I started my sales career in 2001 at Future Electronics and moved to military and aerospace wire and cable in 2005. After 15 years at SEA Wire & Cable, I decided to change gears and take on a new challenge here at Perfection Chain. I look forward to learning the chain game and growing with the company to exceed customer's needs and expectations. I've been married for 18 years with 3 kids and 1 grandchild. When I'm not at the ballpark with my youngest daughter or grandson I enjoy all types of racing or 4 wheeling through the woods.
Gail Stevens worked for Perfection Chain for seven years as an Inside Sales Assistant and then a material planner. After moving to a different industry for a little over a year, she returned to the Perfection Chain Sales Office in March 2022.
She currently works with the Southeast and Western Territory managers to provide excellent customer service to our customers. She loves working with her customers, helping them find the right product for their needs & getting it to them as quickly as possible.
Gail has an extensive background in Office Administration in fields ranging from sales, law enforcement, and the building trade, and she also spent three years writing & administrating state and federal grants for her local police department.
When Gail is not working, she and her husband are very active with their church and enjoy hunting, motorcycle riding, and working in their metal shop. They are also proud parents of two girls and two boys and have four beautiful grandchildren!
Though a shy and retiring person, to which anyone who's met him can attest, Keith Burgess has risen to the position of Vice President at Perfection Chain Products. He has accomplished this feat before reaching middle age and before its accompanying senility set in. His quiet and unassuming manner carries through in all he does, both in running the sales department and while rooting for his favorite football team. Saturdays in the fall you can find him at the stadium or in front of a TV, sipping a soft drink and whispering, "Roll tide." This is the same style of positive encouragement he offers, in his mild manner, to Perfection Chain employees and its many customers. He is also fearless when it comes to jumping into the trenches with his team to support them in their efforts to be the success stories that they strive to be. For all who keep trying to break him out of his shell, he says, "Hang in there, it will happen any day now!"
Some may call him a chain salesman, but where he resides on his cattle farm with his wife, Tiffany, and son, Colt, he is G.W. McLintock - at least in his own mind!
Lori was born in Greenleaf, Kansas. In September of 1975 an F3 tornado destroyed the family home and the restaurant her parent owned. After the tornado they relocated to Joppa, Maryland and her father, Alvin Rodick founded A & A Bolt and Screw. Lori grew up in the fastener business in both inside and outside sales. She loves to see how things are made - some of her favorite manufacturing plant tours include Michelin, Harsco Rail and The Lake Murray SC dam power plant.
Lori joined Perfection Chain in March, 2023 as Northeast Territory Manager. She is looking forward to meeting her customers in person in the months to come.
In her spare time Lori enjoys traveling with her husband Sam. Her favorite places are Key West and Charleston, SC. She also is living her best life as "Bubbie" to Evangeline, Ellie Mae, Wade and Baby C (coming soon!)
Shannan Harbison joined Perfection Chain in 1993 where she first learned about weldless chain and s-hooks. She was later introduced to the welded chain and wire rope industries. Shannan has many different jobs here at Perfection Chain but the most important one is she keeps her eyes on every order. She enters the orders, prepares the shipping documents, tracks freight deliveries and finally invoices orders. She and her husband, Mark, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren that keep them busy and on the go.
