Bobbi Shaw

Bobbi Shaw, CPA is the Controller of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Bobbi spent ten years with Lantern Asset Management, LLC, serving as Assistant Controller, focusing on distressed investments from a wide variety of industries from retail, hospitality, timeshare, and entertainment. As the Assistant Controller, Bobbi oversaw all accounting functions related to the portfolio companies. Before Lantern, Bobbi was a Senior Revenue Accountant at Chesapeake Energy, focusing on revenue management for midstream operations. She began her career as an auditor at Cole and Reed, P.C., specializing in not-for-profit and financial institutions. Bobbi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

Brittany Glendenning - CCO, CFO

Brittany Glendenning, CPA is a Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Brittany spent nine years with Lantern Asset Management, LLC, serving as Controller for the last five years, focusing on distressed investments from a wide variety of industries from manufacturing, transportation, retail, hospitality, timeshare, and entertainment. As the Controller, Brittany oversaw all accounting functions related to Lantern's investment vehicles. Before Lantern, Brittany was a Senior Fund Accountant at the Archon Group, where she managed accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple real estate funds comprising over $1.1 billion of global investments in commercial real estate, hotels, and loan portfolios. She began her career at KPMG and served as a Senior Accountant within the Assurance and Advisory Services practice specializing in real estate, private equity funds, and sports teams. Brittany is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and graduated with a Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chase Summers

Chase Summers is a Partner of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap in 2015, Chase spent six years with Apache Corporation where he worked in drilling, production, and reservoir engineering in the Permian and Anadarko Basins. He began his career as an engineer with Williams E&P. Chase received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Dallas Petroleum Club, and is involved in his local church.

Dan Uminski

Dan Uminski is the Vice President of Land Acquisitions at PetroCap, LLC. For more than five years prior to joining PetroCap, LLC, Dan focused on new-market and greenfield development activities across the country for solar, energy storage, and data centers at Recurrent Energy and Rowan Digital Infrastructure. Dan's motivation to provide more electricity to the grid stems from his four years analyzing energy market transactions and performing real-time asset generation operations at Pacific Gas & Electric. Dan grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy, Business, and Finance from Penn State and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Oregon specializing in Sustainable Business Practices.

David Hopson

David Hopson is a Partner of PetroCap and Aplomado Partners, LLC. Before joining PetroCap, David worked for 18 years at Hyperion Resources, Inc. as Vice President, Land and Acquisitions. While at Hyperion, he was instrumental in the formation and ongoing management of the $200 million Helios Energy Partners fund, raised in 2002 with Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Hyperion, David worked at Hudson, Ball & Hopson, Sabine Corporation, and Mitchell Energy. David received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Petroleum Land Management degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission, American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and ADAM Energy Forum.

Doug Evans - Founder

Doug Evans is the Co-Founder of PetroCap, LLC and a member of the Board of Managers for Falcon E&P Opportunities GP, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap in 1995, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Woodbine Petroleum, Inc., which was a publicly traded oil and gas company. Prior to Woodbine, Doug was President and Chief Operating Officer of Penn Resources, Inc. Before joining Penn Resources, he worked for three years at the SMU Business School as Director of an entrepreneurial training program. Doug was a Deep Sea Diving and Salvage Officer in the U.S. Navy and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina. He was a member of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business Associates Board at SMU. He has served on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Region of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Petroleum Club.

Erin Devlin

Erin Devlin is the Vice President of Land for PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap in 2019, Erin worked as Senior Landman for Trek Resources, Inc., engaged in leasehold, mineral, pipeline, and marketing matters encompassing several states. Erin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University. She holds a Certified Professional Landman certification with the American Association of Professional Landmen and is an active member of the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Dallas Petroleum Club. She also serves on the board of METT DFW, Inc., a nonprofit organization benefiting the Scottish Rite for Children hospital.

Jill VanGorden

Jill VanGorden is the Director of Business Support for PetroCap, LLC. In addition to office management, she is responsible for Corporate Giving, Marketing, and IT support. Before joining PetroCap, Jill was the Vice President of Guest Engagement at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she was responsible for setting guest experience strategy, museum partner company relationships, public programs, and management of a team of over 100 engagement specialists. Jill has also held leadership roles at the Crow Museum of Asian Art and BigThought. She was an art teacher in public and private schools and a project manager for McDonald's Corporation/Perseco and Plastofilm Industries in Chicago. Jill holds an Industrial Design degree from the University of Illinois, Alternative Teaching Certificate in K-12 Art, and Graphic Design Certification from SMU. Jill serves on the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts Advisory Board, Inspire Art Dallas Board, and is a Women's Philanthropy Institute and Dallas Petroleum Club member.

Lane Britain

Lane Britain is a Partner of PetroCap and Aplomado Partners, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Lane held positions with Highland Capital Management, the Carlyle Group, Salomon Smith Barney, and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Lane attended both the London School of Economics and Rice University, receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice. Lane currently serves on the Board of the Perot Museum and is a member of the Dallas Zoological Society Board of Directors.

Lynne Fiske

Lynne Fiske is an Accountant who currently works in Accounts Payable at PetroCap, LLC. Lynne has significant experience working in oil and gas accounting and has worked for PetroCap and affiliated predecessor companies since 1988. Lynne has held multiple positions within the company prior to working in accounts payable, including revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and joint interest billing. Prior to PetroCap, Lynne worked for Lehndorf's Oil and Gas Division in revenue accounting and accounts receivable. Prior to Lehndorf, she has held various other accounting positions in accounts receivable and billing departments.

Marc Manzo

Marc Manzo is a Partner of PetroCap and Aplomado Partners, LLC. Before joining PetroCap, Marc was a Managing Director at Highland Capital Management, L.P., focused on private oil and gas and leveraged credit investing. Prior to joining Highland, Marc was an Analyst in the energy investment banking group of A.G. Edwards Capital Markets, where he was involved in a wide variety of capital markets financings and mergers, and acquisitions strategic advisory for clients engaged in the oil and gas, midstream, and oil field services sectors of the energy industry. Marc graduated with honors from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting. Marc is a member of the Dallas Petroleum Club and the Independent Petroleum Association of America.

Patrick Barden

Patrick Barden is an Associate at PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Patrick was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan in Houston, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and financing across the energy industry. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Patrick was a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate within the Deal Advisory practice at KPMG. Patrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Financial Management from Texas A&M University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.

Patrick Mayne

Patrick Mayne is the Vice President of Operations for PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap in 2018, Patrick worked as a consulting engineer for various operators in the Permian Basin, including PetroLegacy Energy II, Fleur de Lis Energy, and Henry Resources. Patrick's career started in the oil and gas industry as a Drilling and Operations Engineer with XTO Energy. He also served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2009. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, ADAM Energy Forum, and the Permian Basin Petroleum Association.

Trevor Swindell

Trevor Swindell is the Vice President of Land Acquisitions at PetroCap, LLC. Trevor grew up in Amarillo, Texas, and his interest in the energy industry can be traced back to frequent visits to the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. Prior to joining PetroCap, LLC, Trevor was the Manager of Land Acquisition at Recurrent Energy, one of North America's leading solar and storage project developers. Over the past six years, Trevor has led real estate acquisition efforts for Recurrent Energy and other solar development companies across all major power markets in the U.S. Trevor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas Tech University in 2013. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Will Ridgway

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Will was a Senior Associate in the financial services assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, where he participated in a wide variety of assurance engagements and special projects. Will received Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Mississippi's Patterson School of Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas chapter of the Young Professionals in Energy.
