Angie Huber

Angie was born and raised in St. Louis. She attended Florissant Valley Community College and Al-Med Academy, where she graduated at the top of her class. She has been a medical assistant for the last 30 years, and has been with Dr. DeLaney since the inception of her personal physician practice. She is married to Mike and has three children: Russell, Melanie and Alyssa. They live in Saint Genevieve. Angie enjoys camping, reading, hiking and spending time with her family. She is active in her children's school, and is the chairperson of several committees. She is also active in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and the preschool reading program at the library.

Carol Hollingsworth

Carol graduated from The London Hospital, in the United Kingdom as an X-ray Technician. She worked in England and in West Africa before coming to the United States. She has worked in St Louis doctors' offices for 30 years in various capacities including as an X-ray Technician and Medical Assistant. She joined Dr Katzman and Dr DeLaney in 2006. She works part time, and her tasks include blood drawing, injections, test scheduling and front desk coverage. She is married with 2 adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, jogging and travel to visit her children and grandchildren.

Dodey Horstman

Dodey graduated from Washington University with a B.A. and has a Masters in Urban Affairs from St. Louis University. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years, primarily as an office manager and currently part time at patient reception. In her spare time she volunteers at her neighborhood park, enjoys reading, gardening, bicycling, and is an avid sports fan.

Dr. David Katzman

Dr. David Katzman founded DAK Associates, a personalized medical practice, in answer to his patients' increasing need for more time with their physician. A board-certified Internist, Dr. Katzman converted his 5,000 patient practice into a boutique office serving 600 patients in March 2003. The office is conveniently located in the St. Louis suburb of Creve Coeur. Dr. Katzman is assisted by Michele Borchert. A St. Louis native, David Katzman is a graduate of John Burroughs School, and Brown University where he graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Katzman attended St. Louis University School of Medicine where he was awarded Alpha Omega Alpha and Alpha Sigma Nu for academic honors. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident at Barnes Hospital and John Cochran Veterans' Hospital. Dr. Katzman received various honors during his tenure at Washington University, including the Knowlton award for clinical excellence. He remains strongly associated with Washington University as an Associate Professor, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents. Dr. Katzman is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and St. Louis Medical Society. He is married to jewelry designer Diane Katzman, and is the father of Caroline, Rebecca and Julia. He enjoys reading, movies, exercising and golf.

Dr. Jennifer DeLaney

Dr. Jennifer DeLaney, a board-certified Internist, opened her personal medical practice in 2006 in response to her desire to spend more time with her patients. She joined Dr. David Katzman in an office where they limit the size of the practice to assure timely and comprehensive care. Dr. DeLaney is assisted by Angie Huber. Dr. DeLaney was born in Indianapolis and attended Georgetown University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She moved to St. Louis in 1992 to attend Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Prior to joining Dr. Katzman, she practiced Internal Medicine for 6 years in a more traditional setting. Dr. DeLaney continues to have a strong affiliation with Washington University, where she serves on the Executive Faculty and is an Instructor in Medicine. She is on staff at Barnes-Jewish, Barnes-Jewish West and Missouri Baptist Hospitals. She serves on the Medical Staff Association Council for Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Dr. DeLaney has received numerous awards and commendations including the Four School Physician Scientist Scholarship and the Robert C. Byrd Congressional Scholarship. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Medical Association. Dr. DeLaney is married to St. Louis native Chris Reid, a corporate attorney at Thompson Coburn. They have two children, Miranda and Aidan. Dr. DeLaney enjoys long distance running, cycling, reading and cooking.

Lauri Slyman

Lauri graduated in 1985 from St. John's Mercy School of Nursing in Springfield, Mo. She has worked in medical-surgical and GI nursing most of her career. She continues to work part time at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Community Health and Education. Lauri is married with two sons, two dogs and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys baseball, gardening, biking, kayaking, and running with her family and friends. She joined Dr. Katzman and Dr. DeLaney in 2013 as a part time RN.

Marsha Kaysinger

Marsha is a native of St. Louis and a Missouri State University graduate in Business Administration. She worked in customer service until getting married. After 10 years as a stay-at-home mother raising two children, she returned to part-time work in the medical field. Her duties at the office include patient reception, records, and assorted clerical duties. In her spare time, she enjoys her children's various sports activities and taking care of her 2 dogs.

Michele Borchert

Michele is a St. Louis native who has been a medical assistant for 30 years. She has spent 20 of those 30 years in the research end of healthcare working on Pharmaceutical research with study participants. She enjoys working in an outpatient setting because she loves meeting new people. She has three adult children and a pet Labradoodle named "Cupid". In her spare time she loves to travel, enjoys water sports, and spending time with her friends.
