commercial operations, executive management, and systems.

Jade began her career within financial services in Banking and progressed with the company to a regional leadership position in Melbourne. Jade commenced her career in recruitment in 2013, working for a large global recruitment agency in London specialising in Operations & Project Management, before joining Perigon Group in 2015 on our permanent team in Brisbane. Now in 2021, Jade is the Senior Manager of our Permanent team, leading the division and recruiting a broad range of finance, accounting, banking & compliance roles across Brisbane.

Jodie holds a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University and a Certificate IV in Accounting. She is a tenured recruitment consultant, having worked in both multinational and boutique firms across Dublin, Brisbane and Sydney.

Linh has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and started her career as a Analyst at Vodafone. While loving the numbers side of her role she was missing interacting with people and four years ago made the move into finance recruitment.
She has worked for both boutique agencies and a large global recruiter and started with Perigon Group in March 2021, shortly after relocating from New Zealand late in 2020. Linh specialises in the permanent recruitment of finance and accounting professionals at all levels.
Naomi previously worked for a boutique Management Consultancy firm in London working in the Operations team as a Receptionist/Office-all-rounder.
She joined Perigon Group in June 2018 as an Administration Assistant then being promoted to Office Manager in Brisbane. She continues to support our consultants and leadership team in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and taking a vital part in ensuring our operations are run smoothly.
Natalie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. After moving to Australia in 2016, she found a love for finance and is now currently studying a Masters of Professional Accounting. She joined Perigon Group at the start of 2021 and is an integral part of the operations team, responsible for our temporary payroll and credit control.

Nigel Barcham - Founder, Managing Director
A CPA (gained while working within a FTSE 100 multinational), Nigel has 15 years of international recruitment consulting and executive leadership experience with two of the world's largest specialised financial recruitment companies. In addition, he has consulted across almost every major industry sector. Nigel has more recently focused on consulting to the broad industry sector of Financial Institutions recruiting Executives in group and divisional finance departments, senior strategy positions and front office banking roles (M&A, Project Finance, Institutional Banking and Funds Management).
An experienced Managing Director of a medium sized multinational subsidiary within an S&P 500 Company, and with experience overseeing four start up operations, Nigel is responsible for setting the vision and strategy, leading the organisation and running all aspects of Perigon Group's operations. He is also responsible for delivering Executive level recruitment assignments across General Industry and Financial Institutions.

Sarah has over 20 years of recruitment experience in North America, Sydney and Brisbane. In 2014 Sarah moved to her former home, with her family and launched Perigon Group, in Brisbane, where she focussed on all industries across Technology, Finance, Risk and Corporate Services. Today they are an office of 15 people, and her focus is on building a team of consulting professionals who are passionate about what they do and who they do it with. Spencer is an experienced recruitment professional who entered the industry in Auckland in 2001 with the world's largest, specialised recruitment firm. Since his move to Sydney in 2002 with the same firm, Spencer has built a reputation as a leading consultant in the finance and accounting sector in Sydney. This culminated in him winning the prestigious Fairfax Employment Marketing Awards (FEMA) "Recruiter of the Year" prize. Whilst continuing to consult and recruit finance positions across all industry sectors, Spencer is experienced in leading and managing highly successful, best-in-industry teams.

Thomas has a Master's Degree in International Business from European Business School, based in Paris. He started his career as a Sales Consultant for an HR Tech company, before joining the recruitment industry.
